Great place. Love the cat.

We are extremely disappointed with this hotel. As tourists, we hope to get clean and comfortable room. As human beings, we hope to get hospitality. This hotel provided us the worst experience we have met. The room size is not the case but as a service provider in hospitality sector, the hotel owner and the staff should keep in minds about the sense of human beings.

Nice. The location is really good. The rooms facilities are nice. Alex is excellent.

The room is quite small. However, the staff were very friendly. The waiter in Amber cafe was very polite. I had Pineapple fried rice with chicken and Sour & spicy Noodle Soup with prawn. All were fully flavored. The price was reasonable!

Leaky rooms … Weird toilet arrangements … Extremely dim rooms and only good thing is the staff here, very helpful and enthusiastic. Wi-Fi is pretty great here too. Breakfast is below average. Ambience, super noisy.

Rooms are too small, the worst thing is.
No door at bath room and it’s not even fit for one person. No hot water for shower, no early check in (if u want, u have to paid 7$), no breakfast (if u want, u have to paid 4$ for each person). No toothbrush, until u request.
But have to paid 31$ for double room.
(No Breakfast).

Good to stay at the center of the city. Every place seems only walking distance away. The hotel itself provide good service. Room rate is reasonable for the location. The only problem for me is the toilet room. The use of the portable curtain instead of a real door is not good if you do not stay alone.

Lack of lobby area. No smoking area. Good Wi-Fi. Room @ 3rd floor with no outside window. No flush in toilet. Quiet.

Very happy with accommodation staff very helpful and bed nice. If you are are here from Australia and have discovered that aus. Dollars cannot be changed at airport I (They only accept US dollars and Euros and only then if the notes are in PRISTINE condition! ) I recommend you go to Myo Chit digital store located between 31st and 32nd St. On Anawrahta road. This is a 10 minute walk from hotel. The rate offered is a little less than official (on $150 dollars I lost $3! ) This is more than made up for by their opening hours (9am to 8pm) Quite frankly I have not found ANY bank willing to accept Aussie dollars! These people are honest and helpful and give a fair rate.

Reasonable price with perfect downstairs place We used to call that building Sule Mogok Tower.

The hotel is centrally located. Low-cost accommodation.

Good property on main road of Shule Pegoda, Receiption understand English but restaurant and bell boys have problems, Breakfast menu is fixed with 03 options, recommended for all type of tourists.

Easy hotel in a great location at the Sule Pagoda — not far from the market, from the bus stop and from various food kitchens!
Rooms small but not enough, unfortunately, a window — a bit of a musty smell!

Loacted in the town center of yangon where you can make a quick walk to Sule Pagoda, good location, hotel is ok and it come with free unlimited drinking water.

I stayed at this hotel after a month around Myanmar, on arrival I had chosen another hotel and I was not satisfied but even this was disappointing. Room without window, shower carved in a point of the room by stained glass, cleaning lacking. Discreet Wi-Fi. The location is great to get around the city centre as for the station a short distance away. To stay in clean rooms in Yangon you have to increase the price, otherwise you have to adjust to a low cost and a poor service.

It is well located, they are helpful and friendly, recommended if you are a few days in Yangon.

Conveniently located. Economical price. I recommend this hostel if you like to hang around downtown Yangon.

The rooms are good but the breakfast is not interesting.

Room size is ok. Bed very comfortable. Everything worked well.
Shower separation has amused us a lot … A glass panel with bamboo rollo. The shower you can watch from the bed

Breakfast as a buffet with a selection of how to like your eggs is actually good but loveless and barely replenished. So have breakfast soon!
The hotel is centrally located. 50m away there is also a good pizzeria.

Room and service is okay as the country standard location is close to Sule Pagoda Breakfast hmm… just so so. If you have tight budget here is a place that can stay for couple night.

Simple accommodations but comfortable. Free breakfast provided next door at Mr. Chef (spelled different) and they do provide room service. Free bottled water provided on every floor in a mini fridge. There are TV channels in English (not many) but one TV channel that is all crime shows. Clean rooms and clean, great smelling linens, air conditioner, tile floors, hair drier, beautiful shower with hot water but low pressure (just expect longer showers). Be sure to bring outlet converter, they have the 2 prong, tubular outlets. The staff is super friendly and attentive. If you want simple, no frills, comfortable, reasonably priced hotel stay this is definitely the way to go.

Easy to have access to main places, like Sule Pagoda, Bogyoke market, Shwedagon Pagoda and Strand Road as it is very central. Only the parking is a bit difficult for its so crowded with moviegoers. Service is excellent, staff are friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable hotel which also provides unlimited complimentary water. Wi-Fi is slow though. Bed is great.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Quite accommodating to requests (depending on situations). The location is good to explore the surrounding areas. The room was comfortable though if one thing that could be improved is the water pressure in the shower. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

I had a top floor room. Reasonable size, great bathroom with a really good shower. The air-conditioning worked really well too and wasn't too noisy. I'd stay here again, it was a pleasant place for the price, and really well located.

Worth the money for hotel in yangon. I just do not like when closet is in separate room with bath room.

Good cheap placr for staying in Yangon.

Hotel is very clean and staff are very polite and nice people. They are always ready to help you with any kind of changes you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They serve food which is OK, breakfast is great and it's complimentary. The only thing I dislike is the TV which has only 10 channels and in which 1 or 2 English channels. Junior suite has bathtub but it's kind of small for 1 person to completely fit in.

Overpriced, stinky hotel. I'm currently in a room with broken AC and power outlets that stinks with sewage. And it cost me $80.
