Lodge very good, great activities, but then an absolutely horrible welcome! It is only at the inflatable structure that the little young people were nice otherwise for the rest the welcome was infamous we really have the impression of pissing off the staff royally … It's a real shame!
In addition the quality of the food is really deplorable for an exorbitant price! We now understand the price difference with France!

An absolute disaster what we found in this parc! The cottage was so incredibly dirty and disgusting that he didn't even want to touch the door handles, let alone sleep in one of those beds! I'm still so upset and shocked that I don't even know where to start listing all the shortcomings. We wanted to give the children a nice holiday and left only a few hours after our arrival. What a shame!

Terrible customer service. They cancelled our holiday and refused to refund, instead giving us a voucher that we are unable to use as we do not want to risk travelling abroad. They send standard replies to emails and make no attempt to resolve our situation.

Really disappointed by the cleanliness of the cottage. The floors are dirty, old dust stuck, holes in the duvet covers, and the highlight of the show: a disgusting terrace with a baby chair left outside on which is small bags that we dare not even move (dog poop? )

We stayed for a week with our 3 daughters. Enjoyed the staying. We ordered VIP package and the cottage we received were good, probably renewed one, with jacuzzi and sauna at the bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The facilities were good, the pool is great for kids. There is supermarket and restaurants. The petting zoo was great. The parking lot is a bit far from the cottages and the additional activities are pretty pricey, but we didn't have time to use them.

Best Park out of all Center Parks we visit so far. Very good location. Close to the very nice town with plenty restaurants. Tons of activities for kids and adults. Very well maintained. Kitchen fully equipped with plenty of dishes to host big party. Looking forward to come back within few years.

Ik had een tijdje niet in een park van CenterParcs gelogeerd, en we werden teleurgesteld. Het begon al met de reservering: nu ik in de VS woon, bleek het onmogelijk om op de Nederlandse website te reserveren. Bij het boeken van een 55+ korting kreeg ik voortdurend foutmeldingen. Toen ik op de Facebook pagina om hulp vroeg, werd me geadviseerd om de Britse CenterParcs website te proberen. Daar kon ik wel boeken, maar zónder de 55+ korting! Dat kwam daarom een stuk duurder uit. Toen ik daar weer vragen over stelde op de Facebook pagina, kreeg ik als antwoord: 'De Britse Center Parcs valt niet onder ons. ' Kortom: pech gehad. Niet erg klantvriendelijk! Tweede probleem was de bediening in de horecagelegenheden. Het is werkelijk niet één keer gelukt om onze bestellingen foutloos af te leveren! Daarnaast werden de vuile borden niet afgeruimd en niemand kwam vragen of we nog iets wilden consumeren toen we in de Market Dome aten en naar de entertainers bleven luisteren. Het personeel is ófwel niet goed getraind, ófwel niet gemotiveerd, ófwel er is onvoldoende supervisie. Of een combinatie hiervan! Tenslote op de dag van vertrek (een zaterdag). In de informatie had ik gelezen dat je op de dag van vertrek tót 10 uur met de auto kunt inrijden om in te laden. Dat bleek op zaterdag níet het geval te zijn! De slagboom o p parkeerterrein C zat hermetisch dicht. Op een bordje stond dat je via de receptie kon inrijden. Maar dat duurde wel ruim 15 minuten rijtijd.

De Kempervennen zijn een klassieker binnen sport huis centrum, want zo lang gaat het al terug. Het tropische zwembad is niet super groot of spectaculair, maar met jonge kinderen wel heel erg leuk. Het is ook zeker aan te raden op een doordeweekse dag buiten de vakantie. Met Social Deal kunnen er dan ook kaartjes met korting worden gekocht. Met een extra glijbaan die ook voor tieners en volwassenen voor spanning zou zorgen, zou het 5 sterren krijgen.

Very nice center park. On arrival very clean bungalow and also the park is in good condition. There is a lot on offer for children. We particularly liked the swimming lake. The entire system was kept very clean and the staff were always friendly and helpful. About 4 km away you will find great shopping opportunities like Lidl etc. Since the supermarket in the park is very expensive, it is advisable to run all the necessary errands there. The swimming pool is also very clean and suitable for all ages. Our children liked the whitewater stream extremely much.
This park is definitely recommended.

Great time had here but please take your own BBQ. Unlike UK Center Parcs, they do not come with the cabin and there is no ability to hire. Instead you must buy one from the shop. Quality is not good enough to keep, so they are dumped en masse at the end of the holiday… Eco-friendly, I think not!

Nice center parcs, aqua dome is very nice. Children are super excited. Parents sometimes. Nice to jog in the morning, nice forest. BUT all small lake are crowed with gooses; and they are not friendly — can be dangerous with small children. And when you're walking on the pad (super), if you have to walk on a bridge, you may have the smell of rotten eggs and the garbage of all client (plastic, balloons, …). Hereby some pictures.

A wonderful place. A tad expensive for the Spanish half pocket. Prices are in August.
They have a lot of activities, including aquatic skii and Paint-ball.

Something in the years came but for us always the perfect paradise in peace as an escape from the big city. Many animals around the houses round it off. Great lakes that offer many possibilities.

Unfortunately not well maintained vip bungalow windows and dishes not clean beds throughout although touted as box-jumping beds although park as car-free park many cars at the bungalows green spaces are not very well maintained as we regular Center park visitors are we expected a little more also the aqua mundo is very old.

Accommodation was great, apart from the kitchen area which was too small to do much. VIP was definitely worth every penny extra — hot tub and sauna were fantastic in the cottage and the daily bread & pastry delivery made for great breakfast and lunch. The facilities are amazing with a fantastic pool and flumes although all of our party got a bumped head or bashed knee at some point in the outdoor rapids flume. On site food was a little expensive for what it was but the meals we had and the groceries we bought in the shop were by no means bad at all, just adequate. Best of all was the staff, both on the activities and in the shops and restaurants — all were pleasant, helpful and all spoke English.

Excellent facilities, incredibly friendly and helpful staff. As with all centre parcs there's loads to do with the kids so they were happy and therefore so were we. The location is great and really easy to get to from the UK. It was also very easy to visit other areas, we had day trips into Germany and Belgium which were easy to do and great fun. I would highly recommend a visit.

The park itself is nice but the houses are dated. The absolutely bad beds ruined our experience: pain in the back / bad sleep (we were with 6 people, everyone experienced this). Matrasses should be replaced! I was happy to be home again so I could actually sleep. Besides this our room stank like rotten eggs. Opening the window did not help. What happened there, and doesnt the staff smell this? No return for me.

Super fun place to take family. Children love the warm indoor waterslides, wave pool and pools. Great indoor cafes and restaurants. Good mini supermarket on site. Excellent children’s activities such as feeding Guinea pigs, brushing donkeys fur, live stage shows, indoor climbing, archery, squash, trampolines, playgrounds and many more. Was still lots to do off season. Cabins fantastic and fireplace excellent as it was a little chilly at night. Only stove and microwave to cook but easy to do pasta for kids. Pizza delivery available to cabins excellent.

Already a bit old, but still good. However, the indoor bath would have to be renovated, here the wear and tear can already be clearly seen. But if you mainly want to be outside, you're in the right place.

We went for a swim, love the pool, but the food inside the pool isn't that good. We went for a drink after and the cocktails and snacks are great. With some live music. Although the prices are a bit high, the atmosphere is fine.

Nice place. The bungalows are a bit rustic, viellot. This explains the lesser price. However all the elements sonlmt there to spend a good time relaxing. But a modernization stunt would be a plus.

The staff very friendly but the area is getting older…

Very nice place to stay! For a day or for longer. The swimming pool is great and there is a lot of fun activities for adults and children. Even the smallest children are having fun. The bigger kids have their own activities in the Parc. A lot of nature and place to take a little stroll. There are also a lot of restaurants and shops. Even indoors you can spot a lot of cool animals.

Facilities are ok. It's difficult to play indoor tennis as the courts are very fast. Visibility is not great for badminton. Pool is good. Accommodation is fine. Beautiful lake setting. Good for walking.

To those who appreciate the Center parks universe, you'll love this one. Its originality lies in the ski slope, but the Park has other assets: quiet, an Aqua Mundo not overcrowded (they are all skiing).

We had a good stay in the Center Park, little point to review the poorly cleaned cottage (still capsule in the coffee machine, my son found water bottle in his room, the floor Super cracra… Etc. ) otherwise the Nice point it is hot in the locker rooms of the pool and the showers we have not felt a current of unpleasant air as it can happen in the other Center Park. The staff were friendly and helpful.

One if the best CenterParcs. Ski center is an excellent bonus. Great staff and beautiful surroundings. Premium cottages are a bit worn out and could be improved. I would hope someone could investigate Dangerous dogs on site. There were quite a few vicious dogs being looked after by teenagers who couldn't handle them. Perhaps certain breeds could be barred to ensure safety of customers. Other than that, a great place for a family holiday. Thanks.

Good facilities and generally well staffed throughout the park. The accommodation though seems dated. We were in a Premium villa for which the photos on the website were flattering! There was a dishwasher, gas hob and microwave but strangely no oven. It was a 4 bed villa and was a good size for 4 adults and 3 kids. The activities are mainly aimed at children who are 8+ years old but there is a Kids Klub where activities are held for younger ones (4+). It's a shame that activities all cost money (except the swimming) as it quickly mounts up over a few days. And the restaurants are expensive for what is pretty average quality food.

We had a good time here but it depends what you are looking for. The park is located in a beautiful woodland, surrounded by water. Especially in the fall very picturesque. Great pool, lovely big lake, you can hire bikes, and the luncharea is covered. Nice assortment in the supermarket but the restaurants weren't great. The houses are old and basic but had anything you need and were fairly clean but dated on the inside. We were in one with four bedrooms. Two set up with double beds, two were set-up as twins. We went here for work as it was better value than hotels and that worked great. I'd go back for that purpose or a weekend but wouldn't want to spend my annual holiday here. We'd reccomend the welcome package offered with drinks and groceries.

Just amazing the park is a great place… So why the 1 star … well we stayed in 622 and it was awful the whole place smelt of sick… we had to clean the apartment there was sick up the walls and all over the front door and entrance Mat… if our accommodation had been good and clean I could have given a 5 star but people need to be aware that the rooms are not clean. Oh the staff replace the fridge after we removed it and took all the kitchen pots and pans out as the smelt of sick. I cleaned the apartment from top to tow but it's smelt bad… The park offered to. Move us but we was a group of 5 and wanted to stay together for the kids in the group… Now the food and beers are overpriced the shop is reasonable… The swimming pool and staff are great and changing rooms are clean… The jet ski guys and aqua team are great really friendly and nice and put and a great day could not be happier… 1 star because the room was so bad … : — (harsh but it ruined out time there.

A lovely CenterParcs which you can drive to in about 3 hours from Calais. A lot of the activities you need to pay for, but we spent most of each day in the pool, on the 'beach or in the playgrounds all of which were free. We stayed in an Eden apartment which was spacious. I would have loved to have bath mat, something non-slip for the shower and a spatula. Oh and a way to keep our toddler out of the cupboards in the kitchen, but otherwise we had all we needed for a great stay.

Beautiful place. A plenty of activities for almost all the ages. Ideal for family vacation (we were there for a week with 6, 9, and 14 years old children). So why 4 and not 5 stars? The cottages are too simple and a little bit old. The food in all the restaurants must improve (or at least the supermarket's assortment and surely it's prices).

We came from israel in 2014 for 8 days we had good staying enjoy the pastoraliity the room was near the lake, 'also the kids enjoy the pool, and there is a lots of rabbites every way very nice and green place we wish too come another time.

Resort is defenitely applicable to Kempervennen. What used to be a camping and an improvised beach 30 years ago is now a fullfledged holidaypark with all the trimmings. If this is your piece of cake, then go! Great bungalows, well equiped. Good service, great swimmingpool, friendly personnell. If you're a bit more adventurous, venture somewhere else. Great outing for family and grandparents for some quality-time.

The Park itself has pleased us very well. However, our VIP house was a "little" years. Otherwise, the Park offers many recreational opportunities.

Really nice place, the pool too. One thing I didn't like was that there wasn't much included in the price. When you stay there you can go swimming as much as you'd like, but that's it. Even the Wi-Fi cost money.

We're staying in a premium villa, five of us sharing a three bedroom. The facilities in the villa are great, furniture and fittings are all good condition, the one thing that we found that could be improved would be the replacement of the microwave with a combination oven. The site is one of the largest we've been to, all across the park we thought looked beautiful and there's plenty to do, do far we've eaten at only one restaurant, the adventure Grill which to be honest wasn't great, we never usually eat out as it can be expensive at the parks. Overall we loved it and will be back.

We're already several times there have been and are satisfied.

Super Park! many animals such as rabbits, ducks and otters. Has a great swimming pool and a nice environment with Lakes, inviting activities to water.

Great family park with a friendly staff. I do recommend going in the summer, a lot of activities are only open when the weather is right. It is child friendly and the main building is nicely decorated, children will love this.

Fantastic place better facilities than the uk and skiing, water and snow a bonus.!

Each time, we always take a premium style (734) cottage which is exactly our expectations (clean, spacious, good location,. ).

Very easy to get to from London UK. Set up like most Centreparcs. Nice and flat for bike riding. Friendly staff, nice cabins. We loved it. I think we'll go back.

I've been in this facility in 2006 during the european university championships. Remember!? I would go back with my family. What do you say? How can I contact you in Italian.

The bungalows are partly too far away from the Center. If you want to get quickly a few rolls, then you have yes no desire for a long walk. I find the prices for the accommodation too high because come to even the prices for bookings. The supermarket is bad expensive. And it House by House. We had a house in which the heating didn't work. So, the children and we have spent a very cold night. We had to keep clothes and the children — even baby — have received several ceiling. We have claimed that immediately, it also a very nice plumber came by, but he couldn't help. We got an another bungalow, where the heating system worked until the next day. Unfortunately, no word of apology or reparation. That was very humbling. Still, the staff is very friendly. Also a pity that so few can speak German well, because most of the guests are German, as the manager told me.

This was my first holiday Center Park and I was thrilled, we had a 6-person VIP Eden Bungalow with great views of the Lake. The location was quiet, the only that minimum had disturbed me, was that the couch consisted of single pieces and they slipped always apart, if you wanted to make comfortable there. Otherwise, everything was impeccable. The staff was always friendly. And there are many opportunities for activities, even if it is slightly colder. We will go back anyway.
