Beautiful Riad with a very good location. Parking is very simple (right in front), the rooms were very comfortable, well secluded and noise-free, and although the cleanliness was not the best, the well-being in the central courtyard and the breakfasts improved everything.
They are air-conditioned.

I stayed at Riad Yacout in December of 2016 for about 3 days. I arrived at Meknes after a train ride from Casablanca. From the train station I took a cab to Riad Yacout, opened the door and was so glad I picked this Riad to stay at. My first impression was of the quality of the interior of the Riad. It was very clean, spotless in fact and I was warmly welcomed and directed to my room on the 2nd floor. Once again the quality of the Riad was exemplified in the room. So clean! A great big comfortable bed and a side room that contained the bathroom and shower. You order your dinner during the day and when dinner time arrives it is ready for you. I went vegetarian and the food was well prepared and delicious. The Riad is very close to the Souk and to the local square and I found this the perfect location. As far as the staff at the Riad, from the owner on down I was very impressed with their willingness to help and to see that I had a premier experience at their place and in Meknes. In my opinion this is the Riad to stay at if you go to Meknes.

Great Riad! As soon as we arrived, we were greeted and served a tea. The rooms are perfect. Comfortable beds and breakfast on the Térasse. The chicken couscous was really good!

I recommend! We have lunch the setting is great, quiet, the service excellent The staff is really top we have good food value for money excellent clean possibility to eat on the terrace in the sun or inside it is a very good address.

A modern riad with the typical Moroccan charm and very good location, next to Bab Mansour. They also have a good restaurant, the food is rich and not very expensive, about a 150dh per person.

We only tested the hammam but very nice moment. The Hammam is actually a one hour massage so not very typical but really care is done with a lot of attention. Relaxation assured.

Very nice. Staff helpful but room absolutely not reserved. It seemed to be in the room with the neighbors and the cleaning ladies woke us up at 8 knocking Insistentente and then barging into the room even an hour later.

Nice terrace but room was somewhat grotty and dinner very expensive (though in Meknes it's a captive market)

Very good located in the heart of the city, with a great parking (2 €/night) in the same street of the Riad. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is plentiful. The staff were very helpful. 'll! It is more expensive than the average but it was worth us to pay that difference.

I stayed two nights. Great AC/ climatisation excellent. The owner speaks French and English and was very kind and helpful. Note: It is not situated in Medina Kebira as Google maps might have you think, just say next to Bab Mansour for the taxi. Overall I was very comfortable and this was one of the best, cleanest riads I have stayed in. My bathrooms were clean. I stayed in two different rooms — the owner really helped me when I got stuck in Meknes for the night and got me a room at the same excellent price I had before. I love also that it is close to many things (the old quranic school Maderisa Bou Inania, porte/Bab Mansour, place Hedim, Dar Jamai) but the street is very calm. Shokran bizaaf. — Jamiella.

Nice people, nice place, great food and location. It's very central and has easy parking just un frint for 20 dirhams per day/night.

However, it was gene by the music in the room, insufficient light, map restaurant expensive, hair in the dish, the pool has proved to be a tray of water.

The Riad is beautiful, the staff is very nice. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, everything is very neat. The smaller, the pool to cool off on the terrace. The tajines are divine, especially the Hock of beef with lemon confit! An excellent choice!
