Prachtige locatie, fijne gerechten en goede wijn adviezen, zeer fijn en vriendelijk personeel.

Could not sleep well in room 301 due to very annoying noise comming from the ventilation unit just above it. Impossible to find anyone from the hotel to find a solution either. And when reporting the issue in the morning, all they could do is report it to someone else. I would not recommend this place. I stayed with Airbnb for 1/5th of the price in the same town and had a much better experience!

Hotel in the heart of Dordrecht, on the river embankment. Quiet. Interesting rooms-In my bath right in the room. Not very comfortable, but decorated in style, as well as all the decoration of the room.

We booked an overnight stay after a Fahradtour. The hotel is very nice right on the river and also at the Oulde harbour. Great location.
But: the room cost €155, breakfast for 2 additional €30.
I got a mail that I would get an upgrade for an app. So far so good, you think.
We arrived: no safe place for a bike was offered the "upgrade app. " Was in the neighboring house, Little Nice, easy access.
The room was quite nice but there was no hair dryer, there was a shower enclosure on the bathtub and a small trash bin in the bathroom.
That the hair dryer was missing was not good.
Also on demand, was not to get a hairdryer. Very negstiv at this room rate.
My pillow reeked of sweat, the inlay should have been washed, I had to put a towel over it.
The breakfast was good, we had already paid the evening before, no one was there to check out.
We wanted to change a €50 ticket to have change for the Waterbus, which could not allow the hotel. Service is zero. Price/performance ratio really bad.
We would go back to Dordrecht but not to this hotel.
I think the upgrade was a fake, they had no room anymore and took us to the next house.
I don't mind taking a worse room if I am told that there is no free one, but I deceive an upgrade which is actually a downgrade — is naughty and bad dealing with the customer.

Great food, Great location, but oh dear, The serving staff are letting the place down. Total lack of customer service, no attention to details, we waited 15 mins for our glasses to be refilled and 10 minutes for our coffee, despite ordering it twice with the same waiter. Come on Bellevue, your business is suffering because of incompetence and you deserve better.

Perfect location in historical center of the city. View on the river and possibility to sit on the sunny veranda. Good fish menu. Very good service.

We wilden gaan lunchen hier. Er stond geen menu op tafel, die hebben we zelf op een gegeven ogenblik van een andere tafel gehaald. We hebben daar zeker 15 minuten gezeten en er is geen personeel aan tafel geweest. Ik weet niet waar ze druk mee waren, maar ze hebben niet eens gekeken om te laten weten dat we gezien waren. We zijn uiteindelijk weggegaan en hebben heerlijk ergens anders gegeten waar we een uitstekende ober hadden. ps. Ze hebben natuurlijk ook niet gezien dat we zijn opgestaan en van het terras af zijn gelopen. Ik kom hier zeker geen tweede keer.
