Very disappointed with the hotel.
The toilets do not work in our room 259 and no solution and no compensation. Very aging Hotel.

We love this hotel because you can go for a walk and then have a nice coffee. There is a friendly atmosphere here.

Kamer geboekt voor 3 personen, bij aankomst moest het bed er nog bij worden gezet, ook aan een handdoek was helaas niet gedacht en moesten wij zelf achteraan. Ook is het niet mogelijk zelf de tempratuur in de kamer te controleren waarmee de keuze bij ons kwam op veel te warm of ijskoud (in geval van het openzetten van het raam). De service was erg afhankelijk van de persoon waarmee je in contact kwam en varieerde daarom van uitstekend tot verschrikkelijk. Verder wel prima geslapen, het ontbijt was goed geregeld en smaakte prima. Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is daarmee redelijk in verhouding.

Very friendly staff at the reception and restaurant, clean and bright room. Fast check in and check out! Parking in front of the door. Small signs of wear in the bathroom. Rusty drain in the bathtub, rust on the heater in the bathroom. What bothered me a lot was that the room was not heated on arrival and all heaters were turned off. It took a while to reach pleasant temperatures in the room, that didn't have to be. Otherwise a very quiet hotel, on the whole a pleasant stay that I will repeat.

Disgusting! Dirty rooms and very bad treating the clients! The bigges problem was the insects, they were everywhere : bathroom, bed, floor and when I complained at reception they couldnt say even a "sorry", they just were rude with me. So, horrible conditions!

The room was really small and a bit cold. In the other hand the staff was really nice and friendly. I would not recommended for more than one night.

Room beds and bathroom leave to be desired, no more than two nights otherwise back pain from the bed and draught in the slightly ailing bath.

It isn't at a pretty location, next to a highway. Dinner it self was great, great food, but not very nice help from the people who work there.

The room was a nice size but the bed being a single and placed next to one another single bed to be a double was so uncomfortable plus the size of the blank was just for each single, but as a married couple sleeping next to each other and not being able to be next to one another since now each of us have our own blanket and bed. Well at least now I KNOW what it will feel like in 40 more years of to not sleep next to the wife. Thanks for the training. OK THAT'S just the bed now let's get to the carpets in the hotel you would think having all those rooms and what we paid times the amount of rooms you have you could at least steam clean the carpets, the smell and stains was bad. The room I would have loved to do the black light challenge and see if the room would glow in the dark but was afraid to do so. Not having vending machine other then buy a bottle of water for 2 euros 50 from the bar would be nice to think of kids and teenagers and making more money off the vending machines then your bar. A bit of pain goes along way. Your place was fugly booked. So please maybe clean up the place and I'll be back.

The hotel is located directly on the highway. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The small double room has a double bed, which is just 1, 30 meters wide.
The only German TV station you can receive is ARD.
The breakfast is zero eight fifteen.

Very dirty. Room cold. Didn't had hot water. Breakfast Really expensive, bad experience. No one care about the clients.

Very good service and lovely personnel. The building could use a renovation. It lays next to a big road so you hear the traffic all the time. Semi-clean rooms. The food is fine. Although the fries weren't baked properly. I give this hotel a 6, 5 out of 10.

I see it as 3 star not sure why it's a 4 star, must be some big typo, anyways expect what u expect in a typical bed and breakfast, breakfast was packed flys so u need to get to breakfast before they do.

Very clean room. Bathroom wat a bit noisy. Beds were fine. Room was al bit outdated.

The hotel is not meeting any standards of a 4 star, poor facility and disastrous service. Facility: an old country house locates in the middle of nowhere, facilities are old, heaters are not warm at night, doors can only be locked using keys, walls are badly sound proof, hallway is dark with the floors making noise that can be heard in the room at night. Breakfast costs 30 euro per person: awful and with little choices. The receptionists are rude and not even close to trying to help. I booked a double room but selected single-use by mistake, when asking for a change to two users with 1 week notice, they added another 30 euro with the most ridiculous excuse as the room is fine for two but the adding cost is an extra breakfast. The attitude is rude and all take-it-or-leave-it. Ironically, on hotel homepage the listed room price for a double room is the same price as I booked in the first place, breakfast for two included and without any adding. No negotiation to cancellation we left after one night and moved to another hotel. After checkouts when I was walking out of the hotel in the morning, the duty manager was literally putting her butt on the reception desk with one foot stepping on the chair and talking bloody loud on her mobile. — — — — — — — — — such total ignorance to the customers and such ill manner it can not be a 4-star.
