The only thing u have to take care of is reaching to d venue before 8pm when u reach Amsterdam as then you don't get anybody there in d office and keys u LL have to Collect from theire another apt. That's too annoying. As u r so tired after your long flight and manage to collect d keys. Luggage all.

Very comfortable place, well located, well equipped rooms (but without microwave) and nice view to a canal. The service was very good and handled both Spanish and English.

We will not stay there again. Good area but very bad building. Everything looks good on photoes, but the bedroom door kept vibrating when somebody entered the building, one can hear everything through the super tiny walls. Complained, no use… Not good value for money at all…

Very good place, very quiet and very nice the only bad thing is that if you need something or you have no doubt the reception is somewhat far away, I would definitely return to these apartments and recommend them widely.

Nice apartment's decent sized and well maintained. Excellent kitchen and supplies. Only issue is not a lot of windows and a little warm during summer. Nice and close to Amsterdam.

Stayed for 4 nights over Easter 2018. Paid in advance which was a bad idea as there was no ability to get a refund when we wanted to cancel due to the abhorrent room cleanliness. There was no concierge onsite at the room after we checked in and no one came to even see our concerns until late at night (11pm). As there is no cleaning staff on site nothing was done until the following afternoon. Minimal cleaning was redone, at best. Could have been a very nice stay due to the location and size. Basically we were ripped off believing we would be staying in a boutique hotel. Way over paid given the level of service I would have expected. Gerrit I know you did your best to compensate, unfortunately 15% rebate on over €550/night room rate did not come close. Thankyou for the use of the bikes. We will not be back until you get your level of quality in check.

Spacious apartments very well equipped. With Na beautiful view. The reception to remove the keys is 4 blocks you are very well attended by one of the receptionist is Spanish and very friendly. If you want you reach in remis. There is 150MTS bus stop for all sides. The center is about 10 or 12 blocks, near there is a supermarket. The area is very quiet and safe.

The apartment was really very nice. The staff was great. The location is near the station. Perfect to move by bus, but not the best choice for family. Ok for all the other. Last but not least, if you find noisy guys in the other apartments, there is not a reception in.

Spacious apartment, clean, easy to reach and quite close to downtown. Welcome, check-in at checkout easy.

For family accommodation I recommend families stay slightly outside central Amsterdam. Avoid central Amsterdam especially during the New Year period. Our Yays apartment had no staff on site and other guests around us felt free to smoke drugs continuously in the adjoining apartments and outside our windows all day and night (even though we had all been asked not to do this on check in). It was uncomfortable having our three young children exposed to the party noise and drug smoke all night. But I think this is not a problem unique to Yays but pretty consistent through the whole of central Amsterdam due to the huge number of young tourists — especially over the new year period.

The apartment is excellent. Very clean and comfortable. Close to Haarlemmerdijk (5min walk), a shopping street with good food places, supermarkets and shops. Issues I had : No washing machine within the apartment. The laundry facility is located at the Check-in complex, which is a 10min walk. Very poor Wi-Fi. I have asked the caretaker to fix (or reset the router or something) twice. It helped for a short while, but eventually, it slowed to a crawling speed.

The room was disgusting. Waited 4 hours and received a dirty room. There was a half smoked joint that stunk up the guest room. A black sock hanging on the smoke alarm when I entered the room. Loads of ashes near all the windows that were able to open. Which I cleaned, so I didn’t get penalized for it. Oven didn’t work at all. Very disappointed.

Great location and rooms are very well equipped. Right on the waterfront and overlooking the canal. When you go over the bridge you are pretty soon in downtown and there are several shops nearby but none opens before 8:00 pm in the morning. The room has a flat screen TV and a large kitchen.

What a perfect location! Close enough for the hustle and bustle but far enough to escape it and enjoy the peace. Wonderful to meet with locals and experience real Amsterdam. Great apartment with lovely views! Be warned of the narrow stairs though if not on a ground floor.

It was a great apartment in a great location, you could easily walk/cycle to the main centre. It was modern, clean, conformable and quiet. It had massive glass windows that helped with light, however there was no air-con, so it did get a bit hot (summer), they supplied one massive fan, but there was 2 rooms. Otherwise from that it was a great place to stay.

Excellent location, good facilities, plenty of beds and supplies. But there was no windows or verandas.

Perfect location, it is fast in the city itself and is completely quiet right on the water. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Clean and quiet apartment with bus stop nearby and 20 min walk from Central Station recommended for families.
