Lousy service from the restaurant waiter, everything else excellent.

The food zero flavor veracruzano, super expensive, slow service and the restaurant was dirty, then I eat a burger to remove the bad taste of the jarochos snacks and super horrible, change cooks plis.

The place is great, it has two pools, it's a clean and quiet place. Whenever I go to Veracruz I stayed it's that hotel and they are always very helpful and Attentive. Another point in his favor is that it is close to the Beach. I recommend it widely.

El lugar es bonito, económico y familiar. Hay dos piscinas y son apropiadas para niños y adultos. Las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado, TV y cuenta con red Wi-Fi. El baño es pequeño, eso es incómodo porque saliendo de la bañera chocas con el inodoro (taza de baño) y no es nada sencillo o práctico para secarte y no gotear después del baño, además de que no hay tapete y si pones una toalla no puedes abrir la puerta. En el restaurante no hay mucha variedad de platillos. El personal es muy amable. El estacionamiento es muy pequeño, hay uno en la parte de atrás que no tiene muchos lugares para estacionar, más de 8 carros aproximadamente y en la entrada principal más de 5. Está muy cerca de la playa.

There's almost nothing going on around here. The bed was full of dirt and dirty. There was a lot of noise. If you're plan partner and rest here it is not the right place.

The place is Nice, clean. The staff is really nice and The rooms are quite spaceful. The pool is clean and has a goog location.
