Breakfast, the staff is the purest disaster! Wouldn't I recommend any more!

So it's hard to describe the location is top right on the beach but the room is not 4 stars value sorry the balcony is a pure disaster, tile loosely dirty much too small old and does not invite to feel good. Personal top breakfast no 4 stars value So short vacation 1 to 2 days ok but no more. Bathroom far too small no storage space no proper lighting for a woman a no go Our room is old and I do not like to run with bare feet over the carpet. Too bad actually for the money we wouldn't book it again.

Nice location during summer time as located just in front of beach. Easy to come by public transport as bus and tram station just before the hotel. Room faund clean with facilities you would need. Just — breakfast found weak as for four stars hotel.

Lovely breakfast. Decently kept rooms. Small. Felt like typical modern European. Nothing to do while I was there, but during beach season it looks like you can rent watercraft, towels, and much more.

Really nice location side the beach. Lot of restaurants nearby. Good service, breackfast buffet and bar-restaurant. Pet friendly. Small but funcional parking. A little bit old but well maintained.

The sand is just medicinal, the shells are stunningly beautiful. The sea is really icy, but you can go somewhere else for bathing. Shipitsy no more:-)

Great hotel to stay at. Our room was clean and proper, the carpet and wallpaper were very neat. Hotel staff were nice and friendly, asking what they could do for us. The bar at night was a bit messy although it seemed that it wasn't too crowdy there. All in all we had a pleasant stay! I would certainly recommend this place to anyone!

Great location on the beach! The rooms are modern and up to date. The beds are very comfortable! The reception staff would from taking a hospitality course, but apart from that, the hotel is great! The lounge has a perfect ambient atmosphere great for both sunshine or rain.

The spa and wellness center is was quite serene to enjoy a day of relaxation. The service very good and personnel were friendly and helpful.

Great service, nice and clean rooms with everything one may need. Also great selection at breakfast. Parking can be a hustle!

We are here as a small family and overall not satisfied.
The hotel unfortunately does not meet its 4 stars, especially the rooms are outdated and unfortunately absolutely not clean… I can't do that. Dust and dirt where to look and only superficially cleaned quickly. What a pity. The beds are unfortunately much too soft and with back pain an unthingy.

Filthy, overpriced rooms. Great variety gym, however ugly decorations and sauna costs £10 extra. Generally the hotel is rather poorly designed. Not a fan.

Were at the Carlton Beach in Scheveningen, bed was good, only minus point there are only 3 German fernsehrkanäle and if you get the breakfast to bed there are no pamcakes and waffles:/

Excellent service. The restaurant has a small but very high quality menu. Recommend to try Prawns!. Wonderful! Great bar!
The view "On the dunes" is excellent-wind and surf, indescribable tranquility!.

Excellent public transport is the final stop right next to the hotel, 20-30 minutes to the center or almost to any intresnoj point in the city.

The rooms are relatively small and the entire hotel has been a little bit over the years. But if you compare it with the others on the spot and consider the great view, the excellent breakfast and the fine location right on the beach, it is clearly 4 stars.

Rooms are small but good, especially with sea views. Breakfast is good and adequate. Service friendly. Parking spaces are available.

Cold day on the beach but enjoyed the Thai red soup and gained an insight into why in Holland they put the salt into what British people call a pepper pot and pepper into the what we would call a salt pot. It's because they like a lot of salt We talked to a friendly waiter and enjoyed the time spent there it was warm with fountains of flame keeping the place warm and sea views We left a tip.

Good hotel. I recommend rooms (from 4th floor) with lateral sea view, then the wind blows not so bad on the balcony. The rooms are sometimes somewhat inhabited.

Location is the best. The Seaview side rooms are a must if you book.

Great. The hotel is a little bit old but we felt very comfortable and were able to relax from the everyday life we'll see you again.

Only that food was not good. Old buns for breakfast is not at all. Hotel Okay.

The bathroom is very small compared to the room itself. We had to ask for an explicit request, so that we could get the free entrance to the Wellness Centre from our wellness package at the time of booking. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast with sea view is very tasty and sufficient choice available.

I went to the spa only. They have a pool, different kind of saunas, Suntanning, massages, relaxing areas. You can have coffee, tea, champagne, sodas. Nice place to relax for a couple of hours.

Good hotel on the beach with spacious rooms. Each room has a balcony which provides a good view. Stay away from the in house restaurant though. Tried it once and the food was very bad.

Normal service. Friendly staff. A nice sauna with a pool. Not intrusive. I liked it in general.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very nice.

I booked a deluex room for higher floor 2 days/weeks ago. I arrived at Hotel Lobby at 8am, I know the check in time is 1pm. So I went out for sightseeing. When I returned to Hotel at 12pm, the staff said I need to wait until 1pm. But I found many people could check in with the room key to upstairs. I wait again until 12:40pm, I talked to the same receptionist, she gave me a room key is 1/F. It’s totally difference of my prefer room type. So I requested to down grade the room type with high floor, she rejected me. She said this is the problem of Agoda. She is unwilling to help even they have available room at low season. Worth to Euro$130 for a night without breakfast？

Location: + Close to the beach + Pier/Restaurant rooms: + size OK + view Beautiful (Superior dune view 6 ' floor) — stains on the carpet — windows so dirty that you can barely look out — dust, dirt, hair, nor the predecessor — stain and tear in the sheet — no lock Door to the bathroom (glass door with slit to the wall/you can see and hear everything) — hourly tram wakes up with extremely noisy qiutschen on the rails!
— At night at 2, Glass is disposed of reception: — except one lady, the others are very helpful parking:-expensive ringing, name saying, driving in… sounds smooth — if you're not at the unfriendly lady. Then you get something incomprehensible around your ears and then you got laid. So if you don't get out and go in, you stay there forever…
Restaurant and breakfast buffet of the house we refused due to the price. €40 for 2 persons per breakfast.

The hotel has unfortunately been extremely over the years. There are very young employees who may not yet have the right experience for a hotel of this category.
In the bar we were served down from above.
We then no longer went to the bar,
But rather a drink outside.
The room was cleaned on Sunday at 17:00 pm.
and also only after notice to the reception.
The spa area seems to have been imported from the GDR. Old and consuming.
Ten euros per person is outrageous here.
Bathrobes and towels also cost
Extra.
The hotel basically has potential, only one would have to hire a manager who takes the time in the hand.

Good location for beach holiday. Had some technical issue in our room. Called reception. Mechanic was there in 3 minutes and fixed it. Amazing view. Great service and very friendly staff.

I had the rare experience of not finding anything wrong with this hotel — strange and wonderful new experience for me. We had a sea view room — the sound and view of the ocean was very pleasant.

A beautiful Hotel directly on the beach. The rooms-including the beds very comfortable. The Hotel has a super belongs to beach bar. Very diverse selection of Breakfast and meals. Nice Staff. Just all around perfect.

Good hotel in a great location but structure a little dated, private beach.

Location is perfect, at the end of the pier, car park, swimming pool and great connections to the city centre. Room was good, we stayed at the family suite, and unfortunately its facing one of the restaurant/Club, so the music does go on till late at night 11/12. So if you're a light sleeper or with young child, you must ask for a different side.

Nice hotel with good rooms. Friendly staff as well. The bar is good and fun. The restaurant however is totally bad. Stay away from it. Not a problem because within walking distance there are many restaurants to choose from. Ranging from fast food to exclusive and everything in between.

I was happy with everything. Breakfast is very good. The house appealing.

Cleanliness is only conditionally given, to the lighting to operate only partially, Toilet brush could be changed, a bright, new look rooms.

Great location, super views! For dogs: outside is optimal, in the Hotel rather less. Breakfast is too expensive! Class sunset is included.

Room (224) correct, except the outside spot that illuminates your room from the night!
The elevator had not seen broom for a long time.
Gym very small and cramped spa.
Restaurant OK but a bit expensive.
Overall, the hotel is a bit run down, and does not deserve more than 2 stars.

Comforter was found dirty on the underside causes me to itches all over. Stayed for 5 nights coffee and water not refill for the 5 nights.

Really nice ppl to help for every thing.
