Excellent service. Unsurpassed attention. The taste of the food is very good. Without a doubt very highly recommended.

I liked the atmosphere, it is a place very hygienic. Luxurious, it is an excellent place to organise business meetings, and provide specialized care. In particular, the location is also very good.

Good amenities, pool with beautiful view, ping Pong table, Futbolito and a gym with a spectacular view. The breakfast was very good. In room 813, they scare.

I stayed several days at the hotel for business reasons in Puebla. Excellent price/quality ratio. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they were very helpful, and I had a lot of personal issues. Breakfast (almost lunch for an Argentinian like me) very abundant and with good ingredients. Wide variety of juices, yoghurts and other options to meet the demands of different cultures.
The room was clean and The staff were very friendly and helpful. They Have wardrobes, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, furniture to be able to sit down to work. Comfortable bed. The location in a nice and very quiet area.
Highly recommended. I'll Probably stay again another time.

An excellent hotel that you receive like at home, very good location with an unbeatable view, very well catered the staff of the best always friendly, attentive well trained, their restaurant of the best the very rich food as regional as international, the The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very modern. The rooms have video call service to the reception, they give you key for Internet, enough bottles with water, generally very comfortable. The only detail I would mention is that when you arrive with your car you receive a valet parking and you have no choice of parking on your own. They "force" you to lower your luggage hurriedly because the next guest with car is coming.

Great placer to have bussines seminars, everthing is so neat and clean, and the staff make you feel like home.

Very nice event halls. Only one day it took to put paper for the baths, and they did not suggest to us despite being a large group, to use the bathroom of the pool floor. Since we were told that if there was another bathroom we were not told that another key was required, how they didn't want us to be. We would have to consider how many women were in the group and that we had little time to go to the bathroom and return to the course.

Top of the line! All is great internet, brakefast, room and area. Suites are great on too floors.

It is nice and cozy, modern and you can also get rest easely. The breakfast is very well. There is a Thing maybe you do not like it: pillows. The room is very comfortable, the bathroom and the shower are clean and with loft of space.

A good choice of Hotel with basic services, it has an excellent location close to places to eat/buy as well as immediate entry/exit to primary access roads. Rooms in good condition and clean. Basic but full breakfast. In general a good option for short stays in the newer area of Puebla.

One of the hotels I choose frequently for their facilities, service and location. The price is good by the level of hotel. The highlights are the view, good facilities in the gym, quick and friendly attention and the pool on the 11th floor with warm water, generate an ideal environment for business trips.

Excelente servicio. Todo funcionando al 100. Atención muy personal y muy única. Gimnasio y piscina en buenas condiciones. El desayuno es muy bueno.

I really liked the ambience of the hotel, the location is OK as it is close to the Angelopolis square, the rooms are very well designed and have an amazing view, the service is excellent as they have a very friendly and attentive staff, in conclusion I really liked the experience of the Holiday Inn Hotel in Puebla.

It is a good place to have conferences, its rooms are spacious and have facilities for projectors and PCs. It has a large dining room which is in good condition, the restrooms are clean. The front desk staff is friendly and always willing to help.

It is a good hotel for both business travellers and tourists as it is very clean, it is quite new and the attention is impeccable. Includes the buffet breakfast, weekdays is more austere, but on perfect weekend you can have breakfast the families. It is not close to the center of Puebla, but it is to Cholula and to the exit to Atlixco.

It was a very comfortable stay. They have no concept of vegetariam guests though.

These people know how to take care of you. Out of all the holiday inn express we have stayed in while in mexico, this one is the best. (Note: they are all good!, just this one goes beyond)

The rooms where clean when we arrived and were for non smokers. The attendance at the lobby and parking was quick and attentive for check in and check out, plus the breakfast was available very early (around 6:30). Only (slight) problem was pool maintenance, which was done between 15:00 and 16:00 hrs, hours at which we went swimming.

I loved everything, the only detail that has is that the functionality of the elevator, open the doors and the light is by means of card that sometimes can reach to deprogram several times a day, do not have as many TV channels. But outside of that, it is a place highly recommended to enjoy and rest, food, exercise area, looby.

To the south of puebla in the area of angelopolis is simply very nice as it has just completed one year in the past few months. This is almost all new. The breakfast is included in the cost of the room. You can eat rich, and this in a very nice area to go jogging or walking. Malls muycerca. Have transportaxion of the hotel free of charge with prior reservation.

Very nice Hotel, modern, lots of technology. The manager of the place, with provision for what is offered, if you're business is an excellent option, the only but is its system of parking when all sales and enter the valet can be very slow, remember to plan your exit, especially if you go to a meeting.

The staff is mu friendly. The bed is comfortable. Everything was spotless clean. You have two types of pillows. The room had view to the Star of Puebla.

It was great, the only downside was the fact that we had to pay for one of the breakfast coupons and we were never told we would be given only two tickets (we were three people). Other than that, it was great.

Good hotel with good benefits. The view from the pool is spectacular. The girls at the reception are adorable. The only bad thing is that it is a bit far from the center, but I don't think that there is a hotel with a pool on the roof terrace in the centre of Puebla. I hope to return in the future.

We chose Holiday Inn Express & Suites Puebla because we had to stay near the place of the wedding of a friend and we found a pleasant surprise. Good value for money, included breakfast and the Wi-Fi connection. The rooms were nice, modern and spacious. Highly recommended.

This was an amazing hotel! There's not one thing I would change or anything to complain about. The breakfast is amazing and the decor and quality of the rooms along with size of the rooms is perfect! Nice heated roof top pool. Amazing staff as well. Its by far one of the best holiday In have ever stayed in.
