Could it be better maintained? Yes. Could it be something more modern? Also. The problem is, then I wouldn't have the magic it has. Next to jemaa square the fna, but at the same time a haven of incredible peace. It has two magnificent restaurants, one Indian with amazing views. On Monday friendly staff and their magical stays. The right room, enough, in a hotel that really has its magic. Completely recommended if you do not want to be all day dependent on taxis and you like unique buildings.

Brilliantly located for everything in Marrakech. An Oasis of tranquillity off of tje medina and souke. Only criticism, alcohol expensive and then they add tax on leaving.

A few steps from Jemaa El-Fna square this hotel will immediately forget the hustle and bustle of Marrakech so calm you invaded as soon as you entered this Palace. The location is excellent no doubt that we will return to it during a next stay… The hotel has several swimming pools, a Carita Spa, Hammam, Jacuzzi, 3 restaurants, shuttle service with chauffeur, etc…

Fading luxury, but still a little haven of tranquility in the buzzing Medina of Marrakech. The 3rd floor Indian/Asian fusion restaurant sits by the second pool. The food is good if not amazing. Young and friendly staff. The salmon tartare with cheese naan, the perfectly cooked tandoori monk fish, and the grilled lamb were all tasty. The pear sorbet with its eau de vie, and the café complet were a nice conclusion to our late lunch. My wife also enjoyed an hour of massage by the pool at the Carita Spa.

Not the best palace in Marrakech, some work would do him the greatest good. Perfect to take the height and enjoy the sun to the maximum. 2 swimming pools including one on the roof.

Wow! What a hotel. You will feel as though you are in an oasis in the middle of the madness that is Marrakesh. Just a few steps from the hotel doors are the markets of Marrakesh with snake charmers, mankey handlers and many, many, many businesses selling whatever you are looking for. The hotel itself was one of the most friendly and well serviced hotels of our time in Morocco. The rooms are spacious, well appointed and incredibly affordable. The restaurant, pool, bar and other facilities are operated by kind, and knowledgeable staff who are ready to assist you with whatever you may need. You must visit the rooftop pool at sunset as the call to prayer reaches out to the people of Marrakesh. To say it was a magical experience would be to sell it short. Take your time and enjoy your stay here. It is worth it.

Les Jardins de la Koutoubia is a luxurious hotel located a 2-minute walk from the famous Jamaâ El Fna square. It features a spa Carita, a Jacuzzi and an outdoor pool surrounded by Palm trees.
The air-conditioned rooms are spacious and open onto a patio. All rooms are equipped with a minibar and a TV. Some rooms have an elegant lounge. All rooms at Jardins de la Koutoubia include a private bathroom with toiletries.
The Restaurant Les Jardins de Bala serves Indian cuisine and seafood specialities. Guests can enjoy a drink at the piano bar or on the rooftop terrace.
Guests have access to the Hammam and the heated indoor pool. Massages are available upon request and the property also includes a beauty salon.
The hotel offers an airport shuttle service and free private parking is available on site. Menara garden is 1.9 miles from the hotel.

It was a very nice hotel. Care of the rooms and excellent presentation. Good food. Very nice Spa, swimming pools and fitness to improve. Some improvements can be improved, 5 votes for the setting.

The hotel is well located, clean and calm. The room is comfortable. the only nice thing in the breakfast is fruit (tasty and fresh) but the other things need a lot of improvements (no amlou, the bread is basic, and the chees is not fresh), the offer need more choices. The services is acceptable but need some improvement.

Gorgeous hotel and very friendly staff. It's right on the edge of the old city so it's easy for your taxi to get to and the main attractions are all without walking distance.

Very close to the square of Jema El Fna, and the Koutoubia, the hotel is beautiful with excellent service and very good rooms.

A perk that the access to the spa is extra to pay. It was not mentioned at the reception and also at the Hotel tour (€20 per person! Fitness room: Musty, tiny, 3Geräte. A Hamman without steam: 40 degrees, a pool. Everything in the basement) the staff at the spa does not speak English (but say yes to everything) in the settlement of the invoice, the hotel manager has said that it is our fault that we should have read the hotel description in the room.

Very good. The location for the old town is excellent. But it also limits the exits by the public that frequents it.

Beautiful hotel very close to the main square and they have multiple Cuban cigars that are maybe 5.5x45 for around 15 US. Reasonable price for a Romero and Juliet, a Cohiba Silo 3, etc at a hotel. Avoid the Royal Monsoeur unless you want to be gouged… Staff is extremely courteous and professional and lounge seating outside is very comfortable on the couches. They seem like a wonderful hotel and the rose petals on the hand towels in the bathroom is a very elegant touch.

Ate dinner here at the Moroccan restaurant and it was fantastic. Excellent beef makfoul Tagine and belly dancer came for entertainment. Very romantic setting at night near the pool and Palm trees.

Great hotel with an amazing view of the Koutoubia Mosque. The staff was nice but not everyone was able to understand English. Swimming was allowed 24/7 which allowed gave the opportunity for a nighttime swim. The food was great in all 3 restaurants. The hotel offers a quiet place apart from the busy Medina. We even received an upgrade to a mini-suite during our stay. We had a great time!

This is an excellent hotel, right in the city centre. There are two swimming pools and it is very quiet. Service is excellent. On the food choice inside the hotel is not very large, there is only one restaurant, but you can walk to one of the many places around the nearby square.

Luxurious calm in the heart of Marrakech A traditional style built around a courtyard swimming pool, spotlessly clean, perfect service, the log fires are fabulous, breakfast superb. Less than a minute's walk from the Djeema el Fna and the edge of the souk.

Everything is perfect, from the rooms to the pool, the restaurant at the location. Extra service and spa.
Of course it's expensive, but well worth the money.
