This cost the closet we were treated like royalty! Loved the hamman baths! Staff were amazing! True to form. It truly was a relaxing break for us! An all rounder hotel with a visit!

Beautiful stay, the staff to the little care. The people of the very nice welcome. Breakfast at the top, the pool, the room everything was nice. The geographical location super the shopping center just opposite.

A fabulous place, a very nice swimming pool, very beautiful gardens, the catering team is incredibly kind, good service, clean and well equipped rooms, a very well positioned establishment in the heart of Marrakech just in front of menara mall.
I would like to thank the entire staff of the hotel without exception, a competent, helpful, very cheerful and available team.

The Andalusian garden remains the highlight of the Meridian n'fis in addition to its location facing the Menara mall. Tt the staff is hyper hyper hyper friendly. J vs just reproaches the fact of not renovating neither rooms nor corridors surt since my previous stay in 2003😬…

This place is NOT A LUXURY Hotel! The rooms have a bit of "ick" factor to them. The beds are SUPER HARD — it was very hard to sleep. One night the hotel's guard dog barked all night — so safe but awake. The Reception NEVER had change available for guests — which is important in a culture where 5's, 10's & 20's go along away. To only have 100's to pay for the use of toilets or taxi's is of no service to anyone.

Great hotel, located a little over a mile from the Madian, across the street from a mall and grocery, the red city tour bus stops in front of the hotel. Excellent staff, beautiful pool, great breakfast, the only negatives the Wi-Fi was week near our room which was 348 and the hotel was unable to covert currency for us during our stay. If you need currency exchange you can go across the street to a currency exchange office just up the block. Excellent location, great hotel, amazing staff, what more can you want during your visit to Marrakech.

We received a very warm welcome on arrival by the reception staff & the wonderful Youssef. This was only the beginning of the amazing customer service we were to enjoy during our stay. Everyone greeted us with a smile and wished us a good day from the garden staff who clearly enjoy looking after the hotel to all the waiters, pool & room attendants. The only downside was that the rooms looked a “bit tired” in saying that they were immaculate with complimentary refreshments which were given to us daily. Breakfast was amazing and the delicious selection kept us going back for more! We dined regularly at La Palmier — excellent. I have to mention Jamal & Azzidien who are a total credit to you. The service we received was second to none and they obviously take pride in their work and their place of work. I find it difficult to put into words just how good the staff at Le Meridien N’Fis are. Both Jamal & Azzidien should be recognised for their dedication to your guests. To sum up your staff made our stay unforgettable. Many many thanks.

An oasis, with a great pool, pool bar and food. Handy to a large supermarket and across the road from a number of restaurants and Burger King and Chili's.

The proximity to the Menara Mall is astoundingly close! Huge Pool is great come summer. Courteous staff, but a let down on their buffet for breakfast.

Don't be fooled by appearances because after presenting your credit card they will ask you for a pre-authorization to cash in the amount announced at the booking, you see no inconvenience and you will think you have to deal with people Correct. When they publish your bill, they will find a way to invent certain things. They have their hands on your account and they can debit the amount that suits them.
Don't try to argue including with their manager, they will always be right and you will spoil the end of your stay. Never pay with your credit card at this property.

I don't usually complain about other people's attitude but the woman at the front desk was pretty rude — had a question about ATM and she acted like "I don't really want to talk to you". I called front desk another time trying to extend my current stay and the person responded "call me 10 min later. " Room was a bit dated. Breakfast was good. Location is ok — it's next to a mall with plenty of restaurant options but a bit far from all the tourist attractions.

Great grounds and lobby. The jasmine smell from the gardens at night is heavenly. The service and rooms are definitely not 4-star. The Wi-Fi does not work in the rooms.

Excellent hotel! Beautiful pool, beautiful gardens, beautiful hotel! However, we will regret a staff who are very little smiling and who have trouble relaxing their underpants. But we had a great time there! Thank you to the entire Meridian team!

Decent hotel away from the city center. Although it’s suppose to be a 5 star hotel I would consider it more of a3 star. Rooms are basic and old. Bathrooms are decent. Room has a locker. Property has a pool and a bar. Breakfast is good. The staff was very helpful and friendly and they made our stay quite enjoyable and interesting. Right outside the hotel is a small mall and a department store to buy stuff. There are many restaurants in this place and one can have a decent meal. The property has a very pretty garden to relax.

Marrakech, Morocco and the Le Meridan hotel in Marrakech is like the Palm Springs California of Morocco. This hotels gardeners are amazing. You wish they took care of you're garden. The garden is perfectly laid out and manicured. The hotel has great security and a lovely restaurant where the fruits are super ripe and the orange juice is fresh squeezed right before you're eyes. The flat bread is baked right in front of you and is wonderful. The hotel has a very nice and clean pool that rivals the best. While the culture takes a bit of getting used to, for the most part the people I've met have been very nice. The airport when you arrive whether by private jet as I did or by common carriage is an architectural masterpiece. The sidewalks are unusually wide, however gives one lots of room for walking. I would look forward to visiting Morocco again and staying at this Le Meridien Marriott Hotel.

Beautiful gardens. Nice pool area. Good breakfast brings it three stars. The rooms are slightly dated. Bathrooms need an overhaul. Hallways need some attention as well.

First time in Morocco this Hotel is very nice and Central for most things. Spa expensive, restaurant are as well, we eat out and it’s cheaper. Overall very nice. We are in an executive room its clean and has space to move big king size bed. But does need updating. Would definitely come again.

Enjoyed my stay. The furniture quality could improve but the room was immaculately clean. Customer service was amazing. Would consider coming back.

Great hotel with beautiful grounds. Rooms are basic but clean, breakfast is buffet with good variety including eggs to order and crepe like food to order. Mall/supermarket right across the street but the hotel is pretty centralized.

Let's get the big issue over first, It's dated. The hotel is clean and nearly all of the staff have been uber polite and helpful (except one grumpy housekeeper lady). On checkin, we were offered the choice of rooms and even had a quick look in them both before we chose a room overlooking the pool. Breakfast is amazing and the pool is fantastic, although not heated, so quite cold in April, but I still managed a swim with my 4 year old daughter. Wifi is fast and reliable. There are a couple of restaurants in the hotel and a large mall directly oppersit with loads of eating options. So as long as you can look past the dated and tired furniture, you will have a great time here. About a 20 min walk to the old town.

Good location, decent service, not the resort you would expect.

There’s a lot of facilities, Gym is small but has everything. Pool is great, I swam in it. It's really cold in April, but it's still a nice pool in a large garden. I didn’t eat the breakfast there Location is a bit far from the Medina, but you can walk 2km or taxi or bus over. Honestly, I like this hotel much better than staying in the Media. The Medina area is probably good for 1 day, but after that I got extremely sick of staying there. The Median is full of motorcycles rushing past you, a billion people, smells, and trash. And the Riads (hotels in the Medina) don't have any windows. Also, the Riads in the Medina are REALLY small, since there's absolutely no space inside. Anyways, this hotel is next to a huge mall (I didn’t go in but there is a supermarket) The rooms are spacious, the beds are big and fluffy. Room could be a bit cleaner though, I wouldn’t exactly call this a 5 star hotel. Overall, good stay. I give it a 5 star because the pool is beautiful, and the rooms are large and spacious. Also, the Wifi works ok. Wifi had never worked that well for me in the other 3 hotels I stayed at in Morocco.

The hotel has come a little in the years, however the rooms are absolutely clean and the people very friendly. The hotel bar is absolutely recommended, as is the restaurant.

Great property for our 1st visit to Marrakech. Its about 20 minute walk to Kotobuia and Medina. Food is pretty good the sleeping rooms need updating. But we did not spend much time in the rooms anyway. Western style bar with decent alcohol selection which is a bonus in Morocco.

It's very comfortable. There is peace is great sleep.

Reception on arrival was friendly although after that it was a bad experience. My allocated room door was not working and so I had to be moved to another section of the hotel. The bathtub drain plug was stuck and so the water just collected in the bath.

Executive rooms are nice and clean. Unfortunately we had to move one night to a standard room because of loud music from a restaurant opppsite of our room. The room was clean but very basic in furniture. So we moved back to executive room pool side. The staff was great, always nice, smiling and caring. I’ll come back someday.

Location Beautiful area with swimming pool and kucher of plants, names of which are written on the plates. For the inquisitive most that! The rooms are large. There are several restaurants. Near Menara Mall. There's a grocery store with a wine department. Who wants, can buy everything there. The price for the hotel can not tell, as the receiving party paid;). The city itself is positioned as a resort, but the sea here to look useless. More.

What an Amazing staff and beautiful hotel. Especially Hassan, always ready to welcome you with a smile and that amazing Moroccan Tea. This hotel was the best part of our whole trip in Marrakech.

Great location, gardens, landscaping. Bedding, pillows not at the bra d level at all, rooms are outdated but kept well. Great breakfast with long lines, 2 restaurants but both smoking. All in all a mixed bag.

This was a nice hotel with a western feel to it. I would have done more local than "Americanized" but I didn't make the reservation. The room was rather spacious. Didn't require much from room service. And the concierge was good with making a variety of recommendations for different restaurants and excursions in the area. It was overall a pleasant experience.

We were given a basic room where the heating system did not work and after several attempts to repair it, we asked to be moved only to find in the next room ants crawling all over the console table and at the side of the bath tub. We were again moved for third time to the first floor where the room seemed clean and bug free. We had no apology from the hotel staff/management and were not offered any compensation. Very disappointed. The hotel should be classified as 4* if not 3* in some cases.

Excellent staff. Good security and landscaping. Very dated facility buildings including the rooms. For a SPG property, I was surprised to see that a queen/king bed is two singles pushed together. Nice location across street from Manera Mall. Location is 10-15 min walk to the old city. City bus 7 MAD (

Hotel itself a bit old but amazing service totally worth the money. Very nice gardens as well.

I rarely wirte reviews in here but I felt like I must do this time (so pissed off). I don't know where to start! Will start with the Good: They have a fancy lobby and they are good at opening the doors for you and trying to carry you lugagge and all of. Thats it!. The bad : washroom is FILTHY, towels are FILTHY, beds are so soft and not comfy. AC is noisy, walls are full of dirty spots, water pressure at the washroon is tooo weak, so noisy to the point where you would feel you are living in ghetto in Detroit city! When you go to a 5 star hotel you should expect a 5 star room not a slum! This place should be 2.5 star AT THE MOST! With the rate they are charging you can get a MUCH better place in Marrakech.

Out of date. Also room was dirty. Staff was okay but seemed annoyed at times when we asked for help.

Really enjoyed my stay here for 7 nights. The hotel is clean, the rooms are kept clean and maintained well. It could do with a little retouch but they are trying to keep the Moroccan decor. The staff are really friendly and very helpful with suggestions and ideas of things you can do in Marrakesh. The bed was comfortable and regularly changed the bedsheets except for the last day. The breakfast was delicious but repetitive, so many choices available so it should be ok and it was easy to find a table even when it was a busy morning. I got a room on the 4th floor but wasn't happy with it so I got moved to a ground floor room with a garden and some seating area which was really nice. The whole hotel is huge, you can play tennis, go swimming or just simply enjoy one of the restaurants within.

Rating may have been higher if the le meridien was not branded a 5* hotel. we stayed for two nights — bedsheets had stains/marks, and towels were clearly due for replacement (really thinned out, strange chemical smell, stained and not even white anymore) — quite disgusting actually. the walls are extremely thin — and we could hear every drop of water when the guest next door was taking a shower! i note that management responded to previous reviews saying 'corrective measures' would be taken to improve customer satisfaction. But I am not sure if things have changed much — perhaps they are doing it all at once with the planned renovations. the only positive was the pool that we enjoyed in the very hot weather. ps. Internet was not working — so we walked across the road to use the Wi-Fi at the mall.

Nice place to chill out. I was with friends spending the last day in Morocco, the breakfast was very nice. The swimming pool looks great but it was directly under the sun, if you won't mind to get your skin tanned then feel free to jump. Spa is also included, massage, hammam and stuff.

It is magnificent a luxurious and cozy place.

I always have a good experience here. No, it is not modern and contemporary. It is old and nostalgic beauty with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The tub and shower are nice with good hot water pressure. The staff is extremely accomodating and welcoming. I stay with family in Morocco but I always try to sneak away for a night or two at this establishment.

Terrible hotel with awful service and shocking rooms. No real air conditioning to speak of. 1 restaurant open and the pool sits alongside a busy main road. Pool bar was badly stocked and very over priced. Noisy run down 2 star hotel at best. Don't bother booking here unless you don't plan on being in the hotel. Location is great but that's it.

I have spent four days in Marrakech and Le Méridien N'Fis has been a great choice. People are so friendly and nice and the service is awesome. Evento in their reustarants the food is so good with fresh vegs and fruits but also with different kind of meat and fish. If I will be back in Marrakech I will book again here.

Hotel well situated and clean. The breakfast is good and quality in the gardens. The bad thing is that it is not a 5 star of truth… do not put the bar very high.
