Dishonest staff. We booked a family room for one night with two young children with the hotel telling them that we were arriving at the hotel expressly in the early evening as we were taking the road. As agreed we call them as soon as we take the road to confirm the exact time of our arrival. To our surprise the receptionist tells us that the hotel is full and that the reservation was no longer current in addition he lies by indicating that the hotel had called me without answer, while I did not receive any call on my phone. He doesn't even bother to apologize in addition he tells us "you want what. Let us wait for you! ". We ended up looking for another hotel late at night with two small children. We were outraged by the dishonesty staff and receptionist and the quality of the service! Hotel not recommended!
