Price performance is not right… The room was very small.

Room small, mattress through, bathroom small and very dark, energy-saving lamps need to be really bright. Breakfast quite ok but the room very dark. Price — performance ratio a no go. Therefore 1

Torn wallpaper, mouldy window sills, single-pane windows, run-down appearance, not updated for decades. Worst hotel experience in many years!. Friendly staff though!

Old, run down, moldy. The curtains couldn't close, there was mold in the window, and the entire look and feel of the hotel is more that of a hostel. The pictures are an wall corner, the broken curtain rail and mold on the window edge.

Musty rooms and moldy bathroom. Good breakfast en friendly personnel. Bed was reasonable.

The rooms aren't too great, but the bed was perfect and the food is good.

When you come in, everything is fine. The restaurant is great, the stuff is nice, the bistro too. What I didn't like was the room:the toilet was loud, the beds was too soft, the furniture damaged like from a flea market! It's definitely a No-Go! Only at the ground is everything fine. On the way to my room there were a lot of damaged furniture and dirty rugs. The area around is quiet and you have a lot of walking paths. We had an other Hotel building that we booked. Breakfast was ok.

Lovely restaurant and a decent bar to drink. The rooms in the 'new' building are in dire need of restauration. Fungus on the window sills and wallpaper hanging in strips off the wall.

Quite nice place, stayed for a month, Wi-Fi works well, not too fancy.

One might expect a luxurious manor house, but honestly, this is far from reality. They advertise with the manor, but you get a truly outdated accomodation next door. The ground floor is nicely decorated, but that's it. We were welcomed with the information that we are too early, it wasn't 14.30 yet. If I was their manager, I would expect my staff to give sightseeing tips and offer to have a seat and coffee in the meantime until check-in is possible. Then we have received a poorly maintained room: severe mold on the ceiling of the small, dark, black-tiled bathroom, unstable water temperature, too few towels, the available towels weren't ironed, door handle hung loose, curtains torn off the rails, no decoration whatsoever, white colour stains on the curtains, black and grey dirt stains on the walls and even holes in the wall plaster. The paint of the skirting was also worn and lost everywhere. The bed sheets literally stink, there are yellowish stains on it. I couldn't sleep, because I tried not to breathe in anything from the bed sheets. The room felt like a terrible joke. The breakfast buffet is not fresh, the cheese was dried out, guests take chocolate spread and marmalade out of normal family size jars. You can have boiled eggs, but no egg cups to hold them — staff also couldn't offer them. While still sitting at the table we decided to cancel our stay.

Great hotel with very good food and great breakfast. Shame about the lumpy pillows.

Good service. Great surroundings. Close to "National park Hoge Veluwe". Room a bit small. The ambience is ok, but everything looks outdated. The hotel needs to be redecorated. Wallpaper in the room was torn. Carpet on the stairs was worn out.

Mooie locatie gelegen in een rustig mooi bos bij de korenmolen leuk spontaan personeel.

Wat een vreselijke ervaring heb ik gehad in dit hotel. De kamers zijn letterlijk verrot, overal zitten gaten in de muur, schimmel in de douchekop en vlekken in het tapijt. Er zaten gewoon stukjes voedsel op de borden omdat ze zo slecht zijn afgewassen. De gang stonk enorm naar rioollucht. Het liefst zou ik mijn geld terugkrijgen maarja… i.

Staff was friendly but that was about it. The room was just plain worn: Damaged and stained walls; the grey carpet was full of large black and white stains. Broken tiles and holes in the bathroom, broken showerhead. Very litte light in the room and shower. (so as to somewhat mask all the damage and stains? ) I haven't had a room as worn as this since 20 years back when I was a student and payed the equivalent of 7 eur for a room In Paris. Restaurant was below par too. Food presentation and price suggested quality but our fish and meat main courses had almost no flavour at all. The coffee was ok.

Nice quiet place and quite rooms.

Rooms are worn and you get not the room what you have booked, or paid. Rust in the bathroom, clean room (you hear the constant chairs back from the restaurant) and unfavorable attached TV (15 ' to be seen from the bed), make this room (109) shabby look. The breakfast is not varied, there are such. No vegetables (tomatoes) or only 3 different kinds of sausage.
The staff is friendly though and the chambermaids diligently, but book I definitely would no longer be here.

Holiday 2 adults m. Child, housed on the first day in 2 rooms (double — and single rooms), then a great room on the top floor with a beautiful view, TV no signal, was immediately repaired, good breakfast and excellent 4-course menu in the evening (daydreams). From here good excursions (histor. (Railways in Apeldoorn) and national park with the Kröller Müller Museum). Excellent service and staff. Thank you.
