Could not talk to my husband and daughter, they just would not put through. And this is supposed to be a 4 stars hotel? What did we pay for a room with phone for?

I didn't use the hotel accommodation, but I parked my car at their parking service, ParkFly. My car was damaged at their facilities, but they didn't took care of it. They completely ignore us, never returning our mails and phone calls. So, everyone be aware, your car can be damaged at ParkFly Schiphol and nobody will take action.

We park our car from 18/06 till 3/07 at your facility. When we picked it up it had a scratch in the door and the back. We mentioned this to the employee and he took pictures and agreed that the damage was caused at your place. We tried to contact you since we arrived and have no answer. This is really a lack of respect and responsibility from your company. We expended you would take care of the damage as every serious company would do. We parked our car at park fly many times before. Of course we won’t do this any more. So, everyone be aware, your car can be damaged at ParkFly Schiphol and nobody will take action.

It's a good hotel to literally park sleep and fly. Good prices but don't expect too much for what you pay. The room was a bit small but more than sufficient. The bed was beyond comfortable and the bathroom was pretty big. Staff is super friendly! My two complaints would be that the shuttle is not only at a different place (departure 3A instead of usual hotel shuttles area) but also takes long to show up. It doesn't really have fixed times so you HAVE to call the hotel to get an indication of when it will arrive and and add 10 to 15 min to that estimate. My second complaint would be that during early hours… there is no one at the reception. I had to leave at 6 in the morning and simply no one was there. So, that's fun to figure out. Also, you have to pay 20 euros for the shuttle as of the 2nd use. But other than that, it wasn't bad. Plus side is that the shuttle is 24/7. For the room, I would like to stay there again but if I have to be at the airport for an early flight, I'd go elsewhere for greater 'shuttle responsibility'.

Their airport service is very practical and kind staff. Rooms are decent and prices okay. 5 Star because the fluent experience.

I have to say. The place look nice and they give good service. I didn't stay. I had to drop the car I rented from autohopper in Aapeldoorn at this hotel. And the reception helped me verry well. I could use there service of shuttle to drop me at the airport.

The rooms and the bathroom are quite nice. I didn't like the breakfast for 15 €. If you want coffee or latte in the morning you have to pay this extra with 2.75 €. The buns and bread were rock hard as if they were from the day before. The scrambled eggs were not properly fried and still partially liquid. So are the eggs.

We ended up at this hotel because our second flight in Amsterdam was overbooked (Air France) and, although we paid for the ticket 3 months in advance, we were not allowed on the plane to our destination. We came very angry at the hotel and we were a bit rude even if it wasn't their fault. However, the staff was extremely nice, trying to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We had a good experience here with the staff. The bartender even treated us with beer (Mike) and they provided a very good sandwich late at night. We were in the room only for 5 hours. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Beds are confortable. I liked this small cozy hotel.

I made a booking from Booking. Com for a stay in your hotel in July and this was supposed to be a free one My credit card showed that I was charged 50 Euros on 5th of May, I am not sure why? It was free cancellations reservations and no prepayment in any! Confirmation number: 1992102681 Pin: 1518 Stay Dates: 24th of July till the 28th I cancelled the reservation because of this and, emailed you for the money back from 9th of May and since then you either don't reply or repea…t same replies, where I replied that the bank stated they have no action on the money held on my account and it is not released yet! How can this be your customer service? and even when you emailed a proof stating its a proof of refund, it was only an invoice for the money being held not released! Dear Mrs Noura Elawamry,
If the reservation which we have made on the card is not released automatically than there are different restrictions given on
the card. We are sorry but you will need to ask your bank who issued this card to release the block for you.

Comfortable bed, clean room. Walked past the restaurant — which was shut at that point — to go to my room, looked nice with a lot of wines on offer from the look of it. I arrived very late — 1am so there was no reception only the night porter who was also the shuttle bus driver. The hotel is a bit out of the way, so taxi etc will add up if your stating a couple of days. They offer a free shuttle bus — but only the once, if you need it again its eur 20. I opted to get an Uber which was Eur 14

Good location to go to Amsterdam and see the tulip fields pity it is soundproof the noise of the planes is well attenuated but not that of the adjoining rooms.

Bad, we had to call twice for the Schutle from the airport and waited almost an hour. Really cold reception. Dirty room, more than 4 stables and no stars. The restaurant is the only really great thing.

Standard rooms are in very good condition. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Kettle for coffee and tea available. Minibar was very good. Kitchen very good, service was partially overtaxed. Beer ordered not get. Salt and pepper ordered do not get.

The employees do not understand German. Under the beds a lot of dust. Breakfast was OK.

Didn't stay for long (got in late and had to catch an early flight) but from what I had it was good. Room was clean, shower was hot but not scalding. If you're needing a quick place to rest before going to School then I can recommend it.

It's absolutely nothing. Friendly and helpful staff, very good Breakfast with fruit, fresh squeezed orange juice, many varieties of bread, scrambled eggs with sausages for those who like hearty. On the last day we missed Breakfast, would they have called us at 10:00 and asked if we would like to have Breakfast otherwise it is cleared (10:00 am Breakfast at the end), and up to 10:30 p. M. Breakfast leave. Just top class!

It is a bit removed from the center but it is very good hotel, the attention is very good.

Very nice hotel. Located just outside of Amsterdam center almost always had to be about 30 min. Take the bus. But hotel in itself highly recommended, nice staff nice ambiance.

As a result of a KLM delay. The evening meal was a bit long, otherwise the comfort is fine. The shuttle drivers are driving very fast, careful.

Had a good dinner there. The meat was slightly less cooked (medium-rare instead of the medium requested). Service was excellent and the general vibe inside was good too. A like more vegetables with the food would not have not.

Our office uses this hotel quite often and it's always a pleasure. The rooms are very large and luxurious. The bar, dinner service and breakfast are all great.

The rooms layout is modern and holds a very very high standard, the TV has lots of english channels too! ++ Bed is realy soft but pillows are a bit flimsy, our bath was broken on first night before repaired and a dirty loo roll wasn't changed at all throughout our visit which was surprising. Other than that the cleanliness was remarkable!

Stayed here during a press tour and the experience was top notch. Breakfast had a very large spread, so I had the pleasure of something different each morning and the food for our private event was superb. The staff was very helpful and charming along with patient. … The room was the perfect size for me as a solo traveler and my windows let in a beautiful breeze and relaxing sounds. 100% hope to make it back with my husband so he can experience how great it is.

Really nice place, loved the junior suite. Really nice staff too. Accidentally overslept and was a little bit too late for checkout but staff was really nice about it and didn't make a problem.

The hotel is good and located in the vicinity of the airport. There is also a bus, the 171 that leads to the central area where the move in the metro to get to the centre of Amsterdam. The problem is to return as you have to get out soon, weather permitting, otherwise taxis are really expensive… In the complex bus structure na, and fair prices. Recommended for those who do not suffer from the distances.

Standard room is plenty of space. Well equiped. Bar and restaurant serve very good food and drinks. Close to the airport, but not do much, about 15 minutes of driving.

It is beautiful and good.

The hotel is a bit far from all the tourist attractions but is located close to the public transit in a really nice neighbourhood. The price is very reasonable for Amsterdam. The hotel staff was very helpful and let me check in early and upgraded me to a deluxe room (free of cost). The rooms and the hotel was nicer than the pictures. Oh and the massive bath tub was amazing!

Wifi not 24h, good price for live & expensive drink-food.
