Terrible service, they stole a cell phone in the private area of the jacuzzi, where only the staff entered, the arrogant manager, says that she will solve you and then they block you. The owner of the place did not solve anything either. Take care of your belongings zero recommended.

Padrisimo the place, but we ran out of water, dirty facilities, the jacuzzi was not available and we were sent to an improvised one without first notifying us, this time very bad!

The best of the best.

Highly recomedable, location, service and facilities, only had an area of opportunity with the room on arrival, we were given a q it was not very clean, but to report it immediately, we were assigned to another and very excellent. If you want to spend a weekend in couple or family the hotel has it all. Restaurant, spa, cafeteria and swimming pool heated (this was the best).

Excellent price price ratio highly recommended.

Nice garden, mediocre restaurant, overpriced rooms typical for this weekend hot spot.

The simple room is made with miminas dimensions, the bathroom stinks of drainage, the Windows do not close properly, the key to the bathroom sink is so attached to the wall to wash your hands need to stick to the furniture, towels are very bad Quality, there are bugs, and they lie to you saying that it is the only room available, they do not have resaurant weekdays, the outdoor spaces are cute but I would not choose that hotel again.

Nice hotel, a little expensive for what you have, the pool is very small and the rooms are tiny. The location is 20 minutes from the centre.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and all kinds. The relation between price and quality of the restaurant can be justified, the problem is the menu (there are no breakfast packages, everything is separate) and the service, Lentisimo. The pool is very very small but the other amenities of the hotel are good. Room service is good.

I have visited on a couple of occasions the spa and very well. They also have temazcal on Sundays in the morning.

It is a super quiet place the pool is heated open until 10pm the food is rich and they are interesting their massage the facilities are first you feel in a warm place in the woods the bedrooms have fireplace for 100 farts you can order firewood they have a V Nice to the gardens a place to indulge.

It is a nice garden atmosphere in the forest to 2kmts from the center of the village and the Instalacilnes have been renewed. Good cooking and bohemian Fridays. Very comfortable and is of the Mejlres hotels in terms of price.

A very nice place in Valle de Bravo. In the Starbucks they sell a delicious lemon cake!

Super Nice all areas. The service in the restaurant and spa area is great. Tache the reception clerk in the night shift; Arrogant and rude. Otherwise everything's fine.

It's cold at night, but Pieds request that you light the chimney. The restaurant is good and the prices moderate. It's very safe around here.

The restaurant is the best of the hotel, maybe the 2 bedroom Jr suite was somewhat low to the expectations I had but the attention they provide is acceptable.

Facilities are amazing, the view is very cool, and personnel are kindly.

Very nice place, it's really good for couples and even tho it's small it has all you need to be with your soul mate, but I would like to point out that they have a basketball yard but no basketball and a tennis court but no rackets or balls.

To rest, perhaps the cost high for some services, the restaurant really enjoy it in the morning… afternoon falls short. Very good pool at night.

The café of Blue Lotus is very good, luxurious and with a quality care, in it you can taste the best coffee of starbucks.

I like the hotel. Very friendly staff and the restaurant has a beautiful view.

La ubicación es buena. Cerca de la carretera. El servicio es bueno y amable. La alberca está caliente durante el día. Los cuartos estándar son poco respecto al precio. Las instalaciones en general aparentan estar muy bien pero el mantenimiento y decoración de los cuartos no es bueno. El baño es muy pequeño. Mucho ruido de la calle y del mismo hotel por la noche. No es un buen lugar para ir a descansar o de fin de semana en familia.

A very quiet, gentle and nice Hotel. The rooms are comfortable and the amenities are good for aromatherapy and exfoliate. This very well-maintained facilities, restaurant with room, massage Center service. Steam bath, jacuzzi area. In short everything you need to relax and be pampered. Ideal for a weekend in couple.

This is perfect for relaxing, nice and quiet in general services very well, it would be a cable car luxury as in taxco.
