Hotel room is dark and old, breakfast room far too small. In fact, few tables were cleared. So we had to clean the table ourselves. Fortunately, the frame catches up.

This hotel is unique and charming… the setting is peaceful with lots of forest trails nearby. The rooms are very small, but that’s typical for Holland I guess. The complimentary breakfast was excellent every morning! One thing we missed a lot was not having a fridge in our room, and don’t expect air conditioning in the rooms, so in 30 plus degree weather it’s pretty hard to cool the room.

Staff and food very poor hotel facade excellent and grounds delightful. Unfortunately food and service did not match the hotel very very disappointed.?

Lovely Hotel Great staff and delicious food.

Situated not far from the local shops in a woodland setting. Our room was small but adequate & situated in an annexe with patio & outside seating, no air conditioning. We had set meals for our group in a separate restaurant as did other coach parties. €5 for large beer, €4 glass of wine. Nice bar in main building but receptionist seem to cover 2 jobs so you had to find someone to serve you. Overall very nice visit.

Having stayed here for the last few days with a group from Mid Wales. Excellent food concidering the volume off customers that had to be dealt with. Our stay was also made that much enjoyable by the professional services given by your Barman forgive us for not getting his name, nothing was to much trouble for him he looked after us so well. All staff are a credit to the Hotel.

I really feel sorry to have to rate this hotel but it was the most horrible stay I have ever experienced in a hotel.
I wonder if guests rate this hotel as clean as it might seem at home. This hotel was not clean! There are old carpets everywhere, old tiles, the beds are single, pushed together beds that have no 90cm per mattress. The door to the bathroom begins to dissolve from the water abbrallt by the shower.
The lamp at the entrance of the room is just about enough. To light the entrance and the TV is so small that you could have saved it too. Heating fully turned on and still only lukewarm. In the bathroom she wouldn't be warm at all.
The ordered food in the restaurant was way too overpriced and for my terms ne catastrophe.
Breakfast is even worse than dinner. Okay, it doesn't cost much, though. But it's all from packaged finished crane and hardly anything is fresh. The coffee was awful. We left everything and the second morning breakfast was different.
I do not understand why they respond to the negative reviews but do not change anything… Why do you let such a hotel get so?

Rooms are split between 2 buildings with a third housing the restaurant (not directly affiliated with the hotel). Breakfast is served in the restaurant so you have to head outside to get there. Rooms are a bit old fashioned, but decent enough. Beds are too soft for me. Ten minute walk for the centre of Putten.

I booked 3 junior suites for one night. 2 suites were ok, but my "suite", room 229 was not really a suite. It is supposed to be 30m2 but was no bigger than 20m2 at best. The bathroom had not been cleaned, with dirty towels lying on the floor. When I telephoned reception the receptionists attitude was Óh, I will tell housekeeping. When I asked how long it would take I was told housekeeping was not available. We had to wait 1, 30hrs before it was sorted. The receptionist was polite, but not customer friendly and didn't even apologise for the problem. In the room there was no simple way to open the wardrobe as there was no handle on the door. The tea/coffee facility was rubbish. There were only paper cups, which for a 4 star hotel is not acceptable. The restaurant was excellent with very friendly staff. For a 4 star hotel the breakfast was basic.

The cleaning staff are VERY loud chating and laughing while they are doing their job, forgeting that somebody sleeping in the rooms.

Romantically located in a park… Room tidy, parking free, walking distance to town.

Great place good location friendly and helpful staff. Good food really nice rooms with large comfortable beds. Great value for money.

Very nice hotel, with rooms for any budget. Great service. Nice gifts to buy. Lovely environment, right in the middle of nature, but also very close to the center of Putten. Easily reached by public transportation. Very polite and service minded personell. One can rent bikes to discover the beauty of the Veluwe.

Great location. Breakfast is wonderful because you have a big selection to choose from. The staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place for rest and relaxation.

Very nice hotel with helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is smart and set in a nice wooded area. The food has been very good and the town Putten is very quaint.

Brilliant place. Can't fault it! Oh and fast free Wi-Fi all over the place.
