For a good night sleep in a clean room, stay at the Ibis. I had dinner and breakfast buffet style, it has something for everyones taste and there is plenty of space in the very large dining room. Wifi is very good, concierge super friendly, cool wall art, spacious elevators, all in all I give it 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Stay at the ibis if you want to sleep well in a clean room. I had dinner and breakfast buffet, there is something for every taste and there is plenty of space in the very large dining room. The WORST Hotel. Air conditioning was not working and the front desk lady support to change the room. In the second room the air conditioning was not working either. In our first day the house keeping only took the towels but do not clean the room, in the second day they just decide do not clean at all. The breakfast buffet was terrible, we tried the first day and after that bad experience we decide to eat somewhere else.

"Worst Hotel ever" I study hospitality mgmt, and this hotel provide a very BAD SERVICE "! Someone stole my luggage in the lobby and the hotel staff is not coordinating with me. As per CCTV of the hotel they say "the guy who stole my luggage was wearing a black hoddie, but we ask for the CCTV footage they just say that its not possible. This was happen last Apr. 22, 2022. But this scenario was happen again today. (Apr. 1, 2022) with my colleague. Someone stole his luggage and they say the CCTV camera is not working. (Its not possible to see a guy wearing hoddie in a not working CCTV camera). After a couple of hours they found the bag of my colleague in the sofa, he check it before, but the bag was not there. The thief bring it back because the only item there was documents and some shirt. For me, the guy who stole my luggage only bring back my docs. And some paper. All of my valuable things was gone. There is something wrong here!

It's good to spend the night. Very small room for two people with suitcases. Breakfast is an adventure because of the new Covid measures.

This is not a reliable hotel. Almost a year after my reservation, that I was forced to cancel due to covid, in 2020 march, I got no positive answer about any kind of refund!
the reservation was 100% paid, but all flights were cancelled, so there was impossible to leave my country or to enter at Holland.

I was travelling last Tuesday and I spent a night in the hotel. I went to the burger restaurant to ask for something to eat. I paid with card and the cashier told me my card wasn't accepted … never gave the receipt. Then I paid with cash. And my surprise as when I opened my account and I could check that I paid my dinner twice… one on my card and one in cash… what can I say…?. Well exactly what you all being thinking. Always ask for your receipts. You never know what can happend next…

Nice food in restaurant, nice rooms.

It’s close to the airport and with the shuttle bus between the airport you can’t go wrong for exploring Amsterdam or the Netherlands. There is also a bus station within half a mile from the hotel. The staff are welcoming and the rooms are great too.

This place is terrible. Someone messed up my booking, so I had no room for the night at 11pm. I had to ask them to look for other accommodation for the night. The staff said that they have room at the other Ibis hotel down the road, I asked if he could phone and check, but he assured me that there was room. I then booked to stay here the next 2 nights. A €15 taxi trip later 8 minutes down the road, I arrived at the hotel, only to find that they didn't have any rooms. I asked them to call the other hotel back, and the managers response was "sorry". And that was it. I had to look for accommodation in the area because the staff wasn't willing to help. I could only find a hostel to stay at in central. When I asked for a complementary drink after everything that's happened, they gave me a ticket for only half a pint. Half a pint? Managers answer, "sorry". This was my tipping point. After an amazing stay at a Hostel. That's right, a Hostel. The Hostel took me in, gave me free breakfast, and offered me help when ever I needed it. The next day, I went back to the Ibis hotel to check in. I spoke to the manager at the Ibis and told him everything that had happened, but all he could do was give me a complementary Meal. That's was it. Not only that, they still charged me €94 euro for the previous booking mistake after they assured me I was not charged. Bottom line is, this hotel is the worst hotel I've stayed at, and ive been to over 25 countries.

To the staff at Ibis Amsterdam Airport Hotel. I lost my passport in the parking lot when I arrived on October 3rd. Luckily was found later by a stranger, but your staff were so incredibly kind and helpful and waited with me and made sure I was ok until it was found. They helped me check busses to see if I left it there etc, let me know worst case scenario I could get a temporary passport and get home still. Being from Canada I was all alone and frightened it was my worst nightmare. I cannot express how thankful I am to everyone who helped me there. What a wonderful group. Thank you for being there for me and calming me down. I will tell this story to all my friends and family about the experience I had with Ibis hotels. Thank you, thank you Forever greatful.

We have 3 lovely days at your hotel close to airport, the infratusture is perfect, so happy colours design, staff friendly and eficient, the around area is green and we have a tasty breakfast! For sure we come back to your hotel! ‍♂️‍♀️

Cool place, different in a nice way, the bathrooms reminded me of the cruises type, kind of fun and cute, clean, nice breakfast bar.

Offer gluten free bread which is a huge plus for me. Rooms are always clean and comfortable.

Hotel check-in service is speedy. Main restaurant is not my thing, tried the burger bar. Waited a while for service, people at the counter were helped quickly, my booth was overlooked. Went to to the sandwich place in the lobby instead.

This hotel suck don’t even bother to check in here their service literally sucks especially the bus service they don’t even bother to manage it properly causing me to wait for more than 4 times like an idiot and the staff here is very rude to the customer like literally rude when we complain she raise her voice especially the staff name lotus she was very very rude to us so don’t even bother check in to this hotel!

The hotel itself is ok. A bit dated but the beds are comfortable. I would not recommend wasting your money on food. All of the restaurants within the hotel are disgusting. The food is made with no care whatsoever and is completely inedible. For example, the only vegetarian dish on the menu is Cannolloni, which you would think is hard to mess up, however the "tomato base" is straight up ketchup. A giant soupy bowl of ketchup. Disgusting!

Very nice hotel. I was pleasantly surprised at how good it is for the money. I could not find anything close, that offers same value for less money. Extremely easy to get to from Schiphol-just take the free shuttle there and back. It's a little cramped but it's good enough to get a good night rest. We got a three bed unit for four of us and slept with comfort by just moving all beds together to make one huge bed.

We were staying here on our last day of our honeymoon. The new rooms look amazing and the place has fun things like table tennis! When we got to our room they had left a wedding gift for us! That is amazingly thoughtful of the hotel staff. Beds are comfortable and the room is a nice size :) of you need items in English your well taken care of here.

The Ibis Schiphol hotel is a wonderful hotel. Always very clean rooms, good facilities and reasonable rates. There is a dedicated Ibis bus line to connect all travelers with the airport door to door. Breakfast is huge and fresh. There is a hamburger stand for the quick dinner type and a restaurant got a relaxed dinner. Food in general is of a good quality. The only comment I have is that the menu for the restaurant can be changed every now and then. It has been the same menu for the last two years now. So it becomes a challenge to find something different since I come here once a month.

Totally outstanding service from staff in a beautiful and well appointed hotel. The interior decor is modern and fresh with plenty of interesting things to look at. The ground floor lobby also boasts a convenience store with minor snacks and items offered. The rooms were comfortable and clean with a great bathroom and luxurious linens. The breakfast buffet and dinner were outstanding and very good. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel, convenient to the airport and public transport. Stayed here for one night an have no complaints at all! The rooms were clean and comfortable and had everything you need for a short stay. The restaurant buffet serves very delicious food with a good range of meats, cheeses, fruits, breads, pastries and yogurts. Something for everyone. If I was in need of a stay in Amsterdam again, I would come here.

Do NOT use fast check out. This hotel has added charges to my bill and now they do not reply to any questions (I have sent three emails) to fix this — breakfast has been charged for more people than are in the room. Make sure you get them to go through your charges before you pay!

Very nice hotel with shuttle service and good restaurant. Attention to the noise when the room is located under the hotel services because from 3:00 in the morning these one can galley, we wait for the trolleys on tiles.

We drove to ~ the receptionist said they needed to buy a parking ticket. But when you go out, you don't even have to plug in the parking card ~ There's a feeling of being cheated ~ PS Penthouse Restaurant Service staff service attitude is poor to want to freak out.

Nice hotel, great location. My room wasn't in the newest wing but perfectly fine. The nicest Ibis I have stayed in and with convenient amenities — two restaurants, a bar and a snack bar. Free shuttle to the airport and a bus hub across the street. The only things I was not too happy with were the shower and the hairdryer. The shower is one of those hight adjustable ones that doesn't stay put at the hight you want. The hairdryer is quite weak.

Typical airport hotel, is OK but you can't expect too much. The breakfast is very good for the price. Only finished products that are ripped off, the eckligste are these soft scrambled eggs with milk or whatever.

I would never stay here again and do not recommend anyone else does. If you have a problem with your stay, the customer service is atrocious. I made a complaint months ago and still have not had a reply to my questions, I just keep getting sent a generic email back saying 'we're sorry'. Well it's not good enough! You ruined our holiday. I have even contacted the CEO's department and they did not even bother to reply. Do not stay here you will regret it.

Shuttle bus did not work I called two times to the hotel must take a taxi but they did not give me back the money — Room was overpriced Euro 230 per night — bathroom llike in a space shuttle unfriendl atmosphire — bad selection of TV programms — and even not a fridge and and drinks or snacks in the room — Receptionist unpolite und unprofessional — was only interested in getting the money from the credit card — Absolute awful service Quality — never again IBIS — and never again Amsterdam — just never go to IBIS they are absolutely not qualified.

The service was very good. Arrived at night, so it was important to quickly met, driven and were allocated. Everything was up to par, although another 20 people joined us. An hour after arrival they were already lying in a warm comfortable bed, drinking mint tea. In the morning free tea and coffee on the first floor from the vending machine. If you do not eat a lot of breakfast, then recommend McDonald's, next to 10 minutes, with windows on the runway of Schiphol Airport) will come out three times cheaper than breakfast at the hotel. Nearby there is a bus station: half an hour and you are in the center!

Disappointing service in the restaurant. We waited 10 minutes and asked twice if we should sit ourselves. We were told there was someone coming. Nothing happened though 5 employees were there and could not have looked at us.

Very good hotel, breakfast is also great, especially sausage, traffic is very convenient, five minutes to the bus stop, airport away from this bus is only 10 minutes, back and forth airport bus tickets free, scenery is OK, there is a small lake in front of the door, just a little bad, the airport is a bit tight, from time to time will hear the sound.

Terrible hotel, even for budget hotel standards. 1) The shuttle from the airport is always crowded, and ridiculously long winded. It takes longer to get to the hotel on the shuttle than it takes to get to Amsterdam Central to Schiphol via trains. 2) The rooms are really tiny and the washrooms resemble airplane toilets. The rooms aren't cleaned well and there's no quality control in place. Our bed had stains on it and they didn't change it even after we asked them to. 3) The hotel is noisy and you can hear people checking in and moving around the entire night. The walls are so thin that you can hear every movement outside. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay at this hotel!

The photos do not correspond with the reality, super small room, ugly, nothing cozy, no gel, shampoo, or anything for the toilet, just shower towel, no to D hands, pillows like cushions, dubious cleaning, a bar x closet, no room to move… Lousy.

Good thing near the airport. Bad: Noisy at night, someone comes away, airport shuttle is free, but often crowded. Food: The restaurant is expensive and not worth it. There are still fast food.

Pretty good place! Modern and up to date, includes a resting area, public washrooms, a snack bar (very very expensive! ), a gift shop (which included things like power converters, batteries, soaps etc), escalators and elevators. The breakfast bar was really good as well, I wish there was some more fruit but they had a bit of everything. Since it's right next to an airport you can hear the planes taking off every once in a while, but it wasn't overwhelmingly loud and didn't really bother me. Would recommend!

We had to stay here as the airline put us here because of a delay. KLM customers had one line with one person handling lots of people. We needed a twin room but got a double so two men ended up sleeping in the same bed. We were told we would get a free meal and the buffet was basically nothing. Due to allergies we asked at the restaurant and were told that their collegues would meet our need at the buffet. Well it never happened.

Excellent quality, the rooms are clean and of the right size with comfortable beds, the staff is very courteous despite hotel being cheap, check in was quick and the check out only consists in leaving the card/tiles in the appropriate box so you don't Wasting time. In the hotel we can find a restaurant with great food but rather high prices (very common thing in Amsterdam), an area where you can buy various snacks, and a restaurant used for breakfast. The area is not the best being away from the city centre (25 minutes by car using Uber), so before booking consider the cost of return with your vehicles, it could be cheaper than a hotel downtown. The hotel also has a free shuttle bus that takes you to the airport.

It is a hotel that has the minimum comforts needed to spend a stay where you want to be without much luxury, but as and in a clean place. Breakfast is ok but not the best. As I say it is a good hotel when you want to save money.

Large Airporthotel with free shuttle bus. This is unfortunately crowded at peak times, so you have to wait for the next one and possibly the next. Coffee and tea are available free of charge at the hotel and a small shop with Nibbles is also available.

I came here because my flight was delayed, so I got a nice room for free! That being said, it was a nice room with a TV, clean room, and everything as expected. The free internet was really good while I was there and could stream and download without issues. The restaurant and Burger bar are both with a try and were both good quality, even if a bit expensive. No more expensive than any other hotel though. The shuttle does take about 10-15 minutes to get to the airport so plan ahead for that.

It's a good location hotel. Transportation to and from the airport for free from the 5am to 1 AM continuous every 15 minutes. From the airport you can take all kinds of public transport: train, metro or tram to the city centre. Breakfast is buffet-style with several options.

International hotel with extremely friendly staff and accommodations. Free shuttle to and from Schiphol Airport. Not large but comfortable place to stay if you absolutely need to be near the airport. Nice bedding and shower. Pretty much full service all around.

This hotel has two things going for it, one proximity to the airport. Second is breakfast has fresh orange juice. The rooms are outdated and the staff has been dismissive while not being able to communicate. A big no in any customer service. Rooms are ugly and outdated. Not ready for cell phones with very limited power supply ports. In general I don't want to stay here again. Also I you want fresh squeezed orange juice, Albert Heijn has it for as cheap as six euros for two liters. Basically if you like Ryan Air, you'll love this hotel!

Tidy usual ibis hotel. Noting fancy, simple and clean which is important. Bus to and from airport, and nearby station for buses downtown. Too far to bike or walk anywhere. But where you lose on location, you make up in price. Bit of a ton cost anyway.

Due to a flight transfer, we were accommodated for one night at the Ibis Schiphol. The double room was clean, up on the mold on the bathtub. We liked the breakfast buffet. Lots of choice and delicious.

Comfortable hotel with a decent restaurant. The reception is quite impersonal, not very warm but ok. But one does not necessarily expect anything else from a large establishment whose main interest is its proximity to the airport with frequent shuttles every 20 minutes. Recommend so if you have a plane to take early in the morning…

Perfectly located for transportation into Amsterdam central and the airport. The rooms are small but suitable for a short getaway (long weekend) the food is fair priced but the drink is extremely expensive, €30 for a bottle of wine the only cost €3 in the local super market and €7 for a pint. Back to the rooms. They are small tidy and well looked after. Shower pressure is fine and well balanced. If you are looking to go out and about I strongly suggest you get a (RED) Amsterdam & Region travel pass which allows you to travel on ANY bus/train/tram & metro. €27 for two days. You can pick one up at the airport. Believe me if you are not driving you will need it. If you head over the road for the IBIS and head to the bus station the bus into Amsterdam central is the 397. All in all the place has been a perfect stop for me and my partner the weekend and we will be coming back later in the summer time.

Classic 3 star hotel chain, long hallways with hundreds of rooms. Basic rooms, lacking some benefits now of wide use as the slippers, and with towels not really lindi. Small rooms, if I choose to have 2 separate beds it does not make sense that these are attached to each other, otherwise I was asking for the double. They provide only one towel per person with which to have to dry for shower, hands and face.
Breakfast not proven because of the exaggerated price of €17 per person. There is also a burger where you can eat a little, a restaurant and a bar. The free shuttle to and from the airport is convenient. Recommended only for those who make stopovers with night stops.

It's a great hotel. The rooms are clean, spacious. The bed linen is clean, too. All the hotel staff are fluent in English. In the morning, you can watch the lawn run by the swells. Is very close to the airport but despite this, the rooms are quiet. Breakfast was delicious and you could choose different dishes from the buffet.

The hotel manager kicked us out of our room in the middle of the night at 3:00 in the morning for no reason. We had to get out of the frame of the two Ibis hotels, escorted by a security guard. The machines of the distributors did not work we lost in all €5, no form of politeness when spoken to them, no effort of language. The shower and the wk was really dirty we found all kinds of hair. We found an insect in the duvet of the bed, plus we noticed pimples of bed bugs on our bodies.
Hotel to avoid, the staff is racist towards French tourists.

I do not understand the presence of a pre-fabricated bathroom worthy of a camping bungalow in a room with more than €115… With the presence of hair on the ground.
And I still wonder what was the most noisy element between the roads, the air conditioning or the hotel guests.

A large hotel, comfortable rooms with soft bed, there is not a wardrobe but a rack with the crucce, small enough bathroom. Unfortunately we Italians have a high standard of cleanliness. Unfortunately in the bathrooms there is no vacuum cleaner. A problem that could be solved. All in all enough, close to the airport, 10 min with free shuttles. That lead to the airport where there are trains to go to the central station.

It must be said that while being away from Amsterdam is very well connected to the airport thanks to a shuttle service, and to the city. Once in the airport just take the link that leads right to the central station and you are in town.
The rooms have the necessary, although for the double were missing the face towels for both, and fluttered some dusty plush of too.
Organized Reception is always available.
It was completely lacking a service of necessere in the room (kit necessary for bath, headphones, slippers, etc).

We stayed overnight courtesy of our airline, due to a delayed flight, with full board. The rooms were clean, comfortable and as expected. Dinner was not so great, breakfast was excellent. Staff were courteous and helpful. Would be happy to stay again.

Cosy hotel near Amsterdam airport. A shuttle bus goes to the airport and from there you can quickly get to the city centre. You can also rent bicycles at the hotel without any problems. We had a very nice stay there.

This hotel is great if you need to leave from schiphol early in the morning. The shuttle service is one of the best. The rooms are small but very silent. Shower looks like hell but is actually good. We enjoyed our stay here.

Clean quiet hotel with no audible noise. Price performance is okay but not overwhelming either. The parking fee of 17. €50 per 24h should be submitted with.

To sleep and shower is very good, PQ the rooms are small but clean, cozy and modern. The location is perfect pq Everything is very well connected, close stops and some transportation services are free. To eat I do not recommend it because it is very expensive, for example, a normal bag of chips 4, €5, so Q imagine the rest.

Had a lovely 4 night break away to Amsterdam. IBIS has been great loved the free shuttle bus from the airport. Room clean and tidy bed is comfy. Enjoyed the breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful would definitely come back.

The hotel was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. But I give it 2 stars because it is very far from the center.
If you're going on vacation to Amsterdam. I don't recommend it.

We arrived on Sunday asking how can we get to downtown. This lousy front desk only provided little information. The next morning we had to walk all the way to a bus terminal out in heavy rain. We tried to find where we can buy day passes but the drivers were really rude. We had to pay five euro just get to the airport. We bought day passes and we took the train to downtown. Later in the evening, we were told we were in wrong buses, after the fourth wrong bus, we saw a shuttle bus that runs between Ibis and airport. We were really pissed! Never again with Ibis!

Not a bad hotel. Delicious breakfasts. There is a free shuttle from the airport. Of the cons — the numbers are small and poor soundproofing.
Not the best option, if you want to visit the city center, because the train ride back and forth will not be cheap.

Small room but functional. There was free water, tea and coffee. Plus free voucher for fast Internet.

No frills, budget accommodation. Whilst it's not the best hotel ever it deserves a good rating in its category. Staff was very nice, room was clean. My bathroom had a walk in shower. Breakfast has a good buffet. Considering the proximity to the airport I think it was quiet.

Comfortable and not very expensive. You have bar, restaurant and a small place where you can buy 24/24. Free bus to the airport and airport to the hotel. Recommended.

It was easy to get to the hotel with the shuttle. Check-in was fast and efficient. We were happy to use the fitness room. We had lunch at the restaurant on level 2. The meal was good, the service was also very good but we found the price of the food a little expensive. Our room was quiet. The set up of the room was good. It was good to have a little store to buy water or a snack. Overall our stay was a good experience. We were also happy to have the shuttle to go back to the airport.

Stayed for 3 nights a lovely hotel loved the bed so comfy. Rm was tiny but clean free showergel which is good short 5min walk to bus station I bought 3day pass which covered buses and trams well worth it. Mc d 5min walk. No kettle so had to keep buying cups of tea €3 the staff are lovely and very helpful young lad in coffee area so funny didnt catch his name great facilites in hotel restrants gym shop free shuttle bus to airport free wi fi cant fault it wii def be coming back loved amterdam.

The hotel is very nice and well cared for, especially the front desk that makes a great impression. It's nice connected to the center and the airport. The rooms are cheap, in two we were given 2 medium sized towels and enough, if you shower until the next day you no longer have a dry towel. The prices of the extra things are unreasonable, from the laundry to the €17 of the breakfast. All in all I recommend it.

Great value for money Although it is not close to the city centre, it is well connected. Directly opposite you can take a bus that leaves you in the museum area. Also. As it is free to transfer to and from the airport, from there you can take a train that leaves you at Amsterdam Central Station or to a number of other destinations.
Another advantage is that it has a bar and restaurant in the hotel until 23 hours and a 24-hour autoservice, making it very comfortable.
The soundproofing in the rooms is perfect, being so close to the airport that is fundamental.
The staff is very warm and helpful.

To say something, we said we thought it was closer to the airport and we had to take a taxi because the shuttles were leaving later than the time we had to be at the airport.

I usually stay at Ibis Schiphol airport on business trips between Europe and Africa. I find the rooms comfortable and the service friendly and efficient. Love the opportunity to get free coffee or flavoured water at any time in the Sweet Wing. Service in the restaurant could be a little faster. The food and wine in the restaurant is excellent. Only complaint that there is only one shuttle around 11:30 and 12;30. We had to leave people behind.

My wife and were very satisfied with the handicapped room. Also the breakfast was very fine and the care provided by the staff excellent. 2 x We also ate quite delicious in the restaurant. The shuttle bus service to Schiphol Airport is also excellent. We will remain loyal to the Ibis brand. ;-)

I love this hotel. Relaxed, casual, affordable, but still have everything I need to transit through Amsterdam. Comfy bed and pillows. Hot shower with basic amenities. No airport noise whatsoever. Free tea/coffee Store with fresh sandwiches, fruit, basic meals. Friendly service. Free airport shuttle. Easy access to downtown by 197 bus (€5 one way, 20min). Excellent value all round!

My family and I always stay at IBIS when we fly back to the US after staying in our second house in The Netherlands. Our flights are leaving early and we prefer to travel more relaxed by staying in a hotel close to Schiphol airport and make use of a shuttle service very early in the morning. IBIS is perfect for our purposes. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and not too expensive. We stayed in two rooms and my wife and I even got a free upgrade to the 'New Wing'. Will use IBIS again.

Easy to reach and convenient to the city centre also thanks to the buses that lead to Amsterdam. The rooms are small but equipped with every comfort, with a huge shower. It's a very big hotel but it's easy to orientate and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Equipped with ample parking though a bit pricey. Breakfast is varied and plentiful. We dined at the hotel and were pleased.

The beds were the most comfy of my 12 day trip in Europe. I was able to buy stamps for my postcards. I was able to take the bus to Amsterdam for one last night of vacation. It was perfect. The only negative was the check-in staffer I dealt with didn't show any emotion in the way of welcoming us or even smiling. But her colleague did.

Clean, decent sized rooms, very accommodating staff and has a free shuttle service to and from the airport which is about 15m away. There is a free 24/7 gym. The staff helped by providing maps and easiest routes to reach the centre of Amsterdam. There is a bus terminal station just 5m walk from the hotel. Very pleasant stay over all, no complaints. If ever in Amsterdam again, would be sure to come back as the shuttle service was very handy.

Good, but.
Service level it is worthy of a three-star and more (Fitness, bar, meeting space, restaurant, copious breakfast, a fast selling space, a souvenir shop, a distributor and a currency changer, no game room).
The staff are friendly and welcoming.
Regarding the rented twin room, it is well equipped, suitable for a regular stay to visit Amsterdam, the cleaning is done daily, rather far from the center but you can easily reach the city by public transport.
Only snag, the bedding is worthy of a bench. The mattress is fine, so hard and not comfortable.

No problems, the room was for the money something flimsy but it was a Spontaneous affair was had. We slept very well and the room was very clean upon our arrival. Even I had our dog with no Problem. We had eig. For two days we had to spontaneously Leave booked but and have get the money for the second day, very good Service.

Good Service and very nice staff, were always very nice and helpful. The room was really neat, and both of them was enough for us to complete. The deduction in the shower was great, so my friend and I were able to shower one after the other and without that, all the moisture remained in the room. We had Wi-Fi in the rooms and a beautiful view of the fountain. The Hotel is located just outside of Amsterdam, but since the bus stop is very close to the Hotel, and the buses all travel was no Problem. A small deduction are there for the Breakfast buffet at 17 euros per Person which is expensive.

It is the worst Ibis I have ever been to. The rooms are small, the boxes are not separated and the 3 that we have are so close together that are a single bed. There is No air conditioning, which in summer when the sun beats in the windows all day, the value is unbearable. The computer centre is 4 seasons, but just can print on your printer, then send error. How valuable is the staff that is very good and well treated guests. There is a free shuttle to Schipol.

Super far away from the center! And if you want to go to the centre every bus trip is 5 Euros. Everything else is perfect.

Easy shuttle service to/from airport — — on-time bus, though standing room only. VERY comfy beds and excellent hotel amenities (fitness centre, food, drink) with friendly helpful staff. 3-person standard room is quite small, so no real space to sit or work, but comfy lobby nearby. Quiet despite airport location. Would definitely return for overnight stay between flights.

A very well located hotel and not far from the airport. Also well connected to the city centre of Amsterdam. The setting also is very appealing and my room 2309 had a superb view of the outside. In a nutshell I was very comfortable. The reception also at the front desk is Top and the Internet connection very good.

The hotel is located very near the airport offering shuttle free of charge which I think is a quality service for the client to have facilities transport airport-hotel-airport. The room very comfortable, laundry service is very accessible for the client to use. Only suggest that I sent to the client, the hotel offers service of a shuttle in the door such that one does not ask for a taxi as I did paying 25 euros which I was able to save me. It is for this that now because I liked the service, I will make a booking for the 20th of July and leaving on the 21 of July.

Good site to be on the step, close to the airport. It is interesting to your shuttle service from and to the airport itself, as if it is not a taxi to the hotel can cost you about 20 €. The room is usually economical in comparison with other options, but inside of the hotel is somewhat expensive to consume, for example, 5€ for a bottle of water. The attention at reception was very good and fast.

Good rooms, sleep well, not much noise and spacious enough. The service is good, the staff is very nice. The hotel is large, well maintained, a bus service to reach the airport and the station (in 10 minutes), so it is practically well placed. Everything is clean and the rooms and hallways are nice for walking/living.

A practical hotel, convenient and simple. It is very good that is close to the airport. We came from a transcontinental flight of over 12 hours and decided to stop a night in Amsterdam to have a rest before continuing. We ate very good burgers at one of their local food and slept very well. A simple hotel, convenient that it meets its function.

The hotel is nice, comfy rooms, in the bathroom only a salviettone though and no bidet. Good breakfast but other buffet meals leave to be desired. I was guest for 2 days about due to an easy jet flight canceled… to go to Amsterdam you have to take shuttle and then train from airport or a bus that has the stop near the hotel. The staff does not speak Italian.

The Hotel is strategic! Opposite is the bus stop 197, which takes you to Elandsgracht, with comfortable intersection stops with tram 24 and Metro 50! However with the bus 197 if you get off the Rijksmuseum you can visit the City on foot! Also the 197 becomes N97 night bus, and the service is always guaranteed! The Hotel shuttle that picks you up and takes you back to the airport is very useful and convenient. The staff was super! Rooms always clean and tidy, rated 9!

Everything TOP. Room size pleasant. Possibly a Transfer to Amsterdam would be desirable, since bus tickets for 5€ very expensive, and Discounted Tickets to offer.

The Hotel is super! But why are there dead rabbits have lying around? According to employees of the rabbits die of rabbit plague. Why does nobody? The main thing is that the dead body is quickly disposed of. The Problem, however, want to fight nobody.

We have booked for 4 nights. A double room for 3 people. We were happy with. At the reception we were treated in a friendly way. In the Breakfast room, we found it a little sterile but the Breakfast was completely sufficient. Towels were for 2 persons and for 4 persons. Everything but not a Problem. Many thanks — we would recommend this Hotel.

The room was very satisfactory, the vision is very good. However the hotel on the 4th floor of the restaurant the feeling is really dark cuisine.

Very friendly staff and decent restaurant, but this is probably the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in. You will hear doors slamming late at night if the hotel is crowded, and you can hear everything happening above your room. Barely slept during my stay.

One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had.

1 week holiday I would do there, but for an airport hotel at the price you can gripe. For 1-2 nights hotel of fully coming sufficiently the super link to the airport is (free! ) from there out it also comes with the S-Bahn in the city. Breakfast bessers there but if you compare price performance I give a good.

Very good hotel clean rooms although with only two small towels provided good food free Wi-Fi, free shuttle bus to the airport.

WK from 14 to 17 August 2014, arrived at 19:30 at the airport, a shuttle was waiting for us to drop us off at the hotel (much appreciated), easy to find, very well sign posted at the exit of the airport. Drivers speak English and are really very welcoming. Hospitality at the hotel was also very good, despite the world hostesses know to listen. The House clear, spacious, very clean, a nice soft bed (appreciated after long walks in the city). Second day however no towel! Pity that breakfast is too expensive (€17 / person! ) The second day we had breakfast in town. A good value for the rest.

A very Nice hotel, friendly employee — and Nice rooms for a Good Price.

Room clean and comfortable. Plus the price (€ 55) and the location. Minus: only two small towels, connecting doors between rooms (that do not close properly) and paid parking huge but all full.

The room is small and povanivaet, noisy car parking opposite the Windows.

OK but the rooms are a little small and the shower not just ingeniously constructed, because that water is partially raussprizt.

Overall, a surprisingly unpleasant experience. The room is tiny, mine smelled off smoke (I could have changed it though, but I was only there for one night due to an early flight), and, most annoyingly for an airport hotel: the shuttle is going too seldom in the morning. Only two shuttles between 5 and 6am. Consequence: overfull bus and delays.

Ok room. Blinking light in the bathroom. Shower going from hot to cold. Breakfast very limited choice. Nice reception. Frequent shuttle bus to the airport, 10 minutes ride.

Good hotel for a nice price.

It is of good quality affordable price. All very well I found what understand Spanish language.

Be made less a little sympathy by employees.
