We had a nice stay with a warm welcome. The staff was very nice and the wellness was also very good for it's price. The normal rooms looked a little older but that didn't bother us.

Staff is friendly and are willing to help you. Although the hotel itself is very old. The entrance is really modern and nice. The spa as well (be aware no clothes only! ) But the rooms. Oh my gosh. I've never seen a 4 star hotel with this outdated design. It looks like they got the furniture from a second hand place from 1950. The bathroom had mold in it and the staff did not ask anything about our stay. It's easily to say that this is nothing more than a 2 star overpriced hotel where you should stay far away from.

Great location in the Netherlands. Great food at restaurant in hotel and bar for relaxing.

I can not understand how this hotel has 4 stars. The room is below average with very old and rusty forniture. The location is good though, quite close to the Centrum of the village.

Beautiful town — city center of Bergen op zoom in walking distance. Spa on this property is awesome!

Need a new look in the rooms and bathrooms. Staff very friendly but do not speak French. No TV in French. Nice frame. Free Wifi. A little pricey, but breakfast Nikel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. To relax and unwind and a class wellness area from 18 years.

Very nice spa, the hotell room need a make over as the furniture look like they came straigt from a 2nd hand store and it was no minibar in the room.

Nice hotel. Modern but really need a little paint shot. Nice Spa. Sauna Hammam Sale Fitness jacuzzi indoor and outdoor pool. Staff does not speak French, a bit of a pity but not serious. The other guests being a little noisy I had to call the front desk at 3am to end their jumpie. The receptionist was really listening. Heating shower blocked, sink on the verge of being clogged, air co Dusty… In short need a refreshing… it is however small details but that can spoil the experience. Breakfast is at the top. We eat like bears. Very good. The menus are good but for the restaurant at night we had to wait a little long, very long. Good experience in general aside from the small details they will settle quickly I hope.

This was my second stay at the hotel. The first time was in June 2013 and back then it felt just a tad outdated. While the rooms are spacious and clean, the interior still feels outdated now, in January 2018, and the ambiance is not one of a four star hotel. The breakfast buffet is overpriced too.

Good hotel, just a tad noisy. Has a spa and restaurant. Standard room is pretty nice, everything is clean and works.

Restful place in a small forest and close to the water. Restaurant serves food all day and the staff are attentive. Good location for holding business meetings. They have a high tea option that is not mentioned on the menu and that has to be ordered the day before.

Room was OK, bathroom should have been cleaner. Towels had holes. TV did not work. Location is good, downtown and inner Schelde are within walking distance.

Pleasant atmosphere, service is motto, location adjacent to Amsterdam by tram very easy to reach.

Pretty nice restaurant and bar but hotel rooms are nothing special. All in all nice place, would recommend.

For German travellers, a bit of a problem,
Since in the Hotel no German is understood or not understood, wanted to be, I was
as a guest of the well-being of the operation. Since man is basically capricious, the understanding was more or less well. Food was appropriate for the price. Rooms have not been changed, but clean, towels with corroded holes over four days. Staff always set friendliness, something from the sales. To praise a young pregnant lady at check-in, showed friendly and open-minded remains, and excellent English language. The final bill no one could explain and therefore it was for us not comprehensible.

A clean and pleasant hotel, good rooms and great aesthetics. Our primary reason to go here was for the wellness and resort, but there was insufficient information beforehand that acces to these facilities meant going butt naked. The weather was god awful during our stay which made a planned trip to the sunny beach a great flop. All in all a good hotel, not such a good trip.

Nice hotel with lot of services. Good place, near local beach and city center and park. Room was really nice however I expected the bathroom bit cleaner. Overall it was a memorable day!

Everything looked very clean and luxurious of high status. There is a very nice cafe Bar at the entrance with a high number of choices of good drinks. It also has a very nice atmosphere. The restaurant has high quality menus and the seats Are comfortable. Here It is possible to have pleasant and successful work discussions.

Very nice hotel, breakfast top. Only worries, ventilation of the bathroom that works all the time, even at night. Welness very good and clean.

The hotel is in a great location, about a 10-minute walk from the centre and surrounded by a wide green area. The rooms have carpeted floors, are very spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Warning: some of the rooms have been renovated recently and are very, very beautiful, the other not been renovated and offer a decor a bit old-fashioned (especially the bathroom).

Nice location, close to the local beach. Restaurant was excellent as was the bar. My evening meal and breakfast was superb. The bedroom whilst modern was a little tired. Beware the swimming pool does not allow swimwear. Yep nude.

A beautiful hotel, close to the Inland Sea, welcoming staff (but do not speak French), a beautiful wellness area, relaxation, massages… A beautiful place for bike rides.
