A nice Hotel, nice staff, clean rooms! Why, however, the pieces of soap a day are exchanged in the own hotel room, I do not understand. This is anything but Sustainable. The bathroom & towels must be changed daily!

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful in helping us navigate the sights in Leiden.
Our waiter, Andy, was friendly, engaging and so warm that he was like part of the family. Easy to find and lots of parking, if you come by vehicle, close to trains if arrive in transit. Recommend you come here.

I love this hotel for many reasons and will return when I am back in this area. The room is neat and tidy and facilities are up to date. The staff are kind and accommodating.

Wonderful staff and beautiful hotel super clean. And just a short walk to the bus station you can go anywhere in minutes.

Thought to have some quiet drinks on the wonderful terrace under the impressive flagship statue of the Corpus museum. Waited for 30 minutes without service although several staff on the inside made eye contact. Left in disgust to go somewhere much nicer.

The best hotel in Leiden! A very good helpful hotel team. Good breakfast. Free parking. Be sure we will come back again.

Had a good night sleep in Hilton's standard beds. Nice bar, restaurant quiet, food excellent, the menu kinda short. 0.5 miles to nearest restaurant and shopping. Would given 4 stars, the setback was the dirty carpet in the room. Staff however, top notch!

Overall not a bad hotel but a few itchy points. The hotel is close to the A44 highway and you hear it — earplugs are provided for a reason. Coffee in the room is just instant … yes it is standard but these days you see more and more (N) espresso's also in relatively modest hotels — think e. G. The Hilton DoubleTree in Amsterdam. It would be a plus. I left my toiletries in the room upon departure — of course my mistake, I know — and hoped to collect them the same evening … but alas, nobody had seen or heard anything. The staff was a bit matter of fact if not mildly irritated about my call about this.

They Have Ping pong table, no paddles to play with. Adorno. Otherwise good. Good Service and great rooms.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant offers very good dishes and the breakfast is Royal.

I was there with my 17yrs old daughter and to be honest, I dont understand Why this hotel has so many good ratings since we were leaving it quite unhappy this morning. First of all I thought 4*hotels like Hilton would maybe offer their guest a transfer from Schiphol airport (even if I had to pay for it), but 2 mails remained unanswered. That the room wasnt cleaned so well and our beds almost looked like as we have left them in the morning, can happen to lower categorized hotels. Our main issue was that things were missing in our room when we came back from our activities. I dont say they ve been stolen by the staff. I wouldnt even write it here if I had just the touch of a doubt about it. 1000% sure about it — so I went to the reception and told them about our loss. Ofcourse we didht expect the Hotel to replace cause its our word against the employer's word. But I had the feeling the hotel managers give a sh… For me it was not the best way from then to handle my problem. They let me feel like a lier. Very short, not interested, inpolite. Anyway, we will never go there again. And for those who want to visit Amsterdam and choose for Leiden because they dont find a propper accomodation for a acceptable price in AMS: Dont go to this hotel. There are plenties of hotels, very close to Leiden centraal station, like Golden Tulip or Holiday Inn. You have to go by Bus to the Hilton Garden Inn (2 Euro/way + person and 10 minutes walk).

Very comfortable hotel. Friendly staff Very good value for money. 17 km from Keukenhof. Very good bedding.

Room is horrible compared to the price. Sofa bed is very uncomfortable. I would definitely not recommend.

Stayed because our flight was cancelled, so the airline put us here. It's not near anything a 10 minute taxi to a small town. Nice hotel, friendly staff and all you can eat buffet!

It was a bit of a challenge to try and find this hotel. The Navigation system on the vehicle took us down someone’s backyard and that was a no go. We switched to Google on the phone and that went down some streets under construction that did not quite look like a regular street. But turns out that is the only way to get to the hotel. While it is a tall building the name of the hotel is posted only on one side so even when we were within 500 meters of the hotel, we could not navigate by sight as we approached it from a side where the name of the hotel was not visible on the building. Hotel is located within about 10 minutes drive to the center of town (train station and main shopping area on Haarlemmerstraat). Plenty of parking (free) in the basement. This was nice. Lobby is nice and spacious with a fireplace and looks very cozy and attractive. Room was spacious and comfortable. View of some marshy moorlands next to the hotel. Temperature was nice and comfortable, was able to open the windows so could get some fresh air as well. Wi-Fi worked fine and was fairly straightforward. Did not eat breakfast so cant comment on the restaurant.

Pretty decent hotel, but our room was quite cold (15C at the beds) They tried to check but there was no fix and even changing room wouldn't help they said since all the rooms were cold (a bit odd that all rooms would be that cold). Restaurant and breakfast could have been better for the price point. Overall not the real Hilton experience but close.

Really good location next to corpus, really good services and excellent overall hygiene. I am happy to give the hotel 5 stars.

Haven't stayed in a hotel where you had to buy your bottled water from a very very small "shop" near the reception to put in your otherwise empty fridge in your room! Breakfast was great. Massive choice of food.

Solid accommodations. Great value, clean, and near one of best cities in Europe. The hotel did have a Pokemon here or there, but that wasn't a problem. On a more serious note, the bikes to rent here a probably the heavies bikes in all of holland.

A full hit for the second time. We feel very comfortable in this hotel. The location as a base for the area Noordwijk/The Hague/Amsterdam is good and the price/performance ratio is also reasonable here.

Nice hotel. Standard euro setup. Parking is appreciated. Food is great and hospitality always wonderful.

Watch your personal belongings in your room. Tonight nine guests laptops were stolen from their rooms and the hotel does NOT have security cameras in the hallways. It was an inside job — no card was used to open doors.

Nice rooms and shower. A bit away from the city center, yet nice and quiet. If on foot and only using public transport, a little walk to nearest bus stop (about 8 minutes) a pain with luggage.

It is the right hotel if you want to stay very close to the Bioscience Park in Leiden. Take into consideration though that the level if services is basic, for example there is no room service at lunch time and you cannot trust the front desk staff to book your cab. Restaurant menu is rather small. In the positive side, rooms are clean and comfortable and staff very nice.

Absolutely looking forward to visit again. The comfort and hospitality is mind blowing. Nice meal, inspiring environment and great front desk staff. Highly organized, I give it a 5 star rating.

Rooms are nice and clean, location very good if you want to be close to the Bioscience Park in Leiden. Restaurant has a decent menu choices and a very nice Italian waiter who will describe every dish in details and give very good advice about wine. However, there is no room service at lunch time and you cannot trust front desk staff to book your taxi, better check if they really did it.

Place is nice and quite, rooms are really clean and spacious all the staff was friendly other then a leady at the dining service who acted like me and my friends din existed. Getting just one whine manue on a table were 4 people are waiting asking if everything is all right and running away before we could actually reply felt like we're were considered as a chip sits I left my meal incomplete over this situation, but the breakfast was awesome really nice, will I be going back there No, is the place nice? I really expeted lil nice attitude.

Nice rooms. Empty minibar, overcrowded breakfast, that was by far not Hilton style. Due to that I skipped the breakfast. Of course I had to pay for it as I sighned for it the night before. Unfriendly and not customer friendly. I am really sorry for my stay there.

Absolutely incredible experience! Rooms were a great size and clean. I went during a very busy time of the year and was met with friendly and helpful staff! Shout out to Stephano for making my visit very effortless and enjoyable, staff helped a lot with tourism information! Great place to stay! Thanks!

I would put 3 stars, carpeted floor the bathroom lousy the bad location next to a freeway. I booked two rooms together because I have two girls and I got one on floor 1 and another on the 5. Null decor. Any 3-Star NH gives you a thousand laps. And nothing cheap, of course.

Nice hotel at a convenient location. The desk staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean and updated. The Wi-Fi connection was a bit slow however.

Comfortable and modern hotel, located a short ride from Leiden Centraal. The rooms are good, very comfortable beds as you might expect from a Hilton. Very friendly and courteous staff will definitely recommend it.

A modern comfortable hotel. I commented to a colleague that it was pleasant to stay in a room that wasn't too hot. Dinner and breakfast both good — I had dinner as the hotel is some way outside the centre of Leiden.

Excellent hotel, large rooms and comfortable bedding. Choice of bath products offered, a good restaurant and a breakfast buffet at will really friendly, ranging from meat, egg, bacon, cheese with fruit, yoghurts, creams etc, etc. They also offer a small radius of dishes to buy to heat and consume in his room but too expensive! Quality hotel, quiet and a few km from Amsterdam.

Decent modern hotel a short bike ride from Leiden, situated next to the Corpus museum. Rental bikes were ok but odd to get beyond the parking barrier. And even dough the Wi-Fi was fine the TV media was limited and too expensive.

My husband and I stayed here for a week in the lead up to Christmas 2014. The service and the food were so good that when my son flew in to Schiphol to stay in Amsterdam, we went on the train to spend the day in Amsterdam with him and then all got on a train to Leiden and a taxi to the Hilton Garden Inn just so that he could experience the service and excellent quality of food before we all headed back to Amsterdam for the evening. I ate most of my meals in the hotel during our stay because I have a long list of allergies and foods that I have to avoid and which are not easy to avoid. Wheat for instance, dairy and eggs amongst others but the Chefs at this hotel could not have been more accommodating and helpful. Often Chefs are just cooks but not here at the Leiden Hilton Garden Inn! These are REAL CHEFS! They were willing and able to rise to the challenge I posed and easily adapted dishes which retained their quality and delight. I felt more than catered for but truly cared for and valued. The people in particular that I would like to thank for making our stay so amazing and memorable are: — Chefs Rogier and Huib and a lovely gentleman who’s name I didn’t get who cooked me mushrooms for breakfast, and the staff including Ysette, Daniella, Barry, Getaneh and Roy. A great team in a hotel that is a credit to the Hiltons. Highly recommend to everyone.

It´s a great hotel, I enjoyed being there: — very, very comfortable bed. I haven´t slept so well for months. — Good doors, and thick rugs, you don´t hear anything from outside. — it´s very near to Amsterdam and also to the beach Scheveningen. — free parking — really nice and helpful staff I would recommend to everyone this hotel and I will be back for sure.
