The location Is good, there Is next to the central park, the rooms are good but it can be better.

The Hotel has a central location in the city, which is excellent for those tourists who want to know Xalapa. The Service is good and its rooms are comfortable and pleasant. The prices are in line with this type of hotel.

Clean rooms, not very spacious but at an affordable price, breakfast is delicious, the entrance can be difficult for wheelchairs but inside the elevator is very useful although a bit old.
A central place, easy to move around, if you don't have much time try to get out early and visit the garden or the lake that is in the back.

One of the best services I've received in a hotel. Friendly environment, and a lot of commodities. There is a pool table, which was a great surprise, and a karaoke bar, where you can have a great time. Food is awesome, and the service is even better. Location couldn't be better, and moving around in Xalapa is easy, so the stay is great.

It is an excellent choice for a passing traveler, the Avitan are of an affordable price and have a good location.
The restaurant both in service and in the quality of the food is not very good but if it is economical.

They charge extras even at breakfast when they serve products that are not fresh. Do not make the mistake of staying there, better spend a little more and then save inconvenience.

Great place to enjoy, very spacious and with great view by its windows, the bathroom a little reduced but outside of that had more space, was very nice room.

The only thing I could find to improve seriabla capacity of the elevator, only fit 4 people without luggage, and goes up very slow, the rest is good, very comfortable. Clean and good price.

A good place to stay. If it's for fun there are tourist places nearby and if you want to go to the magical villages are nearby the routes that leave you at the base of the buses coming out to the villages. If it's for work you have a quick and economical restaurant, a computer area and an excellent Internet connection (even if you are staying at the corner of the hotel). Highly recommended.

Cheap price for a normal room, just to sleep.

The restaurant was very clean and the food was good. I highly recommend tortilla soup. The waiters are very friendly and attentive.

Very good place to stay, excellent attention on the part of all the employees, from the waiters to the maids.

I spent only one night but I found the room comfortable. I liked the very friendly attention of the waiters, plus they adapted a salad that I ordered, whose price they didn't have on their menu, but to meet my need they adjusted it, certainly very economical, and that really I appreciate it very much. That's why I'm going back to this Hotel again at the end of the year.

Very clean, spacious rooms, bathroom with the indispensable. Parking for reasonable prices. Close to government Palace, historic center and shops. Well located. Very friendly staff.

A very nice surprise, the best point in favor is its location everything is close by that this super Central, cleanliness and attention very well. Its rooms are modest but comfortable.

The location is amazing. One block away from the cathedral and the downtown. The rooms are old and you can notice the old a/c. I got the jr suite with two beds and a sofa but the sofa was so old that was uncomfortable to sit on. They offer Wi-Fi but the service is too slow and the weak signal makes it worst. I didn't have the chance to try their restaurant but they have buffet for the guests if you pay the additional cost. A plus is their parking as the city has trouble with spaces for parking. The prices are very good for what you get.

The Hotel Maria Victoria is in the center of Xalapa and is close to excellent restaurants and beautiful old style architecture buildings. Spacious, clean rooms and comfortably firm beds are nice which are comparable to a Hilton, Doubletree or Marriott suites hotel. Also the bathroom was very clean and the shower had excellent hot water service. Also plenty of towels were provided so we didn't have to request for more. TV worked fine.

Good price for the location. The inculded breakfast was great. The room looked clean but we did find 1 cockroach but not sure if it was there before us or if it came in with some food we brought in. The only real bad thing was the Wi-Fi was so slow that it was unuseable.

Good Hotel for its location and price. It also has Bar, buffet, indoor parking and restaurant with good range of food. It only bad is that those climates make much noise.

An excellent service. We had intended to stay one night, but according to the price-quality relationship that has, we were two. We are delighted. Very clean rooms and the staff attentive and accessible. Without a doubt we regresaríamos.

WARNING! during our stay in this hotel, we found bed bugs in the mattress, after you report it at reception we were changed to another room at any point where we punched the bed bugs.
