Everything is great. The rooms are spacious and the bedding comfortable, the pools are clean, the style and décor of the hotel are beautiful.

The reception the varied catering and the service are top I'm there right now even and I highly recommend the weak point and the lack of animation for children apart from that I would come back sana hesitation.

What an amazing hotel with impeccable service from the staff. We will be back for sure. My husband is from Morocco, and we visit frequently. We love Accor hotels and our last trip, we stayed across the street here in Marrakech, but happy we chose Mövenpick this time around. The grounds are quiet and lawns so manicured, with a great hotel staff and team, in addition the breakfast every morning was delicious. We also had the opportunity to eat by the pool, and were very satisfied. A special thank you and shout out to Laila, Mouhcine, Abdellah from the receptionist, and exceptional service and hospitality from Mostapha and Naïma, servers in the restaurant for our breakfast buffet. You made our mornings memorable. We went from booking a 1 night stay to booking 3 nights…

A great experience above our expectations. The hotel has all the right installations to keep you inside. The team very warm and you feel all the time very welcome. Jamra Restaurant next to the pool offer a healthy menu w/o gluten and lactose next to the pool to allow you enjoy from the sun. Urban brasserie is the great choice for dinner or even the buffet menu at the pool terrace. The SPA open long hours with free access to Jacuzzi, Hammam and Sauna, reserve the hammam and massage on time! Thank you to FADOU, Dauaa, Jamila, Kamir, Mr. Bennani, Chef Ahmed & Chef Tariq. It is the most magnificent Hotel I ve ever been in, and I recommend it to anyone who needs a hotel that makes him feel the wormth of his home.

The hotel is fantastic. We want to come back. But the dinner restaurant was terribel. Tasteless food, service was terribel and the waiter was rude. Will never visit the restaurant again.

Good location, good service, and the place to be!

Where do I start. I stayed here with my wife, for our honeymoon. From the second we entered, the level of service we received was A+++. The concierge staff and management were great and always had time for you. Never once did I walk passed without being asked how everything was. The staff even made the stay more personal by decorating our room and arranging a wonderful surprise for my wife and I. I encourage everyone who reads this review to stay here and look no further.

The Hotel is large, well kept, with our availability several pools, spa, fitness, two restaurants, a bar lounge, parking, valet service, etc, … the room is spacious, always very well clean, the staff is nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a couple, friends or family. I loved it!

I have so many positives. The staff need a special mention, Omar (restaurant) Jihane and Anas (pool) Simply couldn't do enough for us. The room was fabulous (7006) the AC was a god send. Pool area lovely and very clean. My only real negative is the choice of room service it was quite limited. Taxi rank outside the hotel was really handy.

Heaven. A quiet, full service 5-star in Marrakech, far away for peace but close to all the action. Great pool, opulent interior, luscious rooms and great breakfasts. Do yourself a favour and book.

My flight was cancelled so easy jet chose the hotel however it was very stylish and clean the pools were large but shallow and quite busy the breakfast and dinner were a sort of buffet which was ok however the lack of service was poor. The rooms were good the beds were perfectly comfortable. And soft. The showers were fine quite well designed. However the sound of the generator located next to my room was awfully loud and was disturbing in the night as it sounded like an alarm of a car. However I would recommend this hotel as it's location and services are above average it is lovated close to the airport which makes traveling convenient and is close to city centre.

Ambience and help were lovely… an amazing destination holiday. Not sure I would change anything at all… This hotel is one example (among many there in Marrakech) of the lovely and startling dichotomy of historic and modern juxtaposed. The sense of design with glorious detailing in metals and marbles, the architectural lines which might reference even more ancient sites like ancient Mesopotamia, all blend together in a feast of color and texture with size and scale intended to impress. Breath-taking.

The room does not get a 5 stars feel. The bed is comfortable and I like the dressing room in the entrance of the room because it is spacious and allowed us to not have the suitcase in the middle of the room. The minibar was empty. There was an issue with the shower, the water floods the rest of the bathroom when we shower and even though the cleaning ladies cleaned the water, it was happening with every shower which was annoying and a dangerous hazard as it made the floor very slippery. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choice but it gets crowded and there are queues everywhere especially to get the drinks; however the waiters are very friendly and helpful and they try their best to accommodate everyone. The lobby is spacious and beautiful, however the feel I got from this hotel is that it is a bit "industrial". Still a good hotel overall but no worth 5 stars.

You have an excellent hotel, however (most of) your staff needs seriously to be trained on how to treat all customers equally and not judge any customer on his face or clothes.
It happened to me to appear transparent some times or to receive misleading information from your staff which is unacceptable for a such brand.
I hope my comment will be taken into consideration and I stay at your disposal if you need any additional information.

Really nice hotel and environment, specially the main building. Reception was little bit low to proceed. Room was 9/10, exellent cleaning and service. Recommend!

Nice hotel only in appearance. Rooms are not well appointed. Insufficient cabinets. There is a dresser and a small balcony with a habitability. The staff is nice.

Hotel whose rooms are very tidy and clean, located on a large territory, are easy to reach. Temperature controlled pools are to try. Only flaw, I admit for my inability to adapt, is the cuisine that is very spicy with meat to which are not genetically prepared. The wine is of good workmanship, but it is not particularly sought after.
Discretion and seriousness are the boundary to fun.

Hotel 5 star rooms are spacious and the lottery is good. Breakfasts not up to the level to choose from but the service is excellent. The evening buffet is far too expensive for the choice offered.

Dear Mövenpick, Thank you for the pleasant stay at your hotel in Marrakech. For the most part our visit was a great success (for the weather even a good hotel cannot be held accountable for ;) ). The hotel grounds were up to our expectations and the room which we received (an upgrade I presume) was very much to our liking. The breakfast (as expected from Mövenpick) was also top-notch and really did not let us down. A special thank you is in order for the "Omelett-Lady", whose enthusiasm making the omelets made the breakfast each morning an experience which made us smile. There were a few small points which we would hope that the hotel could amend in the future to make the visits even better in the future. 1. Internet was a bit flaky in our room. 2. The entertainment options from the TV were not up to the standard which we've learned to expect from 5-star hotels.

It is a fantastic place. Good food, very various, both local and European. Rooms are good! I recommend!

The last thing you would expect while traveling is getting robbed which is what exactly happened with me during my stay in the hotel. An amount of USD 1500 was stolen from my room (most likely by the House Keeping Staff) while I was out. To make matters worse, another burglary took place the very next evening with my colleague whose wallet, mobile and watch were stolen while he was sleeping inside the room. This clearly reflects the audacity of the people involved. After all this, the only expectation you have is for the Hotel staff to be supportive and get into investigating the events. However, the response was extremely disappointing and questions were raised whether the burglary actually took place. What is more shocking is that Movenpick does not even have a proper CCTV network to look into footage's as there are no camera's installed in corridors Clearly the worst experience of my lifetime and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

He's good. Warm pool in January. Good Restaurant. Correct rooms. Very limited parking spaces. The car has often parked outside.

For the restaurant quality service, interesting menu including egg with truffle and ham. The setting is beautiful and the prices not so exective in view of the setting and dishes.
My only complaint would be on the live music band, the sound a little loud. On the other hand, quality.

Nice hotel, cool facility, heated pool, nice rooms, technically everything worked out. You certainly do not have to trust the brand's fault here, you know that in southern countries the clocks tick differently. In order to reach the European level of the brand (we know the houses in Münster and in Nuremberg), the food must be refined and the service procedures can be smoother. Over all, but a stay you like to think back to (Renate).

Nice staff. Very pleasant and helpful all around. Amenities were excellent. Enjoyed the heated pool. Food was great. Some IT systems seemed problematic at the reception desk. Will come back for sure.

I do not recommend this hotel at all! It took half an hour to check in because the receptionists were serving then people at the same as well as answering the phone. Also, I booked a room for tree people but got two beds. There was things missing in the room and never got them even when asking for them. Most restaurant are closed during the day and food is not tasty. Last but not least, I asked them to book a table in a restaurant in Marrakech, and when arrived at it, I’ve been told that no one ever called… just so disrespectful! The only positive thing was the waiters that were very kind.

It is a magical place, a blend of contemporary and moroccan style is breathtaking. The chef's kitchen is refined and the service is perfect.

I love Marrakech and this hotel with his stuff and service and decoration and pool and gym and the rest of details it's a real real real flawless experience everything is perfect.

Beautiful hotel the design is CRAZY but service on arrival is not 5 stars had to carry my own bags sorry not good enough. Gym is state of the act my budget room was just OK nothing special I have seen better the bed was super soft and excellent. There was no tea spoons provided for 2 days and am British not happy with that and also when an event was booked for over 450dr the reception had no idea what I booked for and we're asking me to describe what she looked like really. The Wi-Fi for a 5star is very very poor 2G would have been better. Breakfast was excellent and bar staff were excellent but reception was poor service very poor a plus not far from airport but the staff can do better.

Nadine in bar/ pool service was consistently fantastic during our 7 day stay. If there is a company recognition award then she should be nominated. Nothing was a trouble to her.

Very nice hotel and amazing layout. Food the pool the bar the sheesha all really well done. The only issue I had was with service and response from front desk. They would never pick up phone.

Very very nice hotel, just the Wi-Fi does not work everywhere, breakfast to be improved (example: orange juice is not squeezed and the server said to me yes he is in a hurry after you have tasted it the have not and this is confirmed by a second server! It is a shame. Air conditioning not very strong in the room can be c just me who has no luck in mine. Mini bar well filled, but donmage it is more an oven than a fridge because it is more warm than cold. Staff impeccable, very nice. Otherwise it is a beautiful hotel really has to visit without hesitation.
