Very cheap room with good quality breakfast. Only thing for — 1 Star is the Location. Your have to walk to bus station long way. I will come back because of safe parking and high quality breakfast.

The crappiest hotel, ever! Not worth the 4 star they were bragging about. The place is so dirty, it smells really bad, the room it self doesn't look as promising as it appears on their website. Granted they're under construction, but even so, they should at least work on few floors at a time and clean up the exterior. The staff are not helpful, the phone inside the room doesn't call out locally, only to the lobby. How ridiculous is that, right?

Hotel is ok, Breakfast was good. Very well located by car, but it is already a long way to run to the S Bahn Stop.

Equipment of the deluxe room is not particularly appealing, but acceptable.
Room is quite Sauber, only the elevators could tolerate cleaning.
Otherwise nice service.
Breakfast is fine, from rolls to cornflakes everything available.
Free Wi-Fi and parking.
Payment must be made at check-in.

Free parking good value for money.

The rooms and facilities are clean. Dinner on the weekend seems full considering the number of people in the hotel. Would suggest making reservations.

It's cool. Very clean, warm in the room, elevator. Prices do not bite. The bathroom was clean. Nice and helpful staff, underground parking, kettle in Room + cup of tea/coffee/sugar/2but of water. Breakfast 17ev per person. You can pay in cash. Recommend.

I had to change rooms because the a. C. Wouldn't power off and that was the November room… but the staff were ALL very nice and veryy helpful!

I don't love staying here, I'm afraid. The service is hit and miss. The beds aren't very comfortable. I have always enjoyed the evening meal which is good, but overall I don't recommend.

Quality and services in existing, arrogant and rude staff, at 23.30 p. M. I get woken up by the reception that without even saying good evening excuse the disturbance L view now, tells me we have a big problem his credit card does not work must go down immediately. I go down the bill and without an apology I'm going back to the room. All day to see customer overlooked but on the other hand receptionist who eat behind the desk chat with the phone. Dear Bastion Hotel You have a great atypical with Human resorces.

Good location and great staff.

Polite staff, not pretentious. Good continental breakfast. Small but clean and functional rooms.

Is good value for money. Not top end hotel but the room was nice. You got free parking. I just wish the Wi-Fi a bit faster. Overall is a good for the price.

Cozy for sleeping, but 0/20 for cleaning!

There is a good menu for dinner. The meals are tasty and of good quality. The only I'm missing are more cereals for breakfast. Eggs are freshly prepared, but they are using too much butter.

Minus: Our room was not cleaned although we stayed for 2 nights, nobody even said sorry for that after I asked for fresh towels and water. Like for a 4* hotel it needs renovation, like elevators, corridors, lobby, some areas in the room like bathroom. In the bathroom there was a rust around the handle on the wall, some hair found in bathtube which was not ours, location just next to highway causes it's very loud when you open the window. No public transport in reasonable distance from the hotel, no shops, restaurants — it's ok when you have a car like we did, otherwise you won't feel comfortable. Plus: Fridge in the room, free parking next to the hotel, big TV, big bathroom but could be cleaner.

Nothing, often trip, never had a before them. We were dropped in the middle of the street with a confirmed booking on booking. System error, no intention to remedy, is little to define the staff, literally my first horrible experience.

Never again. I am still surprised how this hotel is still in business. Though the reservation etc went fine, check in was ok, but my door key would not work. It took over 15 minutes and 4 visits to the counter to get the right keys. The biggest pain was the morning breakfast. The timing was given from 7 AM till 9 AM. We would be there at 8 AM, and there would be nothing left. No bread, no eggs, no bacons, no milk, no cutlery… the staff would simply say that they have lot of guests and they are "trying" to help. One staff even shouted back at me — when we are trying our best, you should sit and wait. Wait? For what? Their best was not good enough. Never again to Bastion anywhere in the world.

Firstly, the room was clean & the bed was very comfortable & we had a good nights sleep. Secondly, We arrived after 9pm & the night staff were incredibly rude & unfriendly. They barely greeted us with a hello when we arrived. Horrible experience. and lastly the manager was on duty in the morning and she did greet us with a friendly good morning when we checked out but sadly its a case of too little too late.

Always stay here for my business trips (3 days to 2 weeks) and I'm very satisfied. Service is good, food is great, rooms are clean and cozy. Close to main roads and metro, and the train station.
