Hotel White pearl is a real gem! The view from the outside is not particularly inviting, but on stepping through the main doors, you are immediately struck by the beautiful reception area. Light and airy, and very spacious — very welcoming. The straff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfasts were amazing, a wonderful selection, and again, the young staff were very efficient and helpful in making the breakfast times fun and enjoyable. The location of the hotel is great — right in the middle of most attractions, which are within walking distance. The room we had was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to visitors to Prague. Thank you Hotel White Pearl for making our stay so special.

Most pathetic hotel in the world I have ever lived in! while checking in, we had booked lake and mountain facing room — for which we had paid extra. Upon reaching, the staff told us that there were not enough rooms of that category and they will be giving us other similar rooms. We said we would like to see the rooms first. The staff thought we were illiterates and did not know the difference in deluxe and super deluxe rooms. They should us deluxe rooms and told us it was the super deluxe. Upon showing them what deluxe and super deluxe rooms are on their website, they finally gave us super deluxe rooms — which were cheaper than the mountain / lake view rooms. All this took us about 1-1.5 hours and we had informed the staff there that we will check out 1.5 hours late since all this had taken so long. They should have actually told this to us by themselves, but dint! anyhow, next day, when we were checking out, a staff by the name of amira, started yelling. I was at first surprised and could not even imagine a person could talk to their customer in this manner. So I asked "are you talking to me? "and she yelled yes! her comments were "you indians are idiots" "this is not the way to behave" "have some shame" "we get fed up whenever any indians who come here" "this is not your house" "i will call the police" all the above comments were told by her in a very very loud voice! we at first were quiete and I being a male did not want to raise my voice on a lady.

Wow. What a stay that was. Staffs were very humble nd helpfull. After the tiring trip of muktinath, this comfy stay made my trip. Love tbe view from my balcony.

Great hotel. I had a trouble about bed bugs and other bugs in other hotels. But White Pearl is very clean and no bugs. Also staffs are very kind (Thank you so much Ami! ). I suggest you to consider this hotel first if you are planning to stay in Pokhara.

We stayed in this hotel 4 nights during our trip to Annapurna.
We were made so welcome by the friendly staff who assisted us in our search for our missing baggage during our flight to Nepal.
The standard of luxury is definitely 4 star.
The location is excellent. So close to the lake and restaurants.
The views from our room were stunning both of the mountains and lake.
Would recommend this hotel to other visitors.
We arrived back earlier than expected from our 8 day hike and the hotel welcomed us even without a reservation.

I had Best experience while I was on holiday staying at hotel white pearl. Best view of the mountains, deluxe room, great service and all the luxury. Best place to stay to enjoy holiday to the fullest. Will definitely return to hotel on my holiday.
