Lovely hotel and spa, very nice staff and clean rooms. Everything to make your stay perfect. Food is fantastic.

Lovely 5 star hotel with some major issues! Untrained staff whether at reception or pool bar. Lack of English amongst the hotel. Rude bar staff and reception which doesn't make you feel appreciated. Well done to the restaurant staff which are absolutely lovely. Sadly most of those issues come from lack of training and management incompetence!

The hotels looked wow. The rooms were new nice and clean. Enjoyed our stay there. The only thing I struggled with was the food. It wasn't great and there was not a lot of variety. The kids hardly ate.

Beautiful hotel in an environment away from the noise and bustle of the medina. Great indoor patios and outdoor swimming pool. Besides services like small gym, Jacuzzi, heated swimming-pool.
Small details of the service, waiters, buffet or the rooms could be improved and then it would deserve the 5 stars that the hotel has.

The hotel is okay and the breakfast is not bad. However there's no hairdryer in the bathroom.

Good hotel with adequate services.

Very poor sercvice especially the catering! I don't understand how it has 4 stars? It takes a revision I note 2 star maximum. And I invite Moroccan families to avoid it here there is discrimination between a Moroccan tourist and another stranger.

Quite a big hotel with gardens & open & indoor swimming pools but the rooms needs regular maintenance.

Very friendly staff, the hotel is a beautiful building in oriental style. The Wine at all Inc is, no matter if white or red, only xht really drinkable. The food from the buffet is OK. The Italian restaurant is very good for Moroccan standards. The rooms are large and clean.

One of the best hotels in Marrakesh! Really pleasant stuff and beautiful pool.

Overall had a good experience. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Plenty of seats outside to relax in the evening. Only downside was the food (was a bit pricey if you consider what they were in the buffet dinner)

After a week spent in one of the following we find some lack and unpleasant facts e. A map of the room that demagnetise this day. The evacuations clogged with all the sanitary spaces. Here I wanted to share it with regard to the 3 stars that I have side this goes right to the staff who is of a blameless kindness aside from the group of animations that does not say hello but I did have a remark of the only boy of the group on my apartment ence that had no place to be and that was supposed to make me laugh.
This hotel is Overclass it is loing to be a 5 star.

Excellent Hotel, good reception, staff with little care and polite, special mention to the receptionist and the women of rooms, I take away a star for breakfast which is not very good and undrinkable coffee unless you take it to the café snack in front of The Swimming pool.

Awesome place, nice staff, beautiful interiors, great food, loads of additional things to do — the hotel even has a sport animation team.

Pity the setting is nice but it is very poorly maintained… a big problem of hygiene and cleaning at the level of the rooms. Not to Redo.

It is important to know that, in my view, this is a "transit" hotel. I was at the hotel for two nights and saw next to no one twice. D. H. Guests will be delivered from around 15h and will drive again the next morning.
In summary, the hotel is ok to good for o. G. Purpose. Has significantly more potential that, in my view, poor management will not be used.

Very nice hotel everything was excellent specially the pastry was amazing!. In saying that the food was delicious. Staff are nice and friendly.

Green oasis in the oasis of marrakech.

Definitely not a 5 Star hotel, the room was falling apart and the bed was very hard. The food and service was average at best, with the only saving grace being the pool and the fact there is a spa, although we didn't visit the spa so couldn't say how well it performed. I don't know who they paid to get a 5 Star rating but if it was rated the 3 stars that it should be I would have been impressed, unfortunately it was just disappointing.

I went to this hotel from 27 to 29 February 2016, ji got past 2 nights, I got an extra bed. Pay attention to the blankets and hygiene standards.
Unfortunately in this hotel everything is sal and nothing is washed.
Returning Monday morning at mo, m doctor learned that j got scabies in hotel c l bedding is to say in that bed d extra with a brown cover.
By calling the Director to tell him of the danger for its next clients, it lets me know that my room n has not yet processed since that day the and n sheets have not yet treated, doctors said that there was nothing on the covers.
The Director fell into his own trap by saying that this room has not yet been processed.

Polite and courteous staff… good facilities at a reasonable price… Look forward to being there again soon…

I stayed in this hotel, it's a very nice hotel great location spacious rooms, room service is impeccable; side restaurant nothing to say a young team that I welcome and makes everything possible to put customers at ease animation is bravo to the entire team strongly up to the next insha'allah stay highly recommend.
