NEDERLANDS: Ik heb met mijn partner een kamer gehuurd voor 2 personen voor 2 nachten. Wij hadden een fijne tijd bij De Rustende Jager, met een goed (maar niet zeer speciaal) ontbijt, en vonden het personeel vriendelijk. De kamer was netjes met een wat klassiek oudere stijl, maar verwacht geen speciale toestanden. Samengevat was het fijn maar niet overweldigend luxe. ENGLISH: My partner and I have spend 2 nights in a room for 2 in 'De Rustende Jager' ('The Resting Hunter'). We had a good stay, with good (but not too special) breakfast, and kind staff. The room was clean with a vintage style, but don't expect to be overwhelmed with luxury. All in all, it was nice to stay at De Rustende Jager, but not too luxurious.

People are friendly and helpful, especially where my son is dairy free they let is know what was suitable for him to eat. Good English. Room was spacious and welcoming.

A great place to take a rest! I've been there for 3 nights. Awesome service, comfortable rooms, perfect kitchen! The hotel's location is excellent! Nearby everything you might be in a need — / / /. There I found even a landsman. The woman on the reception was a Bulgarian (so as I am), which was like a bonus to me.

Very friendly ambience. The rooms are good and the food is excellent. The staff is very attentive and always responsive.

Excellent hotel; we had a blast for king’s night and King’s day … the rooms were very clean; friendly staff; good food and safe neighborhood. 10 min. Walk to the train station.

The breakfast was very good and the room was comfortable and big, but the beds were uncomfortable. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only the breakfast that has to be paid extra could be better. Definitely recommended for a trip. Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht and the Keukenhof, all close by. And the sea is also not far.

Was a Lovely place to stay, only 10 minute walk to train station with a very good connection to Amsterdam central. Free parking, and the hotel rooms were nice an comfortable. I found the staff to be friendly, the only down side was the price of the drinks in the bar.

After researching around pricey airport hotels, we were so lucky to find this hotel. This hotel is phenomenal! Friendly customer service, very reasonable price and excellent breakfast buffet. Croissant tastes like the ones brought from a local bakery, thick bacon and generous amount of tasty cheese. That was feast.

Never stayed in the hotel but visit the restaurant occasionally. Service is always very friendly and efficient. Food is average but good value for money. Place is clean and tidy.

Good size room, clean and well appointed, friendly late night welcome, good bath could do with new showerhead.

Friendly personnel, spacy, clean and comfortable rooms that even have tea, coffee and a teakettle. Ours was so dirty I didn't dare to use it though. If you need an invoice for your company make sure to check it very thoroughly, they didn't get it right for us the 1st, end and 3rd time : — (

The hotel is very nicely designed and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food in the restaurant is very good and the atmosphere of the bar invites you to linger. The hotel also has a Jazzsaal is also very nice and the music very good and it can also be danced. The rooms are small but very clean and well equipped. Unfortunately the mattresses are very soft and the water in the bathroom is not well adjusted. Therefore only 4 out of 5 stars. I can only recommend this hotel and look forward to my next visit. P. S. : The fish in the restaurant very good!

A fair price hotel offering okay accommodation. Food at the hotel restaurant is better than the basic room. The hotel staff tends to add breakfast price even if you don't need it.

I spent spent a month here and the staff and service was of a resonance level. No service on a Sunday morning seemed strange.

The rooms were ok. But television only 9 programs and only Dutch. Rooms were very warm no air conditioning and noxh not even a refrigerator. Since I do not know for what the 4 stars got determined for the overpriced price 76 € per night or for the 12 € extra for a breakfast my conclusion I do not have to have again.

Terras is perfectly placed in the evening sun. Service was doing their best, food was allright but not great.

My two days stay was very comfortable. Lovely big room, good size bathroom, excellent breakfast well worth the money. Number of eating places, shopping centre, transport, free parking, hotel is worth every penny. Friendly staff. I am happy to recommend for a great stay.

Having been transferred here from the sister company Hotel De Buers I can honestly say a nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff especially the barman and night watchman (sorry forgot your name) always addressed you as 'Mr' followed by your surname, train station direct link to schiphol airport which is approx 6-800 meters up the road (cost Euro 3.70) be careful of the razors in the shaving kits as they can bite so use plenty of shaving foam… ran out of money due to flight cancellation received free cup of coffee which means a lot when your in a bad situation so thanks to all, fantastic place.

Room very nice and very comfortable although, from our arrival, the main lamp was already working. The shower and bathtub faucets would need to be replaced with mixers.

Pretty nice place nearby Amsterdam and the city airport. Courteous staff. Cozy rooms.

AMERICAN BUYER BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM! This hotel has a very similar name to a hotel in downtown Amsterdam. I booked this one rather than the one in downtown by accident and called immediately to fix it. The staff was so incredibly rude. I called 5mins after booking and the owner told me "it's just a train ride" and "booked is booked". So I have to travel an hour outside the city and still pay the same price as a hotel in the city. On top of all that terrible customer service owner called at 9 am waking me up trying to send someone to fix the broken door. Which is another thing, everything is very outdated and old. The rooms are dingy, carpet felt damp. The downstairs is pretty but the staff was so terrible Id never go back or send anyone.

It is located a few minutes walk from the train station, which is handy to get to the center of Amsterdam.
Stop for the half marathon, because the prices are acceptable (and less "bloated" in the Center).

If you are looking for a hotel that's outside of Amsterdam, this is the one! The hotel is located just off the highway and in a small tranquil town. Downtown Amsterdam is about 30 minutes away. Parking is right in front and is free. Although the "front desk" is in the restaurant, the staff are very kind and polite. The beds and private bathrooms are good and clean. Considering this is a chain hotel and their rates are very good, I would highly recommend staying here, especially if you are entering/exiting the city from the southwest.

I stayed 5 days at this hotel, very good value for money, close to Amsterdam 20 mm by car.
I enjoyed the quiet of the place and the friendliness of the staff.
The rooms are spacious and the decoration of the hotel.

This hotel is great value for money. It also has easy access to the train station which is only 10/15 minutes down the road. Two/three stops and your in Amsterdam.

Stayed with a group of 30 for a week. A superb hotel. Excellent staff and service. The food was good, the facilities were good and the location was good with a variety of restaurants in the vicinity. It was close to the railway station. I have no complaints whatsoever and would have no hesitation in urging people to stay there. Polite and helpful staff were a pleasure to deal with.

The hotel is clean, smart and well run. The food was very good and the staff very helpful and efficient. It was easy to get to the hotel from Schipol airport and also very easy to get to Amsterdam on the train. We had a great weekends stay and would recommend it to anyone.
