Stayed here last week (dec 2019) our 2nd stay. Location is perfect. Staff always friendly and helpfull. Rooms nice and clean. Goodie bag when you check out. We will definitely be staying again. Thanks very much.

Will not return here or recommend it to friends. Room is different from what is presented on line. Although in the city center but the price not worth it. We been to different cities in europe and stay in city center hotels but this hotel could not compare to other hotels we stayed.

So friendly also greeted by lovely staff, amazing place to stay, myself and my husband most definitely will be returning to stay again, so clean and comfortable, I love this hotel, we only checkout today,

Very clean rooms but some of them are very small. Staff is good. Everything is so close. Central Station 5-7min walk.

We had no issues while staying here. Even though we were in the Red Light District, our room was incredibly quiet and we had the windows open the whole time! The staff was welcoming and helpful with anything we needed. We were late sleepers because of the jet lag and had the Do Not Disturb sign up for 3 days and the cleaning crew left a bag of fresh towels and toilet paper outside our door for us each day. It was also a wonderful touch to receive a goodbye goodie bag — those snacks saved us on our travel day!

Great location, clean. The staff is nice. There is A. C and elavator. Should be aware that the couple bed is two separated beds joined together, that there's no mini fridge and that the street is filled with weed smell. 2 min from Dam square, near some great restaurants. Reccomend!

In terms of location, this hotel is the best location for seeing the city. We got two single beds and our room is the perfect size to rest and relax in. The beds are clean and comfortable and the staff is so friendly. We will definitely come back.

If you are not very short of money in fact, do not have to wronged themselves to live here, the traffic here is very convenient and very lively place, but the room is too small, a hotel door filled with the taste of marijuana, and very noisy, near the environment is very bad, bathroom is very small and Lotus head is fixed on the wall can not be removed, But the bed is comfortable to sleep, traffic is also very convenient in the middle of the railway station next to.

5 min walk from Central Station. Room not enormous, however the old buildings on Warmoestraat are only 15 feet wide. Room at back of hotel was very quiet. No problem sleeping. The 2 guys who were on reception were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent.

Excellent location 2 min walk from central station. 24 hour bar. 30 second walk to one of the best breakfast place omeleg in Amsterdam. Comfortable bed with AC. All you need for a short stay in Amsterdam.

Excellent location, you can move absolutely on foot, clean, change linen every day, the bathroom is a bit small, in the double rooms, the beds are separated, the staff is very helpful, friendly, always pays to book breakfast the night before, is Buffet. Particular to be followed: the day we were leaving we were given a bag containing several snacks, a deodorant, a bottle with the water of chocolates, chewing gum and candies to consume during the trip thing that in all My travels I have not seen anyone do. Recommended.

Service very good hotel, hardware facilities are also complete, the most important is the location is particularly good! The stay coincides with the King's Day, with an orange hat and Garland, and a gift bag with delicious snacks. This hotel gave me a great experience and memories!

The location is wonderful, hard to surpass. The staff was always helpful and polite. The only thing to be criticized — are the rooms. The walls are very noisy. We've heard our English neighbors up at 4am, oh my God — gossip, faster faster. Worthwhile. Good Hotel.

Nice to be able to find a decent room for 3 (4 single beds) but it was cold out and heat didn't work at all. Excellent customer service though, friendly staff.

Everything is pretty much at their doorstep and its a huge cut on travel costs if you're a walker.

Small room but clean and reasonable price for a night. This is typical of Amsterdam hotels if you don't want to spend too much money. The breakfast was a great deal at €8, and selection from the buffet is decent. I'd stay here again.

Lovely & clean place, fresh towels everyday. Shame about the bottle bin right outside the room window. Wish the handy man waited until after 9am to get his drill out.

Full and modern room, the only thing does not have a minibar but if you have at the reception bar open 24 hours. Good location Ideal to leave without transport and close to the main train station…

I think the price and the size of the room is worth it especially when you are in the city center. Our stay is nice except our neighbor next door keeps banging the wall, I don't know why. But overall, we like our stay. Very friendly staff and a good food selection for breakfast buffet. Not bad.

Very central, but very quiet. Good bedding and everything very clean. Breakfast Buffet of very good quality. Only downside, the bathroom, very narrow, one is forced to hips to be facing the sink, and the water of the shower overflows.

I can't speak of the food as I haven't eaten here, but I must say this was a great hotel and totally worth it. The room was very clean and the interior was modern. Also, the staff was friendly. I have no complaints really. Worth mentioning though, is that the room was a bit smaller than average. It was a good use of space though.

Location excellent — couldn't be better. Short walk from central train station. Walking distance to all the sights. Great street full of restaurants of all kinds. Right in heart of old side and ted light district. Close to China Town. V secure lobby with bell access and 24 hour reception. Lively atmosphere outside but quiet in hotel. Lovely bar at reception. Friendly staff. Room was small but entirely sufficient. Shower good. Take your own conditioner. Hairdryer cut out occasionally but no big deal. Bedside lamps no good for reading. Bed v comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights and from the minute we arrived the staff were friendly and helpful, very good location, the rooms were lovely just like the pictures. The bed was huge and very comfy. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend this hotel to anyone. And it's only a 3 minute walk to central station.

Great hidden gem. Located right in the city, close to Dam square and the bustling red light district but quiet and cosy. Rooms are air conditioned and, while a little small, well equipped and with a very comfortable bed. Staff are friendly, always around and happy to help. It was cheap too. If you're a couple or friends looking for a nice central hotel, this is ideal.

If you want to stay in/near the red light district where all the partying is at, this is a nice place to stay. We didn't hear any street noise from our room on the 1st (that's the European 1st) floor, the beds were comfortable, and the water pressure went very high. The main downside during our stay was that the Wi-Fi was almost unusable at times.

Nice litte hotel where I stayed for almost a week. It was better than I expected. I was given a room that had two windows. Bed was comfy, room size was adequate and the room was nice. Shower had a great water pressure. Front desk and room cleaner was very friendly.

Such a great central location wow. Easy walk to train station (even with luggage) and to any where in the city! Close to toms of shops and boat tours as well as red light district. Private area to smoke off the hotel bar which was nice you didn't have to be on the street in the chaos of Amsterdam.

Just had a weekend break at this hotel xx told them it was my wedding anniversary and they laid rose petals on the bed and left chocolates in the room FOC xx staff were very friendly and breakfast was amazing xx brilliant location xx when I come back to Amsterdam this is the only place I will be staying xx thank you guys keep up the good work xx.

Great Hotel, quiet despite being in the centre of Amsterdam, the staff really very polite and friendly.
The potion is great, you are close to the central square and the red light district while remaining outside of it.

The location is great, cleanliness we arrive in the room, cute I look at the bathroom and there were still hair on the ground.

Lousy and carisima experience. Very poor attention of the staff, cold and distant. The rooms are TINY and in the winter you can't sleep in the cold! The bathroom is impossible for someone of medium size and the towels and sheets have a hygiene dubious. Would not return, nor that it was the last hotel in Amsterdam.

I've stayed here several times over the years and have always found it to be reasonable price wise and convenient to central station. The rooms are small, cozy and clean. Staff has always been pleasant. Helpful and easy going. Plus free Wi-Fi too!

Very short with the luxer, booked 3 nights and was told that our room was cancelled, they said that we could have a lower rate room for two nights but that still left us without a room for the last night, had enought of reception and tried else where, every where booked solid, with luck local tourist info sorted us out with a huge appartment so all worked out well in the end but will never book the luxer again.

This hotel was such a great find. Really close to Centraal Station and a perfect base to explore beautiful Amsterdam. The rooms were a good size, clean and comfortable and the hotel staff could not have been more accommodating. Very reasonably priced too, especially the €8 breakfast! Will definitely return and would recommend.

Nice Hotel with attentive concierge and 24 hour reception. I booked a large double room which was large enough for me and properly one other. Good sized shower and room decor was pleasant, with a conformable bed. Breakfast is 8 Euro's and also very nice. Its just 5 minutes from Amsterdam Central Station and borders the Red Light District. I would definitely consider returning to this hotel, thanks for the stay.

Fantastic stay here. Beds are very comfortable, black out curtains, very clean, beautiful decor, great location (5 minute walk from Central station). The hotel staff is very friendly, I was even given a free cappuccino while we waited for our cab on our way out.

I really liked this hotel. It is really close to the Centraal Train station in Amsterdam. Just walk out the front door, turn left right after the construction area, and go about three streets. If you don't see the street the hotel is on, ask someone and you'll quickly find the hotel. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and the bathroom area is new and up-to-date. The breakfast costs 8 euros, but is worth every cent because it is "all you can eat. " I would definitely stay there again. I also liked the fact that my room had 2 beds even though I was on my own.
