Excellent place, very good views and a price that are worth the services definitely a place worth returning.

A very good place to spend a weekend, it's amazing to watch the boats move to the side of the hotel, but beware of the mosquitos, the staff very attentive.

Beware of cornices or galleries placed on the shutters… They are badly installed with anchors not suitable for drywall. Two days ago I fell one on the head causing injuries and stun for about 30 minutes. When I recovered and called the front desk their only comment was what would they send someone right away to pick up the pieces of wood. No one asked if I needed medical attention, that luckily I could take care of a relative. I've been looking for the hotel manager without much success. The first day there was no one in charge, yesterday I was informed that I would call and so far has not happened. Very little seriousness in a very dangerous situation.

If you like comfort and good service, has access for disabled, gym, pool and pool for children, dining room and buffet service, the rooms are very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the lake Tuxpan, highly recommended to go to pass from a Good weekend until, a good week's holiday, this is the point…

Very nice place, very good attention, missing a star because it lacks transport to the beach and another because the pool is not heated! And they suddenly warn that they will repair it! The breakfast was good, only Q is noticeable when it is overheated or the chopped fruit of the previous day, arriving to the room a spider hanging from my suitcase that I left in shelter because it was still missing for the check in and hairs in the cancel of the shower. Past those details… Hehe Excellent place.

In the rainy night theres a detail of sound the window pane, you can listen the drops one by one. Drops fall and hit the window pane. i could say its Quiet place, (if it is not a rainy night). Good service, comfortable. I would back again yes. The food can be better, it isnt bad, but a better seasoning. (I cook, maybe thats why I say it). Quiet zone too! without crowd — traffic. Good prices,. The name has changed, it is Holiday Inn Express. Excellent peace when is not vacation season.

This super but it is holiday inn the price is super and the luxury hotel for 300 pesos more expensive than the shore but the comfort is pretty good.
