We booked the superior studio. We were two adults and one young toddler. The view at the balcony is amazing. The bay of Kotor is right out there. The room is exactly like the photos. The price is good. The studio has everything you need for a family holiday. I requested a cot and the host set it up before we arrived. AC is available. Walking distance to the old town. Very close to the water, and you can just jump into the water for a swim. Absolutely lovely.
We arrived at the studio before check-in time. The host Let us use the room anyways as it wasn’t occupied. When we arrived at the house we called multiple times, but no one answered. I was walking around the buildings and I found the room with a key to the door. So I knocked and opened the door, and realised that was the one we booked so I entered and messaged the host that we entered the room.
However, remember to bring your shampoo, shower gel and hand soap as there was none. There was laundry powder and dishwashing liquid.
The walk to the old town is about 20 mins, and 15 mins to a super market.
I strongly do not recommended. I booked an apartment, but they canceled my reservation very soon before I arrived. I researched the reason and they canceled my offer without even asking me because another person offered more money to the place I booked. They made me suffer, if you don't want it to happen to you, don't book here. Other people have also experienced this problem. Fortunately, I found a much nice apartment in the same location and the price was more affordable.

The View is lovely and the accomodation was very clean.
You can walk to the Bus Station in 20 minutes and to the old town in 25 minutes. We traveld without car, so were happy about the Option to take a Bus. If you travel with kids and no car so it's to dangerous to walk the street.
The Owner of the apartment was very friendly and the Check-in was easy by video. But I reduced from 5 to 3 stars cause of the payment. We got a upgrade. It wouldn't neccessary, but it was friendly. A day later he canceld the Booking, so our last flat will be free at the homepage. So I got my money back and he would fetch it by visit.
The Payment was stressfull for us, I won't explain what we all did to pay. Don't give upgrades without asking and explaning the concequences. I can imagine why, but will keep my thoughts for me.
