I spent three days with my pet, the food delicious, they adapted to my veganism, the treatment of all the excellent staff and the luxury facilities! Super happy with this experience!

It is UNDOUBTEDLY the best option in Jalcomulco, as it is a small town and has no luxury hotels, but these facilities AND SERVICE are first world! The rooms especially on glamping safari are divine! The bathroom is spectacular! Love that all the activities can be booked directly with them and has the best equipment! The pools are clean and with delicious water, there are many places where you can rest and they are beautiful, the theme was fun and different! The romantic dinner was beautiful and above all delicious! The breakfasts and meals are not spectacular, they are simple but it is compensated by the views and spaces they have! The management is very attentive at all times and have precious details! Completely recommended!

Pleasant experience. The place is very big and there are many activities to do. We stayed in the Glamping section and I highly recommend it. The food is very tasty or all the staff are friendly and attentive.

It was an excellent weekend to relax and get out of the routine but above all in direct contact with nature.

It is very close to Mexico City, consider it as an alternative to the typical Acapulcazo, the truth will not regret it. Jalcomulco is surrounded by beautiful landscapes and with many options for a holiday full of adventure or total relaxation.

It's a good place to relax and have a weekend. Good amenities, cheap cold drinks, nice and clean rooms.

You can go downhill in the rapids of the Old River, do sport fishing and be in contact with nature.

This beautiful place, the only thing I didn't like is that they don't respect the dream of people who won't do morning activities and play drums and scream at 7am and walk around screaming in the rooms again at 9am for those who are going to go to the river. I think this is not right as many of us vacationed to rest.

Excellent hotel. The cottages have a superb concept. These very in touch with nature, and their gardens make you feel in a cozy environment. The food is simple but good and they have very good service, people will always smile at you. The activities are excellent, the guides were very prepared and carry a lot of safety equipment, is the best I have seen. I recommend white water rafting and canyoning.
