Very good place to rest and have an excellent time.!

I was very disappointed in this hotel, it is a place I wanted to know for a long time and I really did not like it.
Since you arrive the receptionist attends super bad and in general the employees who attended us nothing friendly, the waitr the same.
The rooms are small and in poor condition.
The place is nice, the attention lousy, I do not recommend it, there are places nearby with better service.

I got married in this hotel and tried to come back every year. It is simple but has a very nice pool. Access to the sea. The place is nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And above all the food is the best of Veracruz.

The hotel is small. It has a large pool and a splash pool, both clean. Children's games, lounge beds and hammocks are also available for guests to relax. The beach is relatively clean and there are no vendors or anyone to bother you. The restaurant has a varied menu with affordable prices and good seasoning. The rooms are clean even though they only have the basics, and the beds are somewhat hard. The staff is very friendly.

I love this hotel, it has its private beach and own pool, free of street vendors, the beach is still unspoilt and clean. Free from visual, auditory and garbage pollution. The food in the restaurant is quite affordable and the overall attention is very good. Great for getting out of the routine and being out of noise.

A very nice and peaceful place, the hotel is comfortable and not very expensive, the pool clean and have a dog that plays with people and even gets into the sea to swim but does not get into the pool, the towels are folded differently each day go then.

El hotel está ubicado en una zona remota y junto a la playa, por lo que si uno desea alejarse de la ciudad y disfrutar del mar este hotel es una muy buena opción. El personal en su mayoría es muy amable y atento, ya que las dudas que tuve me fueron respondidas. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y cómodas, contando con clima y dos camas matrimoniales (en el caso de mi estadía), además de un televisor. El hotel cuenta además con dos piscinas, una grande y una pequeña, las cuales siempre se encontraron limpias; y de un restaurante con un menú variado, el cual tardó en llevar los alimentos en muchas ocasiones.

The hotel is in a very small town of just 49 inhabitants, so going to that hotel is going to stay and eat there all day. The pool and the access to the beach very well, the prices are good per room (900) and the atmosphere is usually familiar. The only bad thing is the waiter service which was extremely slow. I really felt like not leaving a tip. On one occasion it took an hour since we sat down until we were served. They must certainly improve that.

It's nice to spend an afternoon there. Consuming in the restaurant you have access to the private beach, hammocks, games and chairs. The pool costs $50 extra. Ok. I did not stay at Em Hotel, I went to spend some time with my friends. We wanted to give attention to the restaurant and also to let us make use of its external facilities such as pool, lounge chairs and hammocks.
The food is excellent, it's delicious and very cheap too. It is a place that cumople with the three B's; Nice and cheap.

It is a quiet place its beaches clean and virgin I recommend this place are going to spend chido with their families.

Although we only went to eat and stay a while on the beach (because we had to continue our trip), I can say that the attention is very good, we were personally attended by the manager and was very friendly, like the waiters, and other staff. The food is delicious and at very affordable prices, in addition to very well served. The beach is very beautiful, the sand is very relaxing. The facilities are good. In General We like the Hotel, and we wait in future visits to return to enjoy the food and already more planned the trip the lodging.

The hotel is close to the sea, a wide field, games area, pool and chapotadeadero in good condition. We had to be on the third level, the Internet sign definitely did not reach the room and the TV did not exceed 7 channels.
Something that should improve is the timetable of the restaurant, close at 8, and considering that there is nothing more than the road, it is necessary to extend the timetable more.
On the other hand, as a visitor I always recognize (or not) the service and attention. One thing I can not leave aside is to consider that those who serve us are human and as we are sensitive to a good or bad treatment is the working environment that influences a lot about the service that is given in any establishment. What I observed in my stay was a very demanding atmosphere, it was common to see those who are at reception fighting with the waitresses, the waiters forget about the orders, in the kitchen are also common mistakes, I could see the cleaning staff very Stressed and worried at the time of work, but still always friendly (which I admire and recognize huge mind). It does not perceive a friendly working environment and therefore as a customer I could not be very comfortable with it. And that is something that every administration should take into account, the welfare of its workers, which will certainly be reflected in the well-being of customers.

Bad experience. The waiters who attended us with very bad face and nothing attentive. The hotel in bad condition lacks much maintenance. The room lacks cleaning the pool with the water icy and dirty. On Sunday we were defeated the room they withdrew the cable service and Wi-Fi from 11:30 AM when the 1pm was defeated. I do not recommend the hotel.
