This is the best AirB&B we have stayed in and we have travelled all over the world. The staff are the nicest people you would ever want to meet.

We've been four days in Timila Hotel. Very comfortable stay yo rest in the center of Patán, very close yo Durbar Square. Our room was big and quiet. Breakfast was complete and high quality. But the best of all is the kindness of the staff. Thank you so much for everything!

We felt at home on day one. Reason why we stayed finally 4 days! Great team, great people. Charming hotel. What can you ask for more?

A luxurious stay right in the middle of Patan, a quick walk to Durbar Square and artisan restaurants like Yala, Coffee Tea and Me, Cafe de Swath, and the Durbar Square Museum Cafe. A new restaurant should also be up and running right at the hotel from June onwards or sooner. The personal and genuinely lovely service made our stay especially memorable — thank you to all the wonderful staff who made us feel very special. I actually felt a little depressed to leave, which is the first time I have felt this way about a hotel! Delicious and excellent breakfasts. One important thing to note: you must use one of the small taxis to get to the hotel, any bigger and it will simply not be possible to fit in the little alley streets of Patan.

L'hotel è situato ad appena 50 metri da Patan Durbar Square, in una posizione tranquilla, lontano dal traffico caotico che circonda la maggior parte degli hotel che si trovano in zona Thamel. La struttura è nuovissima, camere spaziose, ben arredate con un tocco di stile nepalese. Bagni moderni ed estremamente puliti. Colazione abbandonante con possibilità di servizio in camera o sulla terrazza situata in cima all'edificio, con vista sui templi circostanti. E' inoltre possible scegliere che cosa mangiare tra le diverse opzioni disponibili. Staff disponibile e cordiale. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Had a great 2 night stay in this new hotel! Never seen such beautiful rooms and never had such delicious breakfast, with avocados!, in Nepal! I can highly recommend this hotel for every tourist. Its in Patan, I love this location way better than Thamel, Kathmandu, which is way too touristic.

A gorgeous Newari style boutique hotel with cosy spaces and meditative quiet in the midst of chaotic Patan. It is tastefully decorated and offers spotless rooms. Their spaces offer delicate views of a neighborhood from yesteryears, or a peek of their beautiful garden. They take great care to see to your needs and also offer interesting day-tours within the locale and around the city. They also have a Cafe which serves a great breakfast and a bar. Their Bamboo Suite is furnished with handmade furniture and showcases a unique bamboo bed. Do request a tour if interested!

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, really comfortable, great breakfast and very helpful staff. Is modern but still traditional, with a beautiful courtyard full of plants and a rooftop with stunning views. My new home away from home. Best place I have ever stayed in Nepal. Will be back again for sure.
