La señora gloria que cocina es pésima, arrogante nosotros amable mente fuimos a pedir desayuno y nos dijo esperence que le estoy cocinando a los trabajadores y le dijimos ok nos puede dar solo café y con voz chillona nos dijo estoy ocupada ósea que descortés y luego la alberca toda llena de basura y les dije puedo usar la cosa esa para limpiar la alberca y me dice si en lugar de que ellos se pusieran a limpiar estaban tragando ah y otra cosa el cuarto lleno de hormigas y la puerta del baño sin seguro… de verdad piénsenlo dos veces antes de venir…

It was the second time I visited Veracruz and this hotel is fine I loved that the water in the bathroom has hot water and the water is not salty.

Excellent place at the foot of the beach!

Great place! The only two things I did not like were the restaurant (the food is not good) and that the water does not come out hot. But it is an excellent place if looking to relax and enjoy the beach.

The rooms are small but have everything you need, all rooms have climate and the place enjoys a lot of green area, tranquility and access to the beach, plus pool with deep part and not deep and pool I loved the place.

The food in the restaurant is good but they take too long to serve, they don't have the staff enough.
The water in the pool is freezing and in the rooms the hot water takes a long time to get out so a lot of water is wasted.
They should periodically train their staff because they do not know how to provide adequate customer care.
It's a place that has a lot to exploit but has no vision.
I would not recommend it or consider returning.

Pros. Good price, ocean view from every room, access to the beach and a convenience store across the street. Cons. Right next to a highway so, cars, motorcycles and semitrucks sounds all-night. Humidity stains on the walls, super hard mattresses and noisy neighbors. Cold pool.

It's nice the price was not so bad, has direct access to the beach. It has a restuarnt and bar. Pool.

Good environment and great food.

None good quality food and unpredictable services.
