The best hotel I have seen in Morocco. Entrance through the market is annoying, but room was amazing.

Very nice place. Extremly friendly staff. Food and breakfast is typical moroccan — very tasty. The rooms are well equipped and cosy. Always good to come back another time.

I enjoyed my stay here a lot. It's very unique, and kind of feels like you're in Aladdin's castle. The rooms are all different, which makes it even more fun. The breakfast is amazing! It is fairly far in the medina, which at first was kind of concerning since I arrived very late at night, but I was lead there by a local with a lantern (who expects tips, so keep some cash handy) so that helped. There's not much to eat around the medina late at night, so prepare for that. There is a late night food stand open though, so I frequented that stand since I usually returned pretty late at night. They also had a bit of an ant problem near the dining area, but since it's partially outdoors, that was understandable. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel if you like a super unique type of experience! The Riad Kalaa (1) is a bit nicer, so if you are more into luxury, stay there instead.

+ In the centre of the medina so easy to get around. Easy to walk to the Riad from the main train station or taxi for 20-20dh to the edge of the medina. The pool and terrace were wonderful — really enjoyed having those. Breakfast was standard for Riads here in Morocco — nothing special though. — It wasn’t easy to air or room, so despite looking good, felt a little musty/damp.

The hotel is wildly charming and the rooms are in themselves a trip to a luxurious Morocco. The staff are incredibly helpful and attentive. The hotel has a rooftop terrace with a swimming pool that gives panoramic views of the Medina.
ONE DOWNSIDE:
Although the restaurant offers a high quality food, the price to pay for the guest table (only choice available) is DÉMESURÉMENT too expensive (800 Dirham for 2 people and 40 Dirham for the bottle of water paid everywhere else 10 Dirham in the other restaurant). Our guide who is used to luxury travel was stunned and very disappointed to see that we had been scammed at this point by telling us that normally a guest table is paid up to 200 Dirham in a restaurant.
I still recommend this hotel!

It is a paradise in the middle of the Medina, we do not go out at night, but the area seems safe.

The last room at the top located before the pool is a nice suite including everything you need.
Reversible air conditioning, fireplace, Italian shower, satellite TV, Nespresso… And especially absolute comfort of the mattress and pillows.

Their restaurant offers refined Moroccan cuisine and very tasty with beautiful proportions.

Not so far from one of the Medina's doors, this Riad is just amazing. Clean, beautiful and quite. Service and people are just perfect.

This is not a review about the location or the hotel or service. I went today to visit this riad, thanks to some famous instagrammer that has been there that had show beautiful pics, maybe book a massage or an hamman. To the gentleman who opened the door I did not say I'm a blogger / influencer or whatever, I found you through Instagram I just kindly asked if there was a chance to visit the place, take some pictures and a cup of mint tea. A dry no was the answer. I'm wondering: would make a difference if I presented myself as a blogger or journalist of some famous travel agency? So sad.

Nice place, free minibar but then not refilled. Breakfast ok. Friendly service. Bathroom drains not fast enough. Difficult to find in medina.

Really enjoyable riad in the centre of medinah. After exploring the town coming back to a lovely swim on the roof was great way too cool down. Good traditional breakfast in courtyard.

Enjoy both convenience and comfort with a stay at Riad Kalaa, an idyllic accommodation combining modern-day luxury with traditional Moroccan culture. The location is great, right near Consuls street and the Kasbah of the Oudayas in Rabat, making it easy to access everything the city has to offer. Upon arrival, I was immediately taken by the majestic Moroccan charm of the riad. It has absolutely beautiful interiors, with clean, natural colors and plenty of foliage and greenery to brighten the place and make it feel alive. I was greeted as soon as I entered, and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming form the moment I arrived. I checked into one of the 1000 perfume rooms, each aptly named after a fragrance of Jasmine, Amber, Musk, or Sandalwood. The rooms are located on the terrace, near the pool, which offers a stunning view of Rabat. The panorama of the old city delights, as the terrace pool shimmers with emerald reflections. It’s beauty and contemporary elegance at its finest, in an area ripe with history and culture. Back in the room, I relaxed in the comfortable bed, dressed with soft, pristine white linens. The natural colors of the décor worked in harmony with the cedar wood furniture, giving off a scent that truly made the whole experience a sensory escape. From embossed metal lampshades to high-quality linen curtains, the refinement in the room truly makes the room luxurious.

Nice place. Drive from the airport is useful — we would never have found it otherwise.
