➜ Tried to relax in August 2017. They were looking for German pedantry for a lot of money. The studio room needs to be renovated. The side of the bed was broken and that it did not fall, under it stood a wooden bar. Because of this, the bed was very creaky at every turn, it was uncomfortable to sleep. The first floor of this room was clearly flooded, because the laminate in the docks was swollen and peeled, and the walls were sloppy painted in a different color. The legs of the table were also swollen from the flooding. Torsher was not safely connected to the socket with bare wires. After the comments it was removed, citing the fact that it was done by tourists.
Water from the air conditioner flowed to the balcony. We were put into a room with a dirty toilet, sticky and muddy glasses and dirty floor. Very bad noise insulation. Under the window passes the road, at night you can hear how cars roar on the rise. The normal beach can only be reached by car.
The hotel charged us a tourist fee for our child of 10 years, although under the laws of Montenegro children under 12 years of age are exempt from paying such a fee. Our comments on this matter were answered that everyone is doing the right thing.
I don't recommend it because the hotel doesn't fit the 4 stars. In Ulcina you can stay with more comfort and for less, which we did in June 2018.
We had to cancel due to medical reasons and did this 6 weeks before. They said they would refund all of our money less 20% and after 6 weeks of chasing — nothing. They then got unpleasant and we got no refund. Beware they still have no terms and conditions on their website which I told them 12 months ago.

Very quiet place from the city center. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool is great. Not so many people in August. Special thanks to the people that were kind and smily.
