Within the dynamics of the city, old but maintained, clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I recommend it.

The rooms are ok, the breakfast is correct but the lobby is outdated.

Hotel Entry level aging and dark. Very nice staff, the only positive point with its location of choice. Very poor room On the 4th floor I was able to enjoy the music until the middle of the night and then the laughter of the neighbors until 5:10 am in the morning… magical! First and last time.

Hotel Chellah has been around for at least 50 years, and it has a pleasant, spacious garden where during the warmer summer months lunches are served by the large swimming pool. The hotel may seem like a throwback to the 1960s or 1970s, but it does have modern conveniences you would expect such as plenty of hot water, comfortable beds and free breakfasts. The Wi-Fi works in the reception area but is not reliable in the rest of the hotel's floors and rooms, garden and pool areas. This problem should be fixed. The Chellah used to cater to budget-minded English tourists but nowadays it has a mixed crowd from various other countries. Sadly, the Chellah Beach Club Restaurant with its on-the-beach gardens where excellent lunches and dinners were served no longer exists. This is because the beachfront was completely sanitized and no more beach restaurants, bars, cabanas and discos remain. What now exists is a plain unappealing beach that no one goes to except near Malabata, and it is dangerous and almost impossible to cross a new six-lane highway to get to the beach since there is no stop light or safe crossing anywhere and you will not see one traffic policeman. Hotel Chellah is conveniently located in downtown Tangier. It is a good alternative to higher priced hotels so you'll have more money to spend on eating out in restaurants and for buying souvenirs of your stay in Morocco.

An ordinary hotel with swimming pool. Average room, no carpet (a bit hard in winter). The good point is it's location in the heart of Tangier.

I try very affable and hospitable. Always with a smile willing to be a stay comfortable and unforgettable. Each time we have had any doubt or suggestion we have been cared for at the time. It is a hotel with a lot of history that lingers and takes care of the details with care.

The staff was always very friendly.
It is an "old glory", very well preserved and full of charm. The Hall is a marvel.
It is not far from the Centre or from the seafront. The only thing that failed me was the lack of coordination with the company that organized the trip, but otherwise great.

The market is near, great outdoor swimming pool.
