Very comfortabele and restful hotel located beside the Royal Palace Het Loo with beautiful gardens. 5 * staff.

The first morning I asked a decaf coffee for breakfast, that was no problem, I got a very delicious decaf ever. The next morning the same friendly blonde waitress came spontaneously to ask if I would like a decaf again. Wow that's what I call personal service: for me 5 stars. The same at the King's Street bar and the reception, your staff is great! Echt voor herhaling vatbaar! Thank you Keizerskroon staff.

We were fortunate to stay here last week on holiday. Our room was lovely, so clean and comfortable. Service was excellent all the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in a very pretty, quiet area of Apeldoorn and although Het Loo Palace is closed at the moment, the gardens are open, they are amazing, not to be missed and only a short walk away. We are already planning our next stay at this lovely hotel.

The entrance and reception area is modern and a guest feels welcomed. Large room, but the old part of the hotel building needs soon to be renovated. Thanks for a great time there!

The hotel itself was neat, clean, and comfortable. Nice location very close to the bus stop and the Paleis Het Loo. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They were quick to tell us about all sorts of events we could attend around town. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was so delicious! I highly recommend this. Pricey but very worth it. The hotel offers bikes, which were €12, 50 per day and are a great way to get around town.

Top class hotel in a nice area. Nice staff. Good swimming pool and sauna. Good for chilling after a busy day.

I really enjoyed this hotel, despite no air condition. There are lovely balconies on the rooms and a beautiful indoor pool on top. The breakfast was delicious and the location is great. I recommend renting a bike from the hotel to get around town.

I have been to this hotel two nights for work commitment. I enjoyed punctuality and kindness at the front desk, and the spacious and well appointed rooms. I have not tried saunas nor fitness/wellness Area.

Quiet location, but the rooms have been very old… The breakfast room was very nice again though-breakfast too!

Mooie ruime en schone kamers. Het hele hotel is sfeervol ingericht onder andere met veel afbeeldingen van het koningshuis. Paleis het Loo ligt dan ook op slechts een steenworp afstand. Het ontbijtbuffet was rijkelijk waaronder een full English breakfast voor de liefhebbers. Het enige nadeel vond ik dat de kamers gehorig waren en dat mijn kamerdeur snachts nogal vreemde geluiden maakte waardoor ik een aantal keer wakker werd. Al met al genoten van het hotel en het eten.

Very nice hotel with a great restaurant. The room was very big and clean. Nice tub and shower. Didn't have any noise complaints. There is a indoor swimming pool which was clean and quiet. Also access to a steam shower and a sauna, also quiet and clean. All in all enjoyable stay with real friendly staff. City is a bit dull though…

Stayed here before and really enjoyed it which is why I booked a room (with breakfast) for 25 December 2017 already way back in December 2016 for my family and myself. Got an email that "maybe" there would be no breakfast served, but that info would be available in September or October 2017. So far so good. September and October come and go and no message that there is no breakfast service, so I assume all is well. Then on 29 November an email from the hotel that there is no breakfast but that there will be brunch for an additional EUR17, 50 per person. Called the hotel and asked the receptionist what the normal breakfast price is. EUR 15, — —. At my question that if I understood correctly that brunch would be EUR32, 50 per person first came some silence and then a slightly embarrassed "let me check this for you". A long story short: I canceled my reservation that I made a year ago already. Not so much because of the amount of money (although I feel that EUR32, 50 for a glorified breakfast is quite steep), but because the hotel waited until the last possible moment to inform that "surprise… Although you booked inclusive with breakfast there will be no breakfast served, but we will allow you to be ripped off for brunch". By waiting so long with giving this information the hotel clearly waited until most guests would not have the option anymore to look for other options.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Service was super, very friendly and heartwarmingly welcoming. We had a nice and spacious room, which was decorated for the occasion of our son's 4th birthday. Made him feel very special. He even got a little present! The pool is nice, breakfast good and the restaurant worth reserving a table at. Some parts could do with an update, but I believe that is an ongoing project. You can also rent bicycles here, ideal for the beautiful area. This hotel is highly recommended and very child friendly.

Our company arranged to stay 2 nights. Room was very nice. No air conditioning that I could find (that may be required had the weather been warmer). Restaurant was sectioned off for our use. Evening meal was a fixed menu but was interesting. However we had to ask for additional bread, that never arrived. We had to ask 3 times for more wine, eventually having to collar one of the staff. Not good. Overall, friendly staff in a lovely location.

Nice big rooms, kind personnel, delicious food. And a very nice enviroment.

Been here for a training event. Catering was good, breakfast also good. Internal choices and fresh juices. Personnel friendly and professional. No need to mention your room number every time again when ordering drinks. Rooms good, with what it looks like a recently renovated bathrooms. Only thing I was missing was an air-conditioning. During my visit it was warm and with 1 window it was difficult to cool down the room in the evening. Ceilings in the building are not very high. Tall people sometimes need to watch out for door posts when waking the hallway.

Very nice hotel near the old Kings Palace 't Loo. Good breakfast and dinner facilities at reasonable prices. The hotel has owned parking spaces but also around the hotel you can park for free.

Just had dinner here (we are staying in the hotel). The food is absolutely incredible and so fresh. Everything was cooked perfectly and the service was excellent as well. Well worth the price!

Awesome place to stay. Staff members are just amazing. I liked each and every thing about this hotel ranging from food to rooms to service to swimming pool to sauna.

A pretty nice hotel that offers large rooms, a fairly varied breakfast buffet. Parking is available right across the street. TV without French channels. Swimming pool on the top floor, mini fitness room. Restaurant a la carte + — €15 The entrance, plat + — €25. The proximity to the palace Het Loo a 2 minute walk is really the important point. Visit to do with the audio guide. Restaurant in the park at a Democratic price. Open from 10am to 5pm.

Good location by the side of the palace "Het Loo", now a museum, and the surrounding park estate. Ground floor facilities (restaurants, meeting rooms and corridors are darkish).
Convenient and well appointed room in the outbuilding. Limited indoor parking, but plenty outside.

Directly to the Palais Het Loo, located in the best environment, the Bilderberg Hotel is located. There is Free Parking in sufficient number at the Hotel, the Breakfast is quite expensive. The rooms are quiet and with a balcony. There is a swimming pool with a Sauna for the guests and a Restaurant. You can see the Hotel, that it is already old, and yet you do not feel well, if it works. The staff is very friendly. Directly at the Hotel there is a bus stop to get to the city. On foot it is approximately 2.3 km and it takes 25 minutes. The surrounding area seems safe and friendly.

Always been a kind hotel and restaurant in a good local.

Hotel de Keizerskroon is my 'home from home'. Always a real pleasure to stay here, luxurious and peaceful. Magnificent location besides the royal palace Het Loo. Recommended.
