All good, nice people, perfect location between the Airport and the city.

Nice clean property with friendly personnel. Convenient to Schiphol airport with a shuttle offered every 40 minutes. Nice breakfast. Rooms decent size for European standards. Although I did not use it the hotel is a 5 minute walk to the Hoofddorp train station offering convenience to Amsterdam. Only knocked down to 4 stars due to a room not being available after a long flight when I checked on around 10am.

Everything is OK, convenient to Amsterdam, breakfast all inclusive, in the evening there is a bar, the staff is super polite, there is a Russian girl at the reception. But there is no slippers in the rooms.

Very clean and neat accommodation. Comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Conveniently close to some of the international business offices based in Amsterdam and close to Schipol airport with a transfer bus available directly from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. Situated about 20 minutes by train from the City centre with the train station about 7 minutes easy walk away from the hotel.

The breakfast is poor. Old Hotel.

I don't normally review but this is a bad place to stay… Shower didn't drain and outlets didn't work. When I came down for my shuttle I found out that it left early, so I had to call a cab to get to the airport. Do yourself a favor and go to the Hyatt place, you'll be glad you did…

Great room for the price. This hotel offers an excellent location if you have an early morning flights out of AMS. They offer a complimentary bus service to the airport for their guests. The hotel is within a 10-minute walk of a train station that can take you into the city as well.

Great room for the value. Location is near the airport but on cold days or more than one bag, you may want to shuttle to the airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful in regard to area directions and places to eat. Breakfast is served daily and is a larger setup than most US based Hampton locations. Hot food and many choices. Beds are comfy. Heavy down comforter and feather pillows. Would stay again.

Impeccable, many amenities including the Park sleep ans fly, chic, clean, close to the airport with direct shuttle… small flat for the noise of trains and airplanes but given the location we can not escape…

Lovely Room. Great Beds. Breakfast was filling and had everything you would expect. Very friendly staff. Shuttle Service to Airport, that's free, was very useful. Under 25 minutes to Amsterdam Central and return journey costs €10 with trains running till just after 11pm.

Amazing experience! From the minute we arrived until we left 5 days later, we were treated with so much friendliness and attention. I will definitely be staying there again in future!. The server staff in the kitchen/diningroom were stunning and always had a smile on their faces! Thank you for a great stay.

Best place to stay in NL. Central to see the museums, the canals, the airport, the train station and the countryside. We booked a week here and it is perfect and central to everything. Beautiful staff.

Yes the rooms are modern and clean, the beds are comfortable and even the Wi-Fi works perfectly. But it is misleading to call it an "airport" hotel when it's not that close to the terminals and in practice a 25-30€ taxi ride is required to get there and back. The advertised shuttle is only available to those lucky enough to catch it (runs every 40 mins only) and to fit in (the bus gets full as it is a shared service with several hotels). Also beware this is NOT a family friendly hotel. Due to a very strict max 2 persons per room policy, 1 adult with 2 children are not allowed to stay here even if the children could share a bed. Not in 2 different rooms either because to each room a minimum of 1 adult is required. And unlike in most Hilton brand hotels don't expect the staff to be particularly friendly or accommodating to any special requests.

It's a decent place with good sized rooms for business travelers. The restaurant has very limited options and some of the staff may appear a bit rude. If price is your deciding factor, then stay here, else find some other place.

Good for overnight stay and includes good continental breakfast. BAd, bad experience at Schipol waiting in cold for 95 minutes for shuttle, calls to hotel got me a night manager who couldn't care less. 8 very unhappy passengers.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were nice and clean. They have a convenient airport shuttle as well.

Good location if you're catching a flight at Schiphol Airport the next day. There are not many options nearby for an evening meal and the snack bar tends mainly to sweets. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The only reason I deducted a star from a potential 5 star review is the duvets. All Hamptons use those dreadful duvets as the bedding, so you have to keep the window open even in winter or you'll swelter.

I am a business traveler and this one was the worst experience. Flights from USA land early in the morning and I had requested an early check in. The hotel policy is that rooms are not guaranteed until 3pm. When I arrive at the hotel, I make a polite and sincere request to accommodate us sooner because we had customer meetings in a few hours. Instead of a courteous "let's try to see what we can do for you", the front desk repeats the rules to me again. After a 12 hour flight with zero sleep, you don't want to be read the rules. We already know it. What makes this experience particularly bad is that I have stayed at other hotels (non Hilton) where they make an honest attempt at assisting. There are times when there is a sincere offer of a coffee or a breakfast while they attempt to get the room ready early. After waiting for 2 hours in the lobby, I made the bold attempt to find out if the status had changed — I got the same response of the hotel policy (that rooms are only guaranteed after 3pm). The management at Hampton Inn / Hilton should train their front desk on hospitality and courtesy. What makes a hotel different from others is not just the opulence or ambience but an honest attempt at discerning the the state of their tired customers who show up at their doorstep — we are not making any demands of the hotel — our only mistake was to arrive a few hours early.

Clean, modern hotel with outstanding staff — friendly and helpful. My reservation was not clear that a free airport shuttle was included — this turned out to be very helpful. The rooms are small but well-appointed. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with wide variety and quality food.

The care is excellent, the rooms very comfortable and of good size. The breakfast buffet is very rich and complete. The location of the hotel is amazing, 5 minutes walking distance from station Hoofddorp and also has shuttle service from and towards the airport. Really would recommend a thousand times.

Clean and comfortable bedroom (queen size), and quiet. A courtesy Bus takes about 20 minutes for the airport. There's a train station about 5-10 minutes away which can go into the city centre too. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is ok. There is no real food on site otherwise though. Just snacks. Otherwise you basically order a take-away menu.

The staff here are great, the suite was very comfortable — perfect for our family of 4. A substantial and delicious buffet breakfast was included in our room rate. The hotel is across the road from a train station that services the airport and Amsterdam Central so it's very convenient if you dont want to stay in the city. My only complaint is the frequency of the free shuttle bus from Schipol. We arrived late with small children and ended up waiting another 40 mins for the shuttle. Check the schedule with the hotel, if traveling with kids.

Using Priceline, my friend booked a room for 3 and yet they gave him a double twin. Under Amsterdam law, only two can sleep in a double twin room, however instead of explaining calmly to us the policy, the reception area treated us like low life dirt. At first, my friend could not check in to the room unless one of us left, then when I decided I would be the one leaving, they tried to refuse to even let me into the room unless they held my passport hostage. After that, they still tried to coerce me into buying my own room without any sort of discount for the misunderstanding. When I refused, once again they tried to kick me out. Finally, with them holding my passport, when I was able to go to my friends' room and find a new place to stay, they banged on the door demanding to see my confirmation for a new hotel and later I found out, they called my new hotel confirming my reservation. I understand the policy because the twin doubles are small, but I have never been so disrespected by a hotel. And about the hotel itself, it's far from the city center, it's 20 minutes using the rail line which is more expensive than the metro. Also, the towels smelled moldy and the shower did not drain properly causing a flood in the bathroom. Honestly, it's best to stay at a hostel in the city center than this place.

Fantastic hotel on great location, just minutes away from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. Extremely friendly staff, super clean hotel and great value for money.

I stayed here on a recent trip to Amsterdam. The rooms were very nice, clean and large for European standards. They had a great multilingual staff that were kind and helpful. The shuttle drops you right off at the airport or the train in a 3 minute walk for a ride into Amsterdam. The continental breakfast was very good.
