Very nice rooms just a bit dirty the floor of the room except that I have nothing else to say.

Great staff, clean and tidy plus the breakfast buffet was exceptional with the choices from continental and cooked, plus pastries, granola bars, fruit juices and smoothies. We had an evening meal (al a carte) and was very impressed, the attention to detail was on point! I would highly recommend this hotel! See you all soon! Thank you ❤️

Staff are lovely and polite, check in was ready even earlier than expected. Have some great artwork in the lobby, rooms were lovely and clean, the beds are really comfortable. I can’t pick one fault with this hotel will definitely be coming back next time I come to Amsterdam.

Our room had plenty of space and very clean. The hotel bar and restaurant is wonderful, all the food we had was delicious, no complaints! Staff throughout is very friendly and helpful! We liked staying a little out of the center, tram 2 is a great way to get to center. Definitely recommend this place very modern and love the art display!

Very nice, updated hotel. Breakfast was great, with a variety of things to eat. A little far from the downtown area, but the trolley was easily accessible and easy to navigate.

Staff were wonderful and very friendly and helpful. We had the do not disturb sign up for the duration of our stay so housekeeping left a bag a fresh towels at our door. Very considerate staff. Rooms were lovely. Very clean.

My wife and I stayed here during a recent trip around Europe. The hotel was clean and grounds well maintained. The bed was comfy and bathroom had all reasonable accommodations. The hotel also has a restaurant/bar on site and servers a complimentary breakfast that was really quite good. The service staff were very friendly and accommodating. It's about a 20 minute ride via nearby tram or metro to get to centraal station which is perfect for anyone that wants to have a quiet night sleep but stop be close enough to easily and quickly reach the city center. Would recommend to anyone traveling the area.

Very good hotel. Authomated shop for food and drinks (on very reasonable price). Good cuisine. Very good breakfast (little bit gourmet style). However the level of service is not the best (you wait to long the waiter to come). Overall rate for the stay is excellent.

Hotel ok as far as I can say as someone with 100+ nights a year. They offered me to prepare a breakfast box as I had to leave early in the morning. Unfortunately, they did not. “Yes, the computer shows that you ordered one, but the kitchen never received the info” something to improve…

Absolutely loved this place. It's a bit outside of main city and action, but I welcomed the peace and quiet and beautiful walk to the Tram stop after a long busy trip in Europe. Rooms are updated with nice bathrooms, heated floors and plenty of space. Hotel itself is very hip, well decorated and has a great breakfast, outdoor and indoor dining area and restaurant on site (a little expensive). The walk to the tram gives you a real feel of Amsterdam sans the partying and tourists. Tram was so easy to use, very affordable and fun to look at the city everyday from stop to stop. Plus the location is super close to the airport! But you could take the tram to the Centraal Station, too.

The staff is very helpful. The hotel is near the trans but we used the service desk to get a taxi to the Centrum. Didn't pay more than 30€ each time. Rooms are a bit small for the cost. We got the Superior at 400€ or so but our other friends got the small room and there is no noticable difference. Not to bad of a hotel tho.

Room wasn't cleaned (after putting the sign on the door)
They would send somebody but nobody seen.
The tab of the bad didn't perform when the Thermostatic tab was hot.
Expensive parking you had to pay to park in the hotel 20 euro a day.
It looked promising but I was totally not happy how the personal handled the problems. We normally go to the Radisson in Amsterdam. Is a bit the same class but much better than Hotel Artemis. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. We payed 390 euro for 2 nights and above that 40 euro on parking. The hotel looks nice but it isn't how it looks. A big dissapointment.

It's beautiful and the service is good. However food is quite expencive.

Best hotel I’ve stayed in, the tram ride is beautiful, walk from tram stop beautiful, you can buy sneaks at reception, shower was amazing, heated floor in bathroom, staff very friendly, was meant to stay for 2 nights but only stayed for one due to family emergency, there is doorbell I found that mad was great, the beds have to be so comfy, my boyfriend and I stayed we where given a twin room which was no problem as we just moved the beds together all in all beautiful hotel, beautiful location, great transport connections, if you don’t mind staying out if the city, trams finished around 12am but there is also late buses past 2am, I will definitely be back.

Highly recommend staying here. Great staff so friendly and helpful! Rooms are really nice, the food is really good. It's about a 20 to 30 mins away from central Amsterdam via tram.

This hotel was a bit out of the way of most of the typical sights to see in Amsterdam, but a quick tram or train ride would get us wherever we wanted to go. The front desk was very helpful in finding late night food options even after the kitchen closed and the rooms were very comfortable.

Good place if you work anywhere close since there is nothing otherwise for you to do. Being a vegetarian, I didn't find many options for dining, though the breakfast was good with plenty of vegetarian choices. The famous Tram Route No. 2 is a short walk away from the hotel that can talked you to the other attractions of Amsterdam. Staff is generally courteous but slow.

Very quiet location in very nice residential environment. To get to the center you can take the means with about 1km walk on bike lanes/pedestrian streets. From the airport instead, by 2 buses you can reach it in about 15minuti always with 1km to get to the hotel. Bikes or shuttles are also available (at an additional charge) for trips directly from the hotel. The hotel is very nice, it comes with a large modern and fragrant hall. The staff found me helpful. The rooms are clean (albeit not impeccably) and the beds are large and comfortable. The rich European breakfast from 7am to 10am. Some convention for sensitive discounts on the attraction of the city. Also nearby are Albert Heijn supermarket in the vicinity of bus stops. Near Policlinico. Reference Bus: 2, 18, 69. I removed a star for the location on the edge of comfort to get to the center. Good everything else that I could try. A hotel with personality.

Nice place, with professional staff, classy modern look and decent price. The location is not great though, there are a bunch of connections to the centrum and it'll take you around half an hour to get there. The breakfast is a bit expensive, but of good quality, and a good idea given that downtown is not as near.

Great hotel and just far enough out the city to enjoy the peace and quiet. Rooms and lobby areas are stunning and done to a high standard. Staff are all very friendly and happy to help. Would and have recomend to any one.

Clean and modern Hotel Breakfast was good and the food was great. Missing a star for the defiled location, between airport and fair, which requires the use of an Uber/Taxi to reach Center/fair.

Nice room, very good food, and especially a very welcoming and friendly staff, they were more than adorable with our 2 year old child. The centre is easy to reach thanks to a reasonably close tram (8 min walk).

Bad location. Excellent attention.

My brother (19) and I (30) spent 2 nights in the hotel and found the service staff nice and the room chic. However, not in the category of a 4 star hotel. The floor was dusty, the minibar was empty, the coffee in the room was not edible. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and equipped with floor heating.
The room rates were affordable but everything else was overpriced; Water: 2, €50, breakfast €20 and the hammer was 80ml cappuccino for 2, €50. The disappointing thing was, you get a big mug to first give the impression the mug will be full later. When I looked in, it wasn't even half-filled — that was more of an espresso than a cappuccino. I will visit another hotel next time.

Hotel does not live up to the 4 stars.
Rooms not cleaned for centuries. Very uncomfortable and not clean beds. "Door" of the bath creaking and unusable. Staff not attentive to the reports made. Furthermore hotel completely isolated from bus stops to the centre, only reachable with KMS walks.

To get to Amsterdam you need to take a short walk, just under a kilometre, then take tram number 2 or 18. In any case, the hotel offers shuttle service to €5 and bike rental. Nice and clean room, beds are made every day without needing to request it expressly. Present at the water and ice dispenser plan. In reception possibility to buy snacks and drinks.

For the price I paid I expected not to pay the city tax. Rooms were adequate if your travelling on business. It’s a hotel in the middle of nowhere. If you are not good with map reading you might even struggle to find this one, we arrived in s snow blizzard at just after 4pm and had to get a taxi from the tram stop (thankfully) There are very few close amenities and nearest public transport is at least 0.7km so if your not good on your legs I’d give this one a wide berth.

We stayed last weekend at this hotel and found the conditions awful!
Furniture old and broken, bathroom mold and dirt, even the walls so filthy that it becomes an evil! And that's 4 *! Terrible! Take a look at my photos before booking this hotel.

Good service, very elegant rooms, and good heating. It is far from the center but has no bad connection with the tram (10 min walk)

The hotel is far from the city center in a quiet location accessible with the number 2 tram very nice, clean and organized. The rooms are decent sized with lots of storage space. And the restaurant within the hotel serves good food worth staying in expecially if the weather isn't that nice outside Would come again.

Away from the comfortable traffic they have bicycles and scooters for guests.

Good hotel, for the price I think it is better not to find in Amsterdam. (We cost 85 euros/day double on November 17, 17). The rooms are clean, there are some scuffs, but inconsequential. The room has a refrigerator, a kettle with a coffee cup, an ironing board and an iron. There are even threads with a needle (useful, by the way). The bathroom has a heated floor, plumbing is in good condition, shampoo and soap is attached. The towels and the bed are not washed. Wi-fi normal Staff friendly, in the foyer free lemonade. Provide all sorts of cards and booklets. You can also buy a transport pass from them. To the center 7 km, tried to walk — tiring, especially back) but within 5-8 minutes tram, subway. Breakfasts are expensive — 19 euros per person, it is more profitable to buy something in the supermarket and in the morning with a coffee breakfast) Like everything. In general, I advise the hotel!

Located in the industrial zone, very quiet. There are no bars open during the weekend around the hotel. Very comfortable rooms, modern style, very comfy mattresses, helpful and courteous staff. Bathroom OK. Breakfast was not very good Excellent cleanliness. Good location to get to Amsterdam in 10 minutes by car, between 10 and 20 euros a deal with Uber.

The service at the hotel is at a high standard. Unfortunately, the hotel is far from the city centre. Wi-Fi doesn't work well in the rooms.

This is a great hotel. All the staff members are very friendly and helpful. They all make you feel at home, from the receptionists to catering staffs and the room cleaners. Rooms are very big and the cleaning standard is very high. I will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amesterdam on holiday. We had a great stay here and would definately come back.

I love the staff, atmosphere, location and everything about being here as a guest. I came for my birthday and the staff surprised me with the most gorgeous happy birthday platter filled with an assortment of cakes. Thank you!

A little walk from the tram stop but this was fine as walk was through a park and very pleasant. A good sized room with large twin beds, however hotel provided tiny towels which were more like hand towels and very difficult to get dry after a shower, drying your hair with postage stamp sized towels was interesting! Didn’t enjoy breakfast, eggs & beans were cold! I found the bar staff unprofessional, I asked for a bottle of water for my room and the bar staff actually sighed at my request and started banging fridge doors around looking for water. I ordered room service and this too was met by a grumpy receptionist. You almost feel that guests are a nuisance. Wi-Fi seems problematic with intermittent reception and our television kept fading in and out of signal. An empty mini bar and fridge and no complimentary bottled water really was the icing on the cake! Did I mention that you only get one pillow on your bed? But… it is a 2 minute walk to Bureau which is a fantastic restaurant, had a lovely evening there!

At first glance the place is nice, but it hides less pleasant surprise.
We took a double room with two separate bed beds sticking with 1 single mattress on arrival.
Insulation of the walls mediocre we can hear the room neighbor very well.
No water pressure in the shower so don't be rushed, breakfast at more than 19th the NY choice is not!
To 460th the stay without breakfast I would not go back.

The hotel is nice from the exterior but it fails to live up to its rating. Little things about the hotel make it seem cheap and for a place called, "Dutch Design" it doesn't seem like functional design was in it's consideration. The furniture is of poor quality, feeling light and hallow. There are knicks and scuffs all over the built-ins. The bathroom door and shower door are incredibly frustrating. The bathroom for did not close completely, staying ajar constantly, and the shower door did not block the water from leaking out. After every shower the floor was completely covered in water. The TVs are very old and made the rooms feel cheap and the curtains did the same. This place was very disappointing.

For a business trip this hotel has qq km from the airport Schipol is very decent. Large room and breakfast serious. In addition, Tram 2 has 5 mn of the hotel takes you to the centre of Amsterdam in 15 mn for 2. €9.

Highly recommended! … The stay has been ideal in my case as I was looking to sleep in a quiet and comfortable place, very comfortable and comfortable bed and the bathroom with very nice thermal floor… Despite being located on the outskirts of the centre of Amsterdam is very well connected with public transport I moved with line 2 that reaches the Central station in just over half an hour and also 10 minutes from the line 69 connecting the airport to both arrival and On the way out… Would repeat without any doubt!

Good hotel with Welcome to the height! The breakfast may seem a bit expensive but the quality is satisfactory. Beautiful & modern standing.
A little excentred from the city center but absolutely not annoying with the possession of a bike.
The bike rentals offered by the hotel are nevertheless of poor quality price (16 euros/day) when one can find 10 euros/day.

Really nice hotel. Staff are fantastic. I enjoyed my stay tremendously. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Just be aware that a taxi into the city takes 15 to 20 min. Public transport is available close by. Also there are no shops or anything close by.

Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and that is very important for me as a tourist. We stayed in room number 350 and the hotel was very clean and Modern. The cleaners done a good job every day cleaning the room while we were out exploring the city. Bike rentals was a great choice to use from the hotel and also nice bar downstairs. Located in a quiet area where no unexpected sound would wake you up during the night time. Took us 15min to bike to Vondselpark which was a great choice to smoke and enjoy the ride. Safe!

It is located a few km from the centre of Amsterdam which is reachable by tram or bus, quiet area, the room very comfortable and clean, the bathroom with the tub then is the top! Friendly and helpful staff.

A little out of the way to the city center.

This hotel is modern and beautiful with wonderful staff. Very comfortable rooms with heated bathroom floors and glass bathroom door (very chic). The hotel staff was nice enough to make me a smoothie with the frozen fruit that I brought from the grocery store after my personal travel blender suddenly stopped working. The gentleman kindly handed me my smoothie and said, "here you go, ma'am. So you don't waste your money " :) I was really impressed. I would highly recommend this hotel for its service but I will say it is a bit of a ways away from City Center but that could be a good thing because it is quiet outdoors which makes for a peaceful sleep! :) We had just come from Paris and it was the opposite… Paris never sleeps so with the windows open in our hotel room THERE, our sleep was disturbed often, but NOT at this hotel. It was pleasant and quiet.

I absolutely did not like this hotel. Here are the reasons to consider staying here: Pro:
1. Good breakfast.
2. Staff is relatively kind. …
3. It's a nice walking distance to the Metro (if you like to walk) Con:
1. It states that it is against hotel policies to smoke and they even have a sign about charging €250 if they find signs of smoking in your room but, an elevator smells like someone smoked in there and the hallway of the floor where I was staying smelled like cigarette smoke.
2. The room has only 1 large window and two very narrow windows. Feels like you just stepped into a bunker.
3. The room wasnt made one of the days. We returned at 4 pm and the room was just as we left it. I had to make the bed. The next day I just didn't bother I made it myself and left the notice of "do not disturb".
4. Some curtains are just not long enough to close so in the morning light comes into the room.
5. It's not a good value for your money.
6. It's a long way to the public transport if you don't like walking and very far to reach the central Station (downtown)
7. Some information they give is very misleading.
8. Some of the safe deposit numbers dont work.
9. The bed is too soft and has holes. We had to lay on the floor because we got back pain.

Very well located, quiet, large rooms, clean and comfortable bedding. Only downside the flow in the lavatory of the bathroom not functional and not repaired despite the request. I Sejournerai again without hesitation anyway.

My wife and I returned yesterday and we absolutely loved the hotel. Terrific staff who stopped at nothing to make us feel very special and were always on hand to give advice on local transportation. We got a 72 hour travel card which got us on the tram (into city centre) and the local metro station. Before we booked we looked at reviews and a lot of the negative ones were the fact that the hotel is too far out. Total rubbish. Do NOT take any comments like that as true. Yes it's half hour on tram to Central Station but you get to see this wonderful city. I/we would thoroughly recommend this hotel as 100/100 and would definitely return.

Really nice, cozy, clean and cheap hotel, 20 mins from the city centre. When you are not fan of some kind of special hotels, airbnb, couchsurfers and so on and on, this is the way to go :)

Not ideally located to get into the city center quickly. The hotel it self looks nice. The rooms are definitely not small. Bed was nice. Bathroom had enough room to move around.

The hotel looks nice, but the room wasn't. Stains on the ground, chairs with torn lining, a lot of dust everywhere (dustballs really). There were hairs in the shower and in the toilet (not mine, needless to say), nothing felt really clean. The shower didn't have a constant temperature, going from warm to cold to warm all the time. The Wi-Fi wasn't any good, connection dropped all the time. Maybe you have better luck, but I don't recommend this hotel.

This hotel is awesome, the price is so low considering how nice it is. Service is great, the staff are friendly and the rooms are a great size with a really comfortable bed. Food was a little pricey but the free breakfast is brilliant, would love to stay her again.

The view from the room was very nice, the twin room was quite big. Nevertheless, the Minibar empty, the door to the bathroom did not have a closing mechanism, which was actually a bit strange, and the towels and duvet were daily not changed. I found the prices for the rooms and the Service is fairly expensive.

Since Hotel was clean and very stylish furnished. The staff was also very friendly. All around it is very quiet and the equipment is fully up to date. However, it was very tasty and varied Breakfast, only just under 20 Euro per Person a bit expensive. Also, I found the travel time into the city centre a bit too long. Although there are direct lines accessible to the city centre and to Centraal station but with just under 35 minutes you can already expect.

A very clean, stylish and pleasant hotel exceptionally quiet rooms. I was very surprised to find so many people at breakfast as I was convinced I was the only one there.

Safe was too small for a 17-inch laptop. We've got 3 extra bed shortly before midnight and rooms on the tour handed Wi-Fi reception not until the last. Minibar was teaching and hardly any German-speaking television stations. Entrance to the underground car park was too tight!
Breakfast buffet was for very tasty and plentiful.
Rooms were clean.
Would book the next time however hotel rooms in the city.
For seminar visitors who do not want in the city it is absolutely enough.

Nice hotel with a bus stop right next to it. The hotel itself is nice for this price range but the water pressure in the shower was a little weak and the free Wi-Fi had a weak signal too. The house keeping did not care at all for our "Do not disturb"-sign.

Budget hotel (HRS — deal) outside of the city, easy to reach by tram. Modern design, spacious, slightly used. Friendly service, high prices in the bar and in the restaurant.
Should €10 / hour Pay for a late check out — that is now times not, especially since the hotel was a little busy.

This is an beautiful hotel filled with art work throughout the lobby and the hotel rooms. It is quite far from Central Station, about a 20 min ride on the 2 Tram and a 5 min of walk. But worth going to at the end of a long day of adventuring. I wasn't fond of the hotels close to Central Station where the rooms were smaller and you would had to share a bathroom, but if you like convenience.

A 4 star hotel, it is definitely not more. In our room we have a plastic chair which is scratched, unfortunately the wood furniture is also already badly scratched.
The bathroom door is a cantilever which has no locking mechanism.
The beds are extremely soft, but large.
Oh, and the cleaning ladies have eaten my chocolate.

Have the time there enjoyed, unvergeslich Nice would always arrive. :).

-quiet rooms, the truth is that there is no traffic of vehicles and bicycles do not make noise.
-very comfortable bed and the bathroom quite well.
-Hall ice dispenser.

-away from the Center, but with good public transportation.
-cleaning the room inesistente.
-breakfast, not included, Basle; Although supplemented with teapot and cups in the room that sometimes did not change, and when it did, missing the spoons. And still I am waiting for.
-minibar, of course (very expensive), intractable, and in some inaccessible room, (not be opened the door).
