You get to the reception and the first impact it gives you is that it's nice. What they do not tell you on the page that reservations is that your cabin is not in that place (this down the road like 7 minutes) ie, you do not have access so easy to the shops being in that area as there are no shops or anything like that. Another drawback is that they also indicate that you have to go down 96 steps to get to your cabin, I think it is important in case you go with a disabled person, even with babies. So if you go for that area "rainbow" You must be willing to go up and down stairs, as well as load before all your groceries there is no where to buy anything near there walking. There is no way to communicate from your cabin to the reception in case of an emergency. With regard to the bathroom, the shower is extreme to bathe or the water comes out too hot and when trying to regulate it with cold water, it becomes icy. Another thing they also don't tell you is that the cabins for two people have a collapsible staircase to the wall and out there you have one to go up and down, they are not normal stairs, at least in the Rainbow area Room 6. Supposedly there is a jacuzzi which is without maintenance, it does not serve and it is full of lama, it cannot be used.

Very close to Valle de Bravo a good place to rest and have a good time with family.

It is a very quiet place, very attentive the staff, and the cabins are rustic and the most tempting is the fireplace when you go with the kids.

I loved the place very nice cabins, and there are playgrounds in green areas and from the cabin I was able to observe my twins while having fun at the games, and the staff very friendly.

I liked the stay. It is a very quiet and pleasant place is more familiar than any common hotel due to the cabins having good equipment and comfort. Although of course they lack some things to improve because if they have some wear due to use and time.

The cabins for 2 people are very romantic and Campiranas, an evening next to the fireplace is quite an experience.

Ideal Place to rest, a roasted pork in the BBQ area is an excellent idea.
