We were greeted by Khalid and then by Adnan both were very friendly and accommodating.
It had a very family oriented feel to the place. The place was clean and tidy. If I was to make any improvements I would suggest having TV or tea/coffee making facilities in the room (if feasible). Although, both Khalid & Adnan were happy to make us hot drinks on request.
The only downside of my stay was that I had to put up with passive smoking whilst trying to enjoy my food from the manager. As someone, who has breathing difficulties it did not think it appropriate to smoke within the communal area and is unprofessional.
Location was great, very convenient to all the tourists locations within walking distance!
Overall, I would recommend the place.

This was a very good Raid within 10/15 min walk of the main square and souks. Khalid welcomed us on our first day after the transfer from the airport and helpfully pointed out all the main spots in the city on our map. He also gave us advice about how much things should cost and tourist traps to watch out for.
The room we very spacious and airy and the air con worked a treat. The windows overlooked the courtyard and have lovely stained lass in them. There was also a rooftop terrace with the option for a hot tub but we didn't make use of it. Whilst in the old town, once inside it was lovely and quiet which was good after a day in the hustle and bustle.
All the staff were excellent but unfortunately we didn't catch anyone else's name!
Would definitely recommend this Riad.

Bad position, however Riad was clean and staff very nice.

The staff was very helpful Nice and quiet structure but, difficult to walk to and not easy for the arrival of taxis, especially in the evening. Wifi only in common areas and very difficult for reception, many times does not take the signal, bathroom not up to the structure and service.

Great hospitality. But: no heating and badly functioning sanitary.

We were 5 days in this Riad and the price — performance ratio is absolutely ok. Very clean, super Morocco breakfast with fresh bread, pancakes, corn fritters, egg tarts, fig jam, honey, coffee — you can eat sick of, all freshly prepared. A young girl in kitchen and room service, and Hassan, the you can ask anything, he is always there for one. A great, friendly team.
Bath, shower toilet very clean and relatively large, like the room also.
Because it is in a small lane typical of the old town, can you hear in the evening children noise and moped sounds until 10 or 11 o'clock, if you want early to bed, disrupts the maybe. But in Marrakech, you can stay out long and morning sleep, it was no problem for us.
Conclusion: Typical marrokanisch, very clean, great price.

Simple, clean, good price and lovely staff. Not much more you could want. The rooms at the front are affected by the street noise and the morning call to prayers will wake you up at 6am… But welcome to Marakech!
