A hotel that, over the years, shows the lack of maintenance, with the rear facade still unfinished. Frayed and broken towels, drain flies in the bathroom… The common areas acceptable, the rooms are not. Failures in the management of the restaurant: all the tables are set up for breakfast at dinner time, so that for dinner the client has to separate cups and other belongings to have some place… It's not admissible. It is a hotel that leaves a lot to be desired. Starting from the front desk you ask them and don't know anything about it with the supervisor. The restaurant is clean but at the buffet there is no variety at breakfast always the same, the waiters attentive. The rooms are clean, but there are no towels and the few are very finished. There is no room service after 23 hrs. There is the option of the same hotel chain later on.

The staff is very attentive, the pool is always hot and you can stay late on it's problem. The room is clean and comfortable.
You need a little maintenance: one of the elevators does not work, you have to change the shower in the bathroom as it leaks.

The service is wonderful, all very attentive and the prices accessible. The food tastes good and is not expensive at all. I recommend it widely.

It looks good the hotel but the food is not very good and very expensive. The buffet nothing special little variety and expensive. The hotel as many people mention has very ugly towels all old and not very clean. Also take a long time to answer the phone when you need something. I think it is very true that the service offered is expensive and leaves a lot to be desired.

Beautiful hotel and great views. Air conditioner was not functioning but they fixed it. Like most hotels outside if the US (except the one I started at in Belize) the AC was not Arctic cold. Nevertheless, it was perhaps the nicest hotel in Tuxpan and if I visit here again I will stay at this hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. However we booked for Christmas dinner and honestly it is the worst experience we've had, starting with that dinner didn't offer a single drink other than the warm punch they offered, we had to pay the corkage but we only got 4 Tehuacanes Miniatures. Followed by a lousy organization, a Christmas dinner that became a party of a family to which they paid more attention with the distribution of their Christmas gifts "family", a Irma who fulfilled years to which twice sang the Mañanitas, a huge piñata And no candy inside that disappointed both children and adults (of course they forgot the candy, but how did that happen? Ah Yes, a bad organization), there was absolutely no one to organize properly, the good dry dinner nothing special and little amount for so many people, they handed out balloons of Cantoya that never lit, Gave Twelve, came Christmas and no one even Waiters had served the wine for the toast, it was until half past twelve that they did, in short I would never spend a Christmas with you again. For the cost they stayed very but very short with their attempt at event.

It'S a very comfortable hotel. With the high quality that distinguishes IHG hotels. The beds and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The Architecture of the hotel pleased the gaze with a mixture of contemporary and old constructions that let remain as witnesses of the time. And the attention and service are unbeatable.

Este hotel desafia todo lo que has pensado de Holiday Inn. Los cuartos son amplios, bien equipados y con un baño de diseñador. El hotel es impactante, todo el staff es amable y te atiende con una sonrisa. Excelente lugar!

It's in a good location at Tuxpan, really near of beach. They service it's ecxellent and their food is really good and delicious.

Very nice hotel, I had time that I wanted to stay there and the day that I do not have I ternet by a fault, I'm agree that it can happen but far from talking with the truth about the time in which to resume the service, they were pure Bush.

Es buen Hotel, excelente ubicación y buena vista, solo que se ponen a construir en vacaciones y es algo molesto para los huéspedes, eso deberían hacerlo en época baja vacacional, pero en lo demás está bien.
