Sencillo pero muy cómodo y tranquilo.

El complejo está bien, pero se nota que es algo viejo.

I liked the clean rooms, friendly staff, and great location. For the price, you can't beat it. What I didn't like was the noise level in the place. Because of the way the hotel was constructed, you can hear every little sound. Also the other guests didn't make any attempt quiet down even late into the night. On my last night the couple above me decided to have a very loud argument that started at 2 am and went on to about 3:30 am. Since I was a guest in a foreign country, I didn't know what the etiquette is for asking people to keep the noise down. I will definitely stay somewhere else on next visit to Puebla.

Nice place with good attention, well located, very close to the historic center and with parking. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Of course you have to consider it is a 3 star hotel, it is not luxury.

The breakfast was very good. Recommended.

The place is cool and central. Affordable price.
The only downside is that their rooms have few and poorly distributed contacts.
Note: There is a trick for hot water in the shower, you have to open the faucet first and for a few minutes.

With the indispensable to rest, has parking and restaurant, the staff is very friendly, medium size, near the Metrobus and Av. Juarez, quite clean.

The place is nice, reminds me of the typical houses with central patio, the rooms have what it takes to spend the night comfortably and they are generally clean. Its location I liked because walking you get to the center of the city of Puebla. The service is decent, I almost did not interact with the front desk because everything was in order.

An ideal place to spend the night if you visit Puebla. Close enough to the center to get there walking and away to avoid the noise. It's not fancy, but it perfectly meets your goal. Very balanced price-quality ratio.

As an american, even for $30, the place was too loud and the beds were not very comfortable. Well. For $30 you could give it a shot.

A bit removed from the Baseboard and has a little hard bed but the attention is good besides being clean, you have what it takes.

The service is bad, the Resepcionistas do not give you the full or the real informasion to sell and the internet is not good, the rooms are clean, even that the beds are incomfortable, you rent the ooms for the people they want and not for the one you occupy.

Location is slightly removed from the Zocalo, but was spotless with hot water, 24 hour reception, and helpful staff.

Cool hotel with parking close to downtown. Beautiful inside and out. The rooms are modest but for the price, location and the building's character it was great. I would absolutely stay there again. Two prong electrical plugs only.

This was an unpleasant experience for my family, we arrived excited as it was my niece's first visit to this beautiful state, however on the recommendation of a friend we stayed at this hotel without imagining what would happen, to my niece who was I was staying in room 119 with my parents iping from his $550 briefcase and my mother-in-law who was in room 229 with my husband and with me stole $4000 and $200 usd from his suitcase.
When claiming yesterday by phone; since we noticed the missing until last night, we were asked to call today, in doing so; we only received in response that they could not be held accountable and that according to them they review when they enter and leave their staff, which unfortunately I do not believe.
I work in the hotel in Cancun and I am used to dealing with guests and that happened to us, not even by mistake could happen in the hotel where I laboro.
I hope our bad experience will help other travelers to be more cautious.

They left me fleas in the room, not to fumigate their rooms and as if it wasn't enough neither they condescend to apologize nor returned the money.

You get what You pay for. The place is … ok. What troubled me is the following: assume that there is a breakfast included with each night of stay, obviously the cost of the breakfast is amortized in the cost of the room, the problem is that when I stayed here, the person responsible for making the breakfast (apparently only she can do that) I was incapacitated and would not have breakfast (problem 1), and in addition they kept the room rate (problem 2), I would have expected that deducted the breakfast. In the end, it was probably a blip, and will not be repeated, can be hosted here. M eh.

Lousy attention, the receptionists always with the face of angry as if you were doing the favor of you, the breakfast is disgusting, you are treated as a thief, never, back to go, is the worst hotel of which it has knowledge at that price.

Very friendly staff, very attentive, I liked my stay.

The care was very poor, first they lost our reservation. After not we were booked parking and we were sent to a pension of 700 pesos a night. More expensive than the damn room. When entering the room this dirty, messy, no contact or light, the tele is not seen 3 bathroom dirty. We stayed because we found no other place. Don't come looking for something better. Of rock the place.
