A comfortable, well located and great hotel for a family holiday.

For me it is the best hotel for my business trips in Marrakech.

Well organized, clean, quiet, remarkable services, I would have appreciated this place.

Impeccable and staff too, ideal for families with children.

I was there this weekend and I appreciated too much the service, the rooms, the quality of the restaurant and of course the staff was up to the task.

It has a heated outdoor pool, and nice indoor and outdoor bars. Friendly staff especially Omar and his outdoor bar staff, and more so the indoor bar staff, very attentive. Plus it's easy walking distance to town… We stayed in early Feb 2020 for our honeymoon week.

Then the ladies at the front desk a crush! especially for fatima zahra and hanane very nice very helpful and the hotel just tooop.

C my second experience at Kenzi Farah Hotel. Staff very welcoming and smiling. Breakfast top and varied especially the delicious Messemen of Mrs. Amina. Dinner well and varied but not for a 5-star hotel. The rooms were large and exposed to the pool. My children were very satisfied given the grounds they found and the pools between and outside. You just have to touch the toilets and bathrooms. Thank you.

This hotel should not be a 5 star, 2 star is more than enough. The All inclusive is not necessary because the buffet offers the same dishes every day, and for the weekly price it is less excessive to eat out. You ask for a drink, you are brought or you are not brought at all. You are missing 5min from your deckchair the towel is no longer there. The general condition of the rooms not top, everything is aging and poorly soundproofed. The gym is only open until 5pm otherwise it pays off. No access to the sauna steam room so it was intended as a free service.
On the day of departure we were due to have breakfast in the room (4.30am) and no one came. Customer tracking leaves something to be desired.
The staff are friendly and the location is ideal but apart from that personally we will not be coming back. Overall, we are disappointed. Good luck to the next holidaymakers.

I loved this hotel! It is very nice, the room is clean, the housekeepers spend every day and do a good job. Very welcome, the receptionists are polite, welcoming…

Beautiful and clean hotel with friendly staff, would recommend, had an enjoyable stay.

Location at the top! Very nice room, the animator of the awesome aquagym. Too bad for the main restaurant which is not up to a 5 star. I strongly advise guests to dine at the 2 restaurants available in the hotel or otherwise dine in the wintering district. The all-inclusive is not interesting. I would stay but without the full board as we eat better and for me dear outside! I forgot the staff listening to the customers. After, we must not forget that it is located in a Maghreb country so we also need to adapt.

After reading varying reviews on the Hotel, I won't deny I was a little dubious.
However, there was no need to worry. I had contacted Sarah in guest relations before our trip to speak to her about arranging a surprise for my husband on our wedding anniversary. She was very helpful and surprised us both with an upgraded room beautifully decorated with flowers and fruit for no extra cost.
This was just the beginning of the amazing treatment we received not just from Sarah but from all the staff members we had the pleasure of meeting.
In brief, a few quick responses to some of the comments on here…
1. Not one member of staff either ignored or was rude to us, however I did witness English visitors being rude to staff just because they didn't understand what they were asking for. Good service was rewarded with a small tip, which in turn made our service even better!
2. The food was brilliant, 3 restaurants to choose from with good selections of food. However, if you are the type of person who is not willing to try new foods, then you will probably struggle. The buffet in particular was very impressive, even when it was 5 minutes from the end of service, they still brought out fresh replacements, throwing away the old food.
3. The Hotel itself is very impressive and immaculately clean, granted some would argue it's 5 star status compared to other Hotels in other Countries but I have stayed in 5 star hotels far worse.

First stay at this hotel, very disappointed, I absolutely do not advise it. We spent a week's stay with friends. Upon our late arrival, despite our 'all exclusive' pension, we were forced to pay room service. We had a triple room for three people, the front desk gave us a double room, with dirty sheets, a dirty bathroom, spiders in the rooms etc.
The buffet does not equal at all a 5 star, the dishes are cold, they always serve the same things, to ask if the dishes are not there for three days. The pool is small, there are very few sunbeds and as soon as you go a little long in the water you remove your towel from the sun lounger.
The safety of their client is also not their strong point because my friend had an accident, indeed at the pool wanting to sit on his sun lounger, a hatch on the floor that allows the morning employees to clean the pool to let go and all his leg and fell into the hole, extremely dangerous especially that if a child will walk on his whole body will fall. I advise 20th this hotel, it is not worth at all its 5 star, the only positive is really its location, very good geographical location close to everything.
