Very Nice B&B! Typical dutch building. Good Breakfast and clean rooms! BEST GARDEN EVER FOUND IN A B&B!

5-stars stay! Great location, beautiful garden, helpful and friendly staff, a lot of options for breakfast not to mention that it is also biological food and very tasty. Would definitely recommend, includes everything you need.

Last week during the art conference in Leeuwarden, I stayed in Ster Logies. I loved my stay, wow the place is not that big, but its perfect enough to get a rest after a heavy days from work. The bedroom are spotless, breakfast room is cute and chic, bathroom and toilets are super clean and modern, breakfast is amazaing, and the staff are very friendly, and very international! for the price I paid I totally feel satisfied. Very recommended.
The only thing I can suggest is the code of every door. I would suggest them to maybe provide a card (atm size card or business card size) where we can write our code there, so everytime we need to enter the code we can just take it from our wallet, instead of print out or to check our phone? … also overall I am totally happy, I definelty going back to this place again ;-)

Pros: — homely feeling — nice for a couple of days, not too long tough — clean and spacious room/ house Cons: — rooms very noisy especially if all rooms are occupied — room next to shower is noisy as well, but nice room — you can hear everything from the room above when people walking — breakfast really not impressive — shared shower and toilet, not mentioned I think online :/

A great place to stay with nice amenities and delicious breakfast. The apartment is located not far from the city center. I recommend it to everyone.

The rooms have no toilet/shower inside, there's only shared facilities. That fact is conveniently hidden in the list of room "amenities". Breakfast is quite poor, with not much food and little choice.

Nightmare! Very unpolite and unhelping owners! Apartment is not in the condition as on photos. But whats the worst, after our departure owner stealed extra 250 euros from our credit card! They did not give us any reason for it and when we tried to contact bank for complaint, they answered its for our empty bottles from wine, which we bought in supermarket! They dont even know what is in their minibar, how could they, when they dont even welcome you when you arrive! Also they said they had to clean shower curtain for 50 euros from makeup, which is just funny probably they are not used to wash it in washing machine from time to time… Plus ofc nobody came when we arrived to apt, so there is no any prove, makeup on it was from us. Evidently they just needed some money to clean up little bit better after long time, so they tried to steal it from random customers. Liars and thiefs, beware of this apartment, it's terrible that somebody misuses your credit card this way, would not recoment it to anybody!

We felt so well really cosy. We were walking just fine everything, it is so inside the city. A very nice area. Everything was clearly described in the House, and the staff was very friendly. The price is okay. So I thought zo lekker breakfast everything was real with baguettes fresh a super breakfast. We have great beds sleep well and set up everything so sweet. In de Roos, we had a super time also because it was so clean.

Despite the bed and breakfast de Roos in Leeuwarden, had a series of test, I have posted. Everything was about the Verwacvhting. B and b has only grown. The beds are good, quiet and good breakfast. The next time I come back.
