Beautiful setting, can have lunch and use the pool even if not a resident. Food lovely but bit put off by the amount of flies on the buffet barbeque which was a shame.

One-day idyllic past in the romantic jardin des Douars. After two sumptuous relaxing massages performed by therapists of the top flight, we were able to relaxing around the pool. To finish off we had dinner at the restaurant, where we discovered a cuisine that is simple yet elegant and very tasty. We had the impression to be received among friends, so the welcome was warm. A huge thanks again to the teams.

Didn’t stay here overnight but had a great day. Nestled boutique hotel far from the «buzzing» Essaouria (its all relative…) with beautiful and peaceful garden, two outdoor swimming pools (heated) one for kids and the other for adults only. Restaurant is also serving great food: interesting menu with a Moroccan twist, comprehensive carte des vins and not to forget the friendly staff. Luxury doesn’t come free but didn’t find the prices outrageous also.

Experience of the Spa only, exceptional massage with a team at the care of the guests.

Beautiful gardens. Interiors are immaculate. Two swimming pools one for adults that other for children. Both lovely spots. Excellent food. And welcoming and helpful staff. Day 1 and looking forward to the next few days here.

Blissful experience, feels like you get away from it all. A little expensive and need a taxi from Essaouira.

Nature lovers will be in heaven with accommodations at Les Jardin des Douars, a guesthouse snuggled amongst the Essaouira hills. The natural landscape was formed by the current of the Oued Ksob River, as it truly is a geographical masterpiece. The guest house features beautiful gardens, where guests can relax under the Moroccan sun, which shines at least 320 days of the year. Les Jardin des Douars is crafted from fine Moroccan materials, giving it the traditional flair one would want while staying in the country, but with the refinement and class guests deserve. Surrounded by greenery and embracing the natural simplicity of the location, the guesthouse is close to everything Essaouira has to offer – the beaches, ports, and bustling medina. I stayed at Les Jardin des Douars for two nights during my solo trip to Essaouira. I was beyond impressed. The staff was so welcoming, and really made me feel at home. I loved the beauty of the place, and how the owners embraced what nature gave them. I checked in and was shown to my Luxe Room, which was in a separate douaria from the main home. I thought this was a great way to unwind with a bit of privacy, and both the pool and the spa were only a stone’s throw away. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable luxury king bed. The bathroom offered a large tub for soaking, as well as a shower. My favorite part was the private terrace, where I could look out at the rest of the property and the stunning gardens.

Amazingly beautiful property. I loved the grounds, the room, the restaurant, the staff, the spa (hammam is a must-do), and did I mention the gardens? I got food poisoning while I was in Essaouira (not from the hotel, likely), and the staff was so sweet and helpful in getting me ginger tea, medicine, and food. I would HIGHLY recommend Jardin des Douars to anyone and everyone. Merci beaucoup, mon ami! ️

Always so heavenly! We found the Villas this time with our friends and have been happy. We will long remember this anniversary and the happiness shared with all of you here at JDD in this environment so nice. Everything was perfect, from the stewardship of villas and gardens, through the restoration to the organization of the visits with your partners. Hakima for the visit of the Medina and Edward for the ride in the arganeraie region were both wonderful, passionate and exciting. We come back very quickly, it is on, we still have lots of things to discover in this beautiful area. Thank you to all the team of the JDD for your availability, kindness and professionalism. We adore you :)

Very good food fantastic garden and nice pool. I spend a day there from time to time when I rent a riad in the Medina of Essaouira. 20 minutes by car.

All the world is cool cheerful.
