Good hotel, friendly and fast, surrounded by shops and stores, Cinepolis, Sams, restaurants, Oxxo. Africam Safari is 35 min by car. Cholula at 10 min. The only bad thing is the traffic, between 6 and 8 pm there is a lot.

I've stayed here many times. The service is excellent whether it's the front desk, concierge or restaurant. They all go out of their way to obe helpful & many of them speak English. Breakfast Buffet has a great selection. Room Service was very quick & food excellent. Nice views from nicely maintained rooms. Could use a fridge & microwave. But overall EXCELLENT every time I've stayed there. And the price is very reasonable. Much cheaper than some I've stayed at that had worse rooms & service.

Stayed here while my dad gave out a seminar. Good business hotel. Comfortable and clean standard rooms. Great views of the Popocatépetl volcano. It's not close to the city center but you can Uber everywhere in Puebla for a small fare. Breakfast buffet has vast options and a omelette/egg station.

Excellent view to la malinche volcano and down town general there are a lot of near business places for entertainment and food. Are relative close walking to angelopolis mall and la Estrella (noria) the hotel are equipped for all business events and all the rooms have an excellent view.

Room was OK, recently refurnished, but the hotel's price was too high. The location is OK for some things but not so much for tourists.

It's a excellente service, the food is very delicious and the people is crazy and I will be a good time to time and effort to get the best way.

The main reason I stayed here was because it is pet friendly and it was a nice surprise to know that I would be able to bring my dog. The other good thing was the room service, it was fast and I think the food was very good. Overall a good place to comeback.

The room are good, the breakfast is also good, the location is excelent. There are good places around ir.

Great location, minutes away from angelopolis and many other places. Excellent service and pricing. Free parking in the basement is a plus too. Only complain was the TV as some channels did not have sound and personally pillows where too thick and bed was too soft. I have to admit that I did not call to have this fixed but I assume they would have corrected it too.

Facilities always in perfect condition and clean. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and with all the amenities.
The staff is very attentive and if you arrive prior to your check-in trying to get faster room or keep your luggage.

The lady at the front desk was unable to give us the room we had a reservation for after 2.5 hours after check-in time. Finally she gave us a room which wasn't the one we booked for. I called the front desk to report the situation and they gave us the room I originally booked in less than 2 minutes meaning that it was available the whole time. Also we were unable to use the pool because they were celebrating Valentine's by the pool and the coffee machine at the room was broken. I'm sorry but this hotel is not worth what it costs to spend the night. There are so much better options for the price.

I would have to say this is the worst Holiday Inn I've ever stayed in! It's old and outdated with decor that matches. The rooms are small and I got an upgrade. I can't imagine what a regular size room is like. My room smells like mold everywhere and sewage in the bathroom. There is no water pressure in the faucets. The TV is small and analogue. It has the worst reception. This hotel is not worth over $40 a night! I really never expected a Holiday Inn to be like this and I am a Platinum Member so I haved stayed at a lot of them.

I got this hotel off of Hotwire. One cup for coffee in the room, 1 bottle of water. They had a dozen events going on, took a lot of time to check in, kind of like Grand Central Station. Staff were courteous and kind. Rooms acceptable. Internet okay. Parking, they charge. Restaurant, a LARGE ceramic plate, and I had to get a magnifying glass to find the crepe that they offered. I could have consumed 12 of them. But they told me to stop after eating one.
