Beautiful riad with oriental charm. Quiet and away from the noisy hustle and bustle with very friendly and courteous staff. The roof terrace is very large, offers a beautiful view over the roofs of the medina and everywhere it has seating, and sunbathing facilities. The cleaners have prepared everything beautifully every day. The food was excellent. Absolutely recommended.

A truly authentic stay in the heart of Marrakech. The staff are so friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. They are really knowledgeable of the city and the best way to get to and from the Riad. Breakfast Is fab too, every morning fresh fruit, breads and cakes, served with tea and coffee. It is such a nice place to unwind in the candle lit courtyard too in the evenings with a bottle of local wine. ***** — Perfect Stay.

Beautiful experience at Riad Khol! Mysterious air and a refined and classy environment. Charming berber decorations with beautiful colors, lamps with soft light, candles, the water of the blue pool and the traditional fountain in the two inner courtyards, orange trees with little chirping birds, rose petals and scent of sandalwood. A wonderful terrace overlooking the rooftops of the city. Morocco welcomed us with a "thousand and one night atmosphere" and with a good mint tea. We were pampered and helped by the very kind members of the staff always smiling. Thanks to everyone, both the receptionists and the ladies.
Working in the riad. The breakfast was excellent and genuine with fresh products (the yogurt among the best ever eaten). Delicious and abundant dinner. Unfortunately our stay didn't last long. If I return to Marrakech, I hope to stay in this riad again. Greetings from Cristina and Lia, italian guests.

Beautiful riad with nice views from the rooftop terrace. Good breakfast. Our room, Épice, was very nice with a private terrace, separate living space and bathroom. Very nicely decorated. We stayed here for 4 nights and every time we came back from the busy Medina we were greeted by our friendly hosts. There is a small pool present but we didn't really use it. The price was also very good, considering what you get for your money. Really recommend staying here!

Great Riad with a very nice and calm atmosphere. The staff was really friendly and happily answered all our questions. Our room was nice and had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this riad although it is hard to find the first time.

We stayed in the room called the orange blossom of this riad which is in center in the Medina of Marrakech. These are spectacular two-bedroom apartments with terrace… The rooms were very clean, comfortable and decorated in Arabic style. There is also a large communal area with a fireplace. Every afternoon we ended up having tea in the armchairs and remembering the adventures of the day. Breakfast was delicious. Two patios to enjoy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. He helped us with anything. If you plan to visit Marrakech This is the place to stay. I will come back…

Amazing place! We really enjoyed to stay here. The staff was very nice and helpful. This Riad is really the best place in Marrakech.

The staff is very welcoming as often in Morocco but the Riad is not pretty the décor is rather austere and the terrace is worn and old. Moreover by going to the Riad we were followed by children and arriving they asked us for money and the gentleman who welcomed us to let it go. Attention also to the call to prayer at 5am which can wake you with long chants. A fair Riad a bit pricey for what it is.

Amazing Riad. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good. The roof terrace was a very welcome place to chill and the room was very tastefully decorated giving a Moroccan Gothic feel. The only negative was every time I left the place I couldn't find it again… Bit like Brigadoon.

Was super dupa hot when I stayed 10 months ago. Hard to find and not your typical hotel. They need to put signs up in area to show where it is! Its like a maze. No fridge or TV in room and minimal breakfast. Has its charms. Cant really complain about staff etc. Infact the staff were great. However not for me! To much trouble to find and not worth the hassle. Wouldn't stay here again.

This is NOT a four star riad! Furniture is worn out. No TV or air conditioning. Hard to find. Pool is small and rusty. Staff was somewhat helpful.

Great customer service. A lady came in to welcome us and provided us tea and some biscuits to welcome us. She was also very helpful in setting up our car reservation as well as give map with places to visit and what to watch out for. Rooms are cozy and big enough to fit 2 people comfortably. Free breakfast is provided.

Our room ground floor of this Riad was unfortunately very dark and in need of renovation: mold in the niches inclusive out of a broken lamp socket, air conditioning out of operation. The tiny bathroom is flooded after a shower is unavoidable. The location on the ground floor is not recommended, since Ventilation is only by opening the door to the yard. In addition, it is to late in the night of home coming guests, which go directly to the room and by the Push of bars aroused. The beautiful old building is still absolutely worth it. The nocturnal way home to the Riad on the edge of the Medina, through dark alleys and dark passages quite exciting. Definitely not for women traveling alone. For this price there are Better in Marrakech.
