Hotel is pretty much what do you expect from it. Beds were not in best shape, in the middle it sunk into itselfe. But it was clean hotel and the bathroom was good, but it lacked some curtains. Breakfast was tasty but quantity could be bigger. Staff was friendly and helpful, and he also print map of city and show us where can we eat.

The matresses are soft but because they are old, they sank in the middle. Everything else is pretty much what you would expect from 1 star hotel. Good if you are on a budget.

Located in the centre of Ouarzazate, Hotel Marmar is 1 km from Ouarzazate Airport and 700 metres from the train station. Some rooms have a private balcony.

Very nice hotel, staff more than perfect. Geographic location not too central. But little taxi takes you everywhere for 5DH. For excursions to the reception they will guide you. Normal size room. View of the mountains very pretty. Breakfast is very limited.

La habitaciones bastante normales, pero si no pagas el extra, muy frías por la noche y muy calientes por el día (estuve a finales de marzo). Mi habitación en concreto erauy ruidosa, a las 8 am ya había muchísimo ruido, mala insonorización de las habitaciones. Además, el agua caliente funcionaba de vez cuando, y era bastante frustrante.

About cleanliness is excellent. The price is Super 200DH. The welcome is great. Average breakfast. But the Wi-Fi is very very low. And there is no television in the rooms.

Professional and still very friendly hotel, located conveniently close to the bus terminal. They also rent cars for a fair price. We stayed for one night and got one of the rooms with a balcony, which was great. A bit noisy from the street, but not too much. Rented a car from Hassan for 5 days and were very satisfied. Good breakfast in the cafe in the same building.

Very very good as a hotel. Great location, with Wi-Fi, comfortable beds and wonderful breakfast. The only problem was the hot water that knew how to wait and the water room which was not heated.

The only bad experience I have had in morocco so far! Arrived Ouarzazate at around 9pm, we thought we would go to the hotel directly and check the condition first, the reception who I think was the son of the owner gave us 4 different prices which were higher than bookingcom (with/without heater and with/without breakfast), and wanted to confuse us that those were lower than bookingcom. Anyway I told him we’d do the booking thru bookingcom right away so we could rate our stay later, this horrible person told us he would cancel our booking and he had the right to do it. So I asked if he was being such a mean person and forced us to pay the price he wanted, he said YES. I told him i’d rather sleep on the street than being bullied like that. Moreover I wouldnt feel safe to stay in a place run by such a horrible person. Anyway he said if we refused to pay the price he wanted, then we needed to get out. I told him I would write him a very nice review and then he thrilled us that he would call the police and he had cctv as evidence. I wonder what police could help him with us just standing there being bullied. Anyway we found another very nice place to stay later, lower price with heater, extremely good service and location, honest people who would even take us to local place for dinner later. In conclusion, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here but any other hotel.

Close to the city center but more than half hour walking to the Taourirt Kasbach.

Very nice and competent staff. Nice and clean facilities.

Bit expensive for what it is. Had to pay extra for air conditioning remote control. Booked a room with balcony but when we got there, no balcony. Spare bed was rock hard.

I made a reservation for two rooms with a/c for 5 people. When I arrived, no reservation, no rooms with a/c. They convince me to take another rooms and untill that was ok. The problem was the rooms was poor, no a/c, dirty, noisy and MORE EXPENSIVE than I booked. I didnt realized first and I took coz I had no other places to go, but then they start to charge even more: some touristic tax around 2.5EUR per person per day. Incredible how can they try to grab tourists. If you are not marocain, dont go there. Its a trap! PS: the breakfast is poor and old food.

Friendly staff. Helpful with the luggage. Speak English and provide useful information. Clean room and bath. Comfortable bed. A nice quiet place to unwind. Thank you Mr Hassan and his team.

Basic hotel and very affordable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The cafe often has locals, so it's nice to sit down there for a drink. Breakfast is very minimal. Walked into the old town from the hotel, passing through residential neighbourhoods.

Very good place to sleep. Clean and satisfying … but hard in the summer. There's a lack of air conditioning.

Very well located, close to city center (ouarzazate), and has very helpful people. The staff was very honest and made everything in their power to help us. Definitely a place to stay if you want to avoid the hassle of bargaining and if you want to get to know the locals. We were treated like family. I couldn't recommend it more.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. We stayed 3 nights and rented a car for a day trip for 450 Md at the hotel reception. Clean rooms. And Wi-Fi. Would recommend it.

Very clean, great price, nice host.

Very nice family run hotel with Wi-Fi and a delicious breakfast. Great price. Even better price for longer stays. It is a bit of a walk to the kasbah and other sights, but there are real Moroccan restaurants nearby. If you have a car, it is an excellent base to explore the area.
