Poor customer service provided in solving a check-in problem. Had to look for someone to serve a us a drink at the bar. Rude staff demeanour made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. No coffee making facilities in room, no fan even though almost 30 degrees celcius, no fridge or ice. Decent room and nice shower and pool. Good location near beach.

It is a great pity that the bed was so well placed that you were already sitting on the bed box when you sat down. Unfortunately, this was not noticed until 10.30 p. M. And the reception was no longer occupied. I then settled down with the sofa from 4 o'clock. Unfortunately not at all suitable for people with back problems. With such a mattress I could have gone to the hostel. When I drew attention to this in the morning, I reacted with "I have to check this right away, thank you". A discount would have been more appropriate here. Unfortunately not recommended.
