Está sucio, las habitaciones muy pequeñas, sin embargo es bueno si solo quieres quedarte una noche ya que es lo básico que le pides a un hotel.

Su Wi-Fi es muy deficiente y poco espacio en el cuarto.

Worst hotel I've ever been to. Don't get carried away by the facade or location. The employees are rude and do not know how to treat customers. Lucero, the morning receptionist attends you with a very forced "kind" treatment. It doesn't solve anything for you. Eduardo, another caregiver is very rude and overbearing. Being a three-star hotel does not mean that you can be treated despot and superb.

In the hotel, there are two types of rooms: those with a balcony and those at the back of the building. I was in both and they're horrible. The ones with a balcony are the most expensive and have more space, but they are sloppy and dirty. The lock in the room was useless. The balcony door was hung and did not close. The sheets, towels and pillows are very worn and smell bad. The bathroom was dirty and has tartar in the keys to the sink. The $1000 you pay for this room isn't worth it. I was in room 201.

The $900 room is the worst. They look like wineries converted into rooms. They're extremely small. They measure 2 x 3 m. They have two beds, a closet, table and chair. They do not have good ventilation by the mini window facing the hallway. The sink key was leaking and the water was coming out. The shower door did not close, so the water came out and splashed the whole bathroom. The sheets and pillows disgust the smell and texture. It's urgent to buy new ones. The TV is small and only a few channels are seen. There are no pay channels.

One of the worst hotels I've ever been to, no parking service, you need to leave your car on the street or in the parking lot in front of the hotel where you get 50 pesos the night from 9 p. M. It's too austere for the cost. The bad points you have are:
1. — Never tell you that the car you can never save in the hotel if not in a parking lot that is opposite which costs $19 pesos every hour from 9 AM to 9PM and the night from 9PM to 9AM you have to pay 50 pesos more.
2. — In the room that occupied the fan grinding so much that could not sleep and very hot for the small of the room.
3. — The shower is not good sprinkler and only a squirt came out.
4. — We did not make the room and the toilet papers did not get them in the two days we were.
What is redeemable is how friendly the staff are although they are very few and it is very close to the center although maybe you will end up paying parking you could have a better option.

With The remodeling is staying better, the downside is that there is no parking, only Appyan from 9pm to 9am for 50 pesos in the Eatacionamiento located in front of the hotel.

Excellent location in the center of the city.
But don't expect to see luxuries. If you are comfortable for the rest.

Excelente hotel para pasar la noche, cuartos muy limpios, el baño súper limpio, TV plana y refri. Ubicación a una cuadra de los portales de Puebla. Hay unas escaleras de 3 pisos, no tiene elevador por lo cual es cansado subir con las maletas. No tiene estacionamiento, pero tiene convenio con un estacionamiento que está junto enfrente que cubre de 8 de la noche a 9 de la mañana, si lo llevas antes o después te cobran por hora.

Bonito hotel y cómodo cuando vas de trabajo.

The room in my stay was too small and the phone was covered in dust, there is a parking lot in front of the hotel; Charge $18 per hour and if you leave your car from 8pm to 8am you charge $50 If you spend the schedule obviously pay more… however the hotel has adequate security and if location benefits.

Very well located, a few meters from the cathedral plus the hotel is not clean, it is a bit sloppy, I got the room from the top floor (5th or 6th, not rcdo very well) and it was a torment to climb this amount of flats but the hotel looks like a convent of nuns, no Wi-Fi reception or telephony in the rooms, the rooms are a bit small, not bad for the price.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice location a few steps from the main plaza. Rooms are ok but many have no windows to the exteriro. Good enought to stay for the night if you are looking for a cheap place with a good locqtion.

Excellent location, close to downtown, remodel rooms, no parking, very cosy and cheap, recommended.

Don't want to give bill and put any kind of excuse… I will stay with PROFECO! Although it is beautiful and the room is very well located, I cannot leave overlook the following
1) Very bad treatment on the part of the staff. 2) crude from the start
3) there is no ventilation in the bedrooms
4) the beds are extremely hard
5) you are disgusting the towels, not wash them, only the perfume. They are even broken
6) smell of pipe when you open the shower
7) no parking
8) don't rest, all the time there is noise
9) poor cleaning service, throw your stuff in the trash even though you have saved on your suitcase. 10) no restaurant
11) is unable and inept lady at the front desk. 12) there are only 4 channels on tv. 13) do not work most of the room lights
14) bad cleaning in the bathroom, there are mushrooms
15) the telephone in the room does not serve
16) does not have windows to the outside of the hotel the rooms
17) there are no recreational areas within the hotel
18) the hotel staff is completely incompetent, do not know how to manage a hotel.

The location is excellent, next to the cathedral, the attention was very good and the place is beautiful inside and out. Ño I recommend too.

The room is nice but the door has a very flimsy veneer, functional bath without problems, but when we wanted to use the jacuzzi this is not functional (this rotating tub and it will not fill water because there is enough water pressure) the problem is that the price of this room rises due to this service. No account with parking though they allow you to be priced lower at a parking lot public that this opposite.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location, that's all. Our room did not have a window and it was quite hot, the shower was not clean at all and it seemed normal to the cleaning staff to let the previous clients' hair on the bathroom floor. We tried to book a room from the website's contact form. Only to receive an answer while we were already in our room. Furthermore we had to negociate the price because they changed it and did not updated it on their website.

The place meets as well as the location, the only but q you would and q is very important is the treatment by staff, lack of professionalism and quality in its services.
